"New hotel. Room is small but very equipped and good for two to stay. There’s a huge TV, fridge, microwave oven and a Harman kardon Bluetooth speaker. Bed and pillows are comfortable. The only flaw is that there is no hanging hook in the bathroom. Hope the hotel will improve on this."

"I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel. The property is clean, well-kept, and spacious. The room layout is thoughtful, featuring a side couch and a dedicated work desk with a chair—perfect for those who need to get some work done. Check-In Experience Do note that the check-in time is strictly 4:00 PM. If you arrive early, the staff will ask you to leave your luggage at the reception for the time being while you wait or explore the area. Room Amenities The hotel is very generous with amenities. Unlike many places now, they still provide disposable toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver/cream, shower cap, etc.) and slippers. The room also includes: *Bathrobes, a hairdryer, and an iron. *Daily replenished bottled water, coffee, and tea. *Netflix is available on the TV (though please note there is a fee, and the interface is in Korean). Note: The only downside for me was the lack of a bidet in the toilet, which is a personal preference, but otherwise, the room was perfect. Facilities The 10th floor is a great resource hub, housing the Gym, Board Room, Ice Machine, and Microwave. There is also a laundry room with one washer and one dryer. Dining The buffet breakfast was the absolute highlight of my stay! It offers a delicious mix of American and Korean dishes. The quality, preparation, and taste were all top-notch—definitely don't skip it. 7am-10am (9am last entry) Location & Transport Tips Walking: Both Sindorim and Guro stations are about a 10–11 minute walk away. Bus: There is a bus stop right outside the main entrance. Pro Tip: if you want to save your legs, catch Bus #6512 or #5714 from right outside the hotel; they take you straight to Sindorim Station. Sightseeing: Expect a commute of 33 minutes to over an hour to reach major spots like Seoul Station, Myeongdong, Lotte World, DDP, and N Seoul Tower, depending on your mode of transport. Overall, a solid choice for a clean and comfortable stay in Seoul!"

"Great location just 5 mins walk from 2 train stations gwanguamum and City Hall! Walking distant to the palace. Soft comfortable bed and pillow! Slept very well! There’s also a convenience stall right below the hotel. Airport limousine bus 6701 (from Incheon airport) stops directly outside the hotel. 18,000won per trip. Super worth it. Spacious chairs on the bus and they would help you with the luggage too! Tickets can be purchased at the airport bus terminal. One thing to note for Korea hotels is they do not provide toothbrush and toothpaste due to green initiatives. Do bring your own. If not you can just get from the convenience stall."

"Location of hotel is a 5 mins walk from the DDP station. Convenient to take bus to myeongdong as it’s only a few stops away and takes less than 15 minutes. However if going to take the line 2, will need to walk through line 5 to change so it can be a bit taxing at the end of the day as it’s a long walk with many stairs. There is an airport bus 6001 from incheon airport to beton hotel and from the bus stop near CJ company back to the airport. Advice is to be there at least 5-10 mins early before the scheduled time as there may be a short queue and prepare cash or have enough money in the tmoney card. The bus tends to be filled before even reaching Myeongdong and takes about 1.5 hours to the airport. Hotel room itself is comfortable for 2 medium luggage’s and bathroom is small. Make up room can be done daily but they only change the sheets after the 3rd day. Amenities, towels and water are replenished everyday. Overall it’s a decent location for the price if you want to save money as it’s not too far away from the shopping areas like myeongdong, seongsu, and Hongdae."

"During this trip to Seoul, I stayed in several different hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying one. First of all, the location is excellent, it’s less than a five-minute walk from Sinchon Station. The area around Sinchon has plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining. Hongdae is only one stop away by underground, and it’s also very easy to get to places like Euljiro (Myeongdong) and Yeongdeungpo. Secondly, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well-maintained. As the hotel hasn’t been open for very long, everything still feels brand new, and the appliances are all very modern and smart. Since I wasn’t sure when I’d be leaving Seoul, I made separate bookings and ended up trying several different room types. The standard room came with a clothes dryer, which was incredibly convenient, and almost every room I stayed in was wonderfully quiet. You could also clearly see that the staff cleaned the hotel every day — even after staying for quite a while, I never noticed any obvious stains or dirt. The amenities provided were also impressively complete: toiletries, slippers, toothbrushes, disposable towels, face masks, and even cotton pads, cotton buds and hair ties. In addition, the hotel’s washing machine and dryer were excellent, as they were much cheaper than using an outside laundrette and didn’t shrink my clothes either. There’s also a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby, as well as free ice available whenever you want it. Even the hotel’s signature scent in the lobby smelled lovely and made the whole place feel very cosy and relaxing. Most importantly, every member of staff I met was genuinely kind and helpful. They were patient when assisting guests, and on rainy days they even prepared plenty of umbrellas for everyone to borrow. One thing to note is that check-in starts at 10 pm. Since most people are used to hotels allowing check-in in the afternoon, it’s something that could easily be overlooked when booking. Personally, it didn’t affect me at all because I usually hung out until late anyway, and I could simply leave my luggage at the hotel beforehand."

But what truly impressed me was the surrounding area, there are so many shops, restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores nearby. Whether you’re looking for a quick bite, a relaxing coffee, or just want to explore, everything you could possibly need is right there. It adds so much value to the stay. The service was exceptional. Though was a AI self check in, there was real human being that guided me right away as soon as I walked in so that staff went above and beyond at every opportunity, always kind, attentive, and professional. You can genuinely feel that they care about your experience, and that level of hospitality makes a huge difference making it feel like home far away from home. And the bed, honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. It was incredibly smooth, soft, and perfectly supportive. I had one of the best, most restful nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. The amenities were simply outstanding. They truly thought of everything, and then went even further. It wasn’t just the basics; it felt like they anticipated every possible need. The attention to detail was remarkable, and it made the entire stay feel elevated and luxurious. This wasn’t just a great stay, it was unforgettable. If I could rate it 1000/10, I absolutely would. I would come back here again and again and again without hesitation. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone, solo travelers, couples, anyone looking for a seamless, comfortable, and high-quality experience while at a cheap price. "The hotel does not look much from the outsids but the large room and facilities with 24h laundry in the second building on the right were perfect. Large room that can accommodate a couple large suitcases and bathroom were better than expected. The location ( i guess hence the lower price) may be a problem for some as subway is 800ms away and aftee 17 to 1930, it is pretty crowded, follow line 1 naver instructions to the tick and you will be fine. Seoul station is 11usd by local cab (not tourist kride) so pretty reasonable overall. Reception + staff is very friendly and can mostly speak English. So + s all around, with local food, coffee shops very nearby (not crowded at all) and some burger & pizza places within 400ms."
