A lot of issues are there, the water tap is leaking whole night, bad smell in the room, ac not worked properly, ceiling fan sound is terrible(properly not fixed, smart tv not available, in the remote there are no batteries, hot water also coming very less only, towel also not upto the mark. In the rating section zero is not there, otherwise i'll put zero, please provide good service, otherwise please propose good hotels. Thank you.

Very terrible. There is no restaurant facility. Not clean, narrow room. Iam booked room for 2 adult and 2 kids with extra cost mmt. But they charged additional bed cost. Breakfast included but not like good. Some thing buy from local street vendors

My stay at the k11 hotel was very good, comfortable and moreover relaxing after a long journey. I liked this stay one is for the staff's hospitality one more reason is that i get to visit many shopping stalls and shops nearby. This hotel is near to some good restaurants and also cabs will be booked easily from this place

The cleanliness arrangements in the hotel were not proper. There were smells of smoking and food in the hotel corridor. The behaviour of the hotel staff was cooperative.

I booked from the app and i paid also but when i reached the hotel they told me there was no room available so i asked them i have booked already i paid also so the didn't help me with anything and i left from there so why you guys are taking reservations if u unable to provide room. And still i didn't get my refund i need my refund as soon as possible. And i need a call back from make my trip. Please take care of this kind guest experience otherwise people will not book from your app

Kindly don't suggest. Cleanliness - poor clean and smell like garbage compare to this hotel railway station or bus stand is more better. Pillow and blanket are soiled smells bad. Towel with stain and not drained properly or brought from recently vacated room smells too bad. Television speeker are not working, toilet it's purely public toilet not a certified hotel toilet. No shower available in bathroom. Intercom not working each time walking to reception ask help. Totally worthless for money which i paid. If could pay this amount in uae i could get royal rooms with multiple facilities. What i could suggest is if you could refund my money that will be appreciated. Because with my pregnant wife we both struggled lot.

Location is very good for shopping. Rooms were very small. Floors were sticky. Hotel has no restaurant, we did not have b fast which was part of package limited parking. Staff wer good.
