"We had a great stay at Arashi Hotel Nambaminami! The location is very convenient—just one subway stop from Namba and only a short walk to the nearest station. There are plenty of useful amenities nearby, including a Daiso, supermarket, and a Lawson convenience store right across the street. The room was surprisingly spacious, especially by Japanese standards. We had three checked suitcases and still had plenty of room to open them all without feeling cramped. One feature we really appreciated was the in-room washing machine. The bathroom also doubles as a drying room, making it easy to do laundry during a longer trip without needing to find a laundromat. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value, a convenient location, and thoughtful amenities. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka."

"This hotel is ideally located across from the train station and a short walk to the Metro. Next to shopping centre and a short walk to Dobtonbori. The staff were very friendly and helpful and assisted with luggage transfer to Tokyo. Our luggage was brought out by hitel staff in Tokyo when we checkwd in. Washer/Dryer also very useful on a long trip. Highly recommend."

"This hotel had so many amenities and it was very spacious. You have a walk in kitchen and a designated area for your shoe storage and then the bathroom and shower are separate which is very convenient if you want to shower and someone else needs to do their business. They even have a second door that leads to the main bedroom and then a balcony as well. Biggest hotel room I’ve stayed at in Japan for such a great price. The hotel staff are helpful and it’s about a 8-12 minute walk from nearby train stations. There is also a family mart and Lawson outside. The room also has a washing machine, microwave, fridge and kettle along Edith kitchen stove gas top."

"Immaculate place, highly functional with everything you need, just like a home. For young travellers like us, we were looking for somewhere that is clean, convenient, flexible, safe, practical, affordable - and this place has it all! Some major highlights⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - The room is very specious for two person and can fully open large suitcases. - comes with a well equipped kitchen, inc pots, pans, crockery, cutleries, knifes, dishwashing stuff - typical Japanese bathroom with washing machines and detergent provided. Only hang drying space is available in the balcony. - self serviced amenities at reception, has everything from ear plugs, to trash bags. - cleanliness of this place is top notch. Overall well-maintained. - has usb port for charging and convenient socket port on bedside. - has a balcony with a lovely view and hang drying space. - self serviced check-in: hassel free with clear instructions to lock box, passcodes through efficient communication. - AC works great, dimmable lights, OTT TV - closest train/metro station Tegachaya 6-8mins away, kobini just few steps down the road, supermarket 8mins away. In a Quiet residential neighbour. Some other points to note: - Bed is on the softer side, not ideal for me but sure will suit some. Was truely surprised for the value of money of the apartment, thank you for making it such a good stay!!"

"安嵐酒店家庭住宿實在太棒了，在日本真的很難找到這麼大的房間，我從七月初找了半個月才找到這家酒店🏨，老公説就定這家看起來很高級很好實際也很照片一模一樣寬敞床大睡着舒服踏踏米也舒服，有個大餐桌，洗手池高級的全新的廚房，爐子巨好用，火很快可以煮雞蛋。炒菜。微波爐我好用。店主 大鵬和和太太都特別好，還帶我們去吃了烤肉太香了，怎麼能這麼好的老闆呀！所有日本員工都很不錯下次孩子自己去的話就直接託付給老闆了"

"Out of the entire 10 day trip, this hotel was the best one out of all 4 hotels we've been to. My mum was sick and had a fever. We went to the hotel early to check in, and the cleaner lady was very very kind to let us sit in a random room first for my mum to rest. She even cleaned our room first for my mum to rest earlier. It was clean, had a washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer, a couch, a smart TV, a airconditioner with a remote (surprisingly this is note worthy, because other hotels we had to get up to adjust the temperature) . All of these made the room even more comfortable, as we didnt need to travel to other levels of the hotel just to get water or microwave food. The bed was very comfortable, and one of the most comfortable sleep I had the whole trip. I would have loved to stay longer at this hotel, and if I go back to Osaka, this hotel is definitely going to be the hotel I book again. The check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Kudos to the team."

"作為普通的公寓式酒店 離心齋橋非常近 出門轉個彎就到了 很方便 服務因為交流和語言的問題稍微有點困難 但是前台也在努力 能定上家庭雙床房是最好 兩張1.8米的大床 但那個一張大床一張小床的房型有點坑 小床是從大床底下拉出來的 有洗衣機微波爐烤箱冰箱 親子家庭很方便 浴室也是常規的取暖式浴缸 但確實不大"

"the location is a bit far from the hotspot. There is no housekeeping service everyday. We have to put out trash outside the room & the staff will throw it at the bin. we have to bring old towels to reception to change the new one. The reception is only from 8am-10pm. But i still enjoy staying here. TQ"
