"I stayed at this hotel for 7 nights as a base for sightseeing in Bellevue and Seattle. Since I rented a car, it was very convenient as it was right near the highway exit. It takes about 10 minutes to get to downtown Bellevue, and about 20 to 30 minutes to get to downtown Seattle even during the morning rush hour. There is underground parking and many flat parking spaces. The front desk staff are friendly and there are no problems. The room is spacious and old, but clean, and the shower has high water pressure and is comfortable. The breakfast included is also a big plus. The contents are not luxurious, but it is sufficient and I think it is a good thing to feel the American atmosphere. There are fast food restaurants and restaurants very close by. (However, I think it is dangerous to walk there. Since it is a car-oriented society, there are no people walking around the hotel.) The only complaint is that housekeeping is done once every 3 days, so if you want your towels changed every day, you need to contact the front desk every morning. (When I asked the front desk for daily housekeeping, they told me to contact them by 10am every morning.) Overall, the price and the service were a good match, so I think it's a very good hotel that I can recommend."

While the hotel is a bit older, the interior is clean, and the bedding and towels are very tidy. The swimming pool was out of service, which was a bit disappointing. However, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant experience."

Got free sauces like tomato sauce, barbecue sauce, peanut butter, maple syrup, Nutella, grape and strawberry sauce. Juices available are apple, cranberry, orange juice. There is free plain bread for you to toast your bread in toaster. Car parking is free. Bath room with body wash, hair shampoo and hair conditioner. They will give floor mat, big bath towel, hair towel, basin towel. There is hair dryer (don't bring ur own hair dryer like Dyson supersonic if urs is singapore three pin plug coz voltage different cannot use in USA). There is 3 TV in total, one at living room, 1 in level 1 room another TV in level 2 room. There is fridge with freezer in the kitchen. I love my stay at residence inn!!"
