Hotel is in about 4 miles from the UF campus and football stadium, easy ride away in a quit newly developed shops/recreation/business area. Free parking in parking structure, pleasant and quick check in and out. Our room was nicely modern decorated, clean, no odor. Bedsheets were fresh & comfortable. We had no warm water in the morning for shower, late evening was no issue. A/C was quite loud, person sleeping right next to an a/c vent woke up every time a/c turned on. Bad design. We would come back, just need to check the location of A/C in particular room.

I enjoyed this hotel for its spaciousness and it's bathtub. So many hotels now don't provide bathtubs and I'm just not a shower girl. We could not find an ice machine. The rooms are suites with a full refrigerator in them. However our ice in the fridge was turned off, so it took a long while to get any ice. When we got in our room, it was freezing inside. I had to sit on the couch with my jacket on and the extra blanket on me to get warm. It finally warmed up.

Christina and Matt are excellent hosts for this boutique hotel. They provided wonderful service and help during my stay. Christina made me feel comfortable making the room sparkling clean and giving me directions to local spots. Matt carried my suitcase down the block and upstairs to my room. He also gave me directions to local spots. The hotel is located downtown Gainesville not far from St. Francis House, a homeless shelter. This was a concern for me a single woman. So I was careful after dark. It is also close to many restaurants and bars. And within walking distance of the courthouse. My room was the Downtown Studio. It is beautifully appointed with pictures modern kitchen, walk-in shower and modern bath amenities. The queen bed is very soft but firm enough to support you. The air conditioner drowned out the street noise which was very convenient.

Let me get the negative out of the way; my room is clean however, towels are dingy, and they need to do better by replacing and furniture or torn curtains.
I really like the staff, they have been very kind and friendly every time I have stayed there. The location is perfect to me, not a lot of traffic noise. Oh, and the omelets make my morning!!

This was a one night stay in Gainesville that was made even better by the convenient location just off the Interstate. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room on the top floor with a balcony. The room itself was large, well designed and lacking any signs of wear. The bathroom was spacious and well designed except for the height of the rack of dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. Whoever installed that rack was clearly over six feet tall and I was left having to stretch to reach them. Sound funny? It wasn't!

Our experience was excellent from the minute we entered the hotel. Every single associate was upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Our room had a sofa, desk, microwave, TV, coffee maker, small frig. and terrific bed. Bathroom was roomy, clean and even had a night light. We even had dinner in the dining/social area...we shared 3 large and yummy appetizers and a bottle of wine. Breakfast was made to order, not self-made waffles and kept-warm eggs...nice surprise to start the day. There was even a small ”store” with single serve wines, microwaveable meals, snacks...and a full bar. I was ready to move in!

BBarbtravellerHyatt always guarantees quality, clean, service - no surprises. Staff is very attentive. We asked for extra towels on our second day and they were brought to the room within 15 minutes. There was no cleaning offered automatically on the second night of the stay, but it was not necessary for us. You are allowed to requested it if you wish.
Street on the north of hotel is undergoing repairs, limiting some restaurant access.

PPengguna TetamuMy wife and I were pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and bathroom was in fact, the entire facility inside was comfortable looking. we like the composite floors that were in the bedroom and bathroom and how modern things were. Even the TV had many channels which were acceptable viewing for that evening.
We have stayed at Fairfield Inn in the past because of the quality standard and cleanliness of their facilities but I feel this was right up there with their operation.
Even the complementary breakfast food quality was a pleasant surprise.
Keep it up my wife and I feel we have a new choice of hotel to stay at.

So foods are left I replenished all the time, I had to wait like an hour just for a refill of something! Was so bad breakfast experience! They shouldn’t let the foods run out out!!!

SSeungyoonStayed here before apartment lease starts. Calm, quiet place close to malls. Nice and kind receptionists. No laundry service, although there is a laundromat a bit away (bit too far to walk) - consider if you are here for a long time.

Lokasi sangat sesuai untuk berada di jalan raya dan memerlukan tempat di antara negeri.

PPengguna TetamuI was greeted by a older black woman, whom she stated was the manager of this facility, and does NOT need to be. Her lack of professionalism, is staggering, and over due for a review of her behavior. She is way too old to act in th manner she did with my husband and I. She hold faced, lied to me and told me she was refunding me for the entirety of our stay because we were given a dirty room, she actually tried kicking me out, bc I complained about her giving me a dirty room, instead of a professional whom would have offered different accomodations, she yelled and berated me, the customer who was given the filthy room that was not cleaned from 10 years ago, much less after the last guest. Do not believe me, well look at my photos. There was a used condom wrapper wrapped up in the ball of sheets that were to be my bed for the night, not on the bed, but shuffled all over the bed, as if someone slept in th bed VERY HARD, which made the fitted sheet to come off, no blanket no pillows, just a top and bottom sheet, and the used condom wrapper. The floors where not swept or vaccumed , there was trash everywhere in the room, the baseboards where black with mold and dust, the tables had trash all over them, there was dried blood all over the bathroom floor, there was this thick black moldy green substance almost on every square Inch of the inner bathroom which stood the toilet, and bathtub shower area and I am not exaggerating in the least bit. And on top of all that, the tub did not drain, so not only was there this black sludgey mold stuff on every crevice, it was in every crack of the inner bathroom floor (see photo of beside the toilet. And there was a green/black ring inside the tub from lack of cleaning after bathing in the tub bc it did not drain left the filth of whoever was in there that night before, in this case the last ten years of it's use, it had not been cleaned. There is no way anyone had done any cleaning too this room. (SEE PHOTOS). I went and got food before we even went inside our room, but the black lady, elderly wasn't there it was a white woman who was also elderly and she was very kind, and did everything she could to make it right, she promised a full refund for the two nights bc she could not give me another room, and I didn't have the money to go set up another room for us, even if they refunded me to my card, bc it doesn't go back to your card instantly, it can take up to two weeks for that too occur if not longer, so we were stuck here, for those two days. She offered me clean sheets pillows, some cleaning supplies, but could not give me another room even though it was without working air, and/or cleaned from last guest. Something struck me as odd, when I told her what room I was in, she said, ”well, no wonder, why'd they put you in there.” This made me think they have certain rooms for certain guests, and I was just unlucky, bc the ”good” rooms were already booked up, so I got the room they have for the crackheads
