Hotel terbaik di Lansing

The bar was closed the pool was closed. Weight room closed. Because of covid still. They r taking it a little too far. The rooms were clean. The workers were very nice.

Overall a completely fine at the Candlewood Suites! The room was very clean (with the exception of the curtains, those definitely need replacement). Amenities in the room were great for the price (full fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwear, etc.). The snack cupboard at the front of the hotel had great prices! Bed was very comfy. Considering this hotel was 30-50$ cheaper AT LEAST than nearby competition and only a 6 minute drive from the main MSU campus, I can't see a reason not to stay here again. As long as you're not looking for the newest and best as far as technology and amenities go.

This is a very beautiful hotel to stay in. The hotel itself seems quite new and the rooms are very well appointed. Everything is very clean and fresh. It is a stylish hotel with nice paints and touches to the exterior and interior. The staff is very friendly and professional. Janice at the front desk was exceptional and very kind. I would highly recommend the courtyard downtown Lansing. One warning the surrounding area is a bit scetchy and maybe not so safe after hours but the hotel and lot seem quite secure.

We chose to be a Hilton Honors as we travel a lot, we booked a room inclusive of breakfast, upon checking in, we were not welcome as a member and breakfast was not discussed, we asked where the breakfast gonna be served, we directed to the location, in the next day we are ready to take breakfast, the staff in the restaurant seems confused, I mentioned that I booked a room with breakfast included, staff told us to go back to the reception to get a voucher, receptionist told me that they do not sell a room with breakfast included, she liked to argue thinking that I am telling a lie so I presented the booking confirmation and mentioned that I booked through Hilton website, so finally she gave me a voucher for 2 adults so I said how about my 2 kids are they not gonna eat?! In the website kids under 5 is free breakfast, then again she argued with me. I felt like im not staying in hilton brand hotel. My point is, this is not my problem that's the company problem, the website is not telling the right information, the hotel is under renovation, their main dining restaurant is a la Carte service not a buffet etc. Staffs are not pleasant, rude, reception staffs are not warm and welcome not supposed to work in the front. Valet people is not too bad, no complain. Hotel is currently renovating that's why it's clean but I don't recommend this hotel. Expensive room rate with breakfast inclusive if you just gonna get a la carte service with just 2 eggs and hard sausage. So no, not to this hotel, I'm not coming back.

Stayed here for the night so i can go see the game with my daughter. The front desk was great when we checked in. The valet guy yong told us where all the good food places are. Overall it was a wonderful experiences will come back for another game.

Booked a 5 night stay at the hotel via ******* in August 2023 and arrived at 1:30 a.m. after a long drive from Chicago but only spent one night and checked-out the next morning. The hotel was filthy, dark and dirty hallways with almost no lighting, the room was dirty with dust and dried paint flakes everywhere and smelled of wet paint and/or melted plastic or some kind of solvent. The bathroom was even worst, dirty with hairs all over the towels and in the bathtub. Went to see the night manager but he said he does not see any issues and would have ”no problems sleeping well at the hotel”. Went back to the room to try to sleep and in the middle of the night smelled something burning but could not find the cause so did not sleep as was afraid of a fire. In the morning found that one of the lamp had shorted as the lamp no longer worked. On check-out the hotel charged us USD$90 penalty for early check-out, that we gladly paid! Went to stay at a Marriott instead, lesson learned and should have trusted the bad comments already on ******* from other guests but had thought could not be that bad and the location was ideal for us, we were wrong! Should have stayed with a major hotel chains that we always use. We have stayed at a few hotels in 3rd world countries that were better than this! ******* should pull this listing on their website as it is not fit to be listed for their customers to stay at, or at least have it checked to verify comments/ratings from their customers.

This is an okay Courtyard but needs some attention. We were given rooms just off the second floor just off the restaurant and were directed the fastest route to the room. But we weren’t told that the room was located on the complete opposite side of the property from the elevator, meaning that we had a good hike ahead of us since the property is U-shaped on the second floor. Also, breakfast was good but the dining room tables were all dirty although the room was not crowded.

Hotel is fine - clean, rooms are well appointed, large bathroom, typical Springhill Suites. Checkin was easy and front desk staff friendly. However the windows do not keep out any noise. I can hear someone coughing in the parking lot as I write this on the 4th floor. My daughter who can sleep through anything was unable to sleep here - a problem we’ve never had even in large cities. The HVAC system does not offer a constant fan setting for white noise. There’s general noise … cars, horns, car alarms Train tracks are nearby and the trains whistles each time they pass. I’m not sure how many times it came in the night but I know there was one around 11, two between 3 and 4 AM and some others. Somewhere in the night, the trash was picked up. Dumpsters banging, truck making the backup beeping sound. I assume it was picking up surrounding businesses as well because it went on for a long time. It’s possible that rooms on the back of the hotel may be quieter, I’m overlooking the parking lot. And I assume trash doesn’t get picked up every night so that won’t impact everyone,

This hotel is great .. great location . Nice common areas and activities . The rooms are very nice and hotel staff is amazing.
