This was the first time I’d stayed at Springhill Suites although I’ve stayed at other Marriott hotels many times. Like the others, this hotel and the room were very clean. Check in was fast and staff were courteous. The room decor was contemporary, but with pops of color beyond the monochromatic grays so popular today. My one complaint is that all of the lighting was very bright and rather cold in tone. Sometimes, especially first thing in the morning, I would prefer soft, warm lighting. Breakfast was the typical free hotel breakfast, but the coffee was very good. I would definitely stay at Springhill Suites again.

It's my first time writing a review, and we had such a delightful stay at Murray Inn and Art Gallery. After a day of volunteering at a high school, we were exhausted. Luckily, the hotel was exceptionally clean, providing a homely atmosphere. We opted not to dine out; the room's microwave allowed us to heat our own food, ensuring a peaceful and restful evening. The comfort level, as mentioned in some reviews, surpassed that of some chain hotels. The only drawback was being able to hear the TV from the adjacent room. Despite this, I highly recommend this hotel.

We were greeted upon arrival by Alexis and Justin…two outstanding front desk associates. Remembering us from previous trips and recognizing our HHonor status they had upgraded our room selection. Bravo to the two of them for their excellent service. Everything was perfect at this property. Breakfast offerings were exceptional. The staff even offered a hot chocolate bar with extra special toppings! Fun offering for the cold winter months! Great management at this property! Bravo to you! Recognize your great employees. Good ones like those we had interaction with are hard to find. BTW…the night shift front desk staff and third floor housekeeper were excellent. I wished I had gotten their names!

Gem of a place to stay in Murray and looks like there has been a recent renovation. Made a quick road trip to W Ky for some family business. Check-in for 2 rooms was a breeze, Ms. Brenna was informative, friendly, and immediately set my expectations by advising me that there would be some light construction in the hallway by my 2 rooms but it would only be during the daylight hours - it was not disruptive at all. Room was clean and well furnished as was the bath. Breakfast area was clean and always well stocked during the breakfast serving hours and the team did a great job with so many people (college sports team) getting food. Having been leaning more toward IHG properties lately I would absolutely recommend this location as one of the better ones.
