"I really enjoyed staying here. The room was super clean and felt comfortable right away. I also liked that there was a small kitchen counter. it was simple but really useful during the stay. The location was a big plus too. Being close to Namba OCAT made it really easy for us to take a break and then continue our trip to other parts of Japan by bus. Overall, it’s a great, convenient place to stay, especially if you’re planning to travel around a lot."

"Nice comfy and clean studio with all necessary amenities including washing/drying machine, ir cooker, table&cookwares, and a bluetooth speaker. Location is close namba nankai station and 5minutes away from metro namba station with unlimited food options nearby."

"If you’re a solo traveller and don’t mind a few scratches on the wall, this hotel is perfect for you. It’s very convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the lift down to the MRT station. The bed and room are surprisingly big and comfortable for Osaka standards. Also, the neighbourhood is quite lively and welcoming, with some interesting spots nearby if you’re looking to explore the local scene in the evening 😉"

"Kelebihan: 1. Bilik dan tandas bersih dan kemudahan disediakan. Tidak akan memberikan gambar bilik seperti dalam gambar. 2. Kalis bunyi sebenarnya bagus kerana terdapat balkoni kecil yang menghadap stesen kereta api dan saya suka pemandangannya. 3. Jarak berjalan kaki, kira-kira 10 minit atau lebih bergantung pada kelajuan berjalan kaki anda ke Tsutentaku, Shinsekai atau Donki. 4. Saya sangat ingin mengatakan ”Arigato” dan memuji tuan rumah kerana menjawab semua soalan saya sebelum mendaftar masuk dan semasa proses daftar masuk saya (apabila saya menghadapi masalah). Mereka menjawab semua pertanyaan saya tepat pada waktunya. 5. Stesen kereta api yang terletak berdekatan mempunyai laluan JR, Metro atau Nankai, yang boleh membawa anda terus ke Stesen Minoh-Kayano, Tennoji, Namba, Umeda, Osaka atau Lapangan Terbang Kansai. Perancangan yang betul diperlukan untuk menaiki kereta api yang anda perlukan. Keburukan: 1. Kami mempunyai 2 bagasi sederhana dan 1 bagasi kecil dan hampir tidak dapat membuka 2 bagasi sederhana penuh walaupun mempunyai almari. 1 bagasi kecil boleh dibuka sepenuhnya di tengah-tengah antara 2 katil tetapi ia akan menghalang laluan ke balkoni (jika perlu pergi ke sana). 2. Kawasan dapur dan tandas, menjadi agak sejuk pada waktu malam dan pemanas tidak dapat sampai ke kawasan itu. Tidak pasti sama ada lantai mempunyai pemanas. 3. Walaupun terdapat stesen kereta api berdekatan, masih perlu berjalan kaki kira-kira 8 minit ke atas bergantung pada kelajuan berjalan kaki anda. Jika anda datang dengan kereta api JR, tiada lif atau eskalator di pintu keluar berdekatan ke penginapan. Kami terpaksa membawa semua bagasi turun ke pintu keluar. Walau bagaimanapun, jika anda menaiki laluan Nankai ke lapangan terbang, maka tiada masalah dengan bagasi kerana terdapat 1 lif yang beroperasi di pintu masuk berdekatan. 4. Jalan raya pada waktu malam menjadi agak sunyi dan menakutkan jika anda berjalan bersendirian tetapi saya percaya ia baik-baik saja di Jepun. 5. Tiada restoran/restoran dan pasar raya dalam jarak 5 minit berjalan kaki. Secara keseluruhan, saya menikmati penginapan saya di sini dan saya sentiasa menginap di kawasan ini semasa perjalanan saya ke Osaka kerana kurang orang ramai dan kemudahan untuk sampai ke lapangan terbang. Satu perkara yang perlu diberi perhatian, sila lengkapkan semua pra-pendaftaran yang telah dihantar oleh hos melalui e-mel kepada anda untuk memudahkan daftar masuk. Sekali lagi, saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada hos atas layanan yang hebat dan atas jawapan yang diberikan kepada pertanyaan saya."

"Hotel yang bagus, bilik yang sangat kecil. Terdapat penghawa dingin dan hotel ini bersih. Stesen metro dengan nama yang sama berdekatan. Daftar masuk dan daftar keluar layan diri. Terdapat ruang istirahat dan dapur, yang kami ketahui semasa kami mendaftar keluar dan anda boleh memasukkan kod. Kod PIN untuk daftar masuk dihantar melalui e-mel 1-3 hari sebelum ketibaan. Terdapat sebuah kafe berhampiran metro untuk makanan, Family Mart, dan 7/11. Terdapat sebuah kedai Lawson di seberang hotel. Ia mengambil masa 30-40 minit untuk sampai ke pusat bandar, dan kami berjalan kaki ke Istana Maharaja, iaitu kira-kira 45 minit."

"The location is convenient and matches what was listed on Google. There’s a convenience store nearby, and the place is right next to the main road, which is great. What I really appreciated was that the accommodation was flexible with the check-out time and responded to messages very quickly. However, what really bothered me was the cleanliness. I found a tissue beside the bed, trimmed nail clippings on the floor, and small food scraps in the sink. The soap holder in the bathroom was dusty, and there was a lot of dust under the table as well as along the bed frame. Other aspects were acceptable, but the cleanliness definitely needs significant improvement."

"This hotel is a great choice for short stays, especially if you’re looking for convenience and privacy. The location is excellent—just under a 5-minute walk from Tengachaya Station, making it easy to access public transportation. There is also direct train from Kansai Airport to Tengachaya station, without transfer - bonus point if you arrived from KIX. There’s also a 7-Eleven nearby that offers Yamato luggage delivery service, which is very handy if you're traveling with heavy bags. The hotel operates as a fully self-service property, with no staff at the front desk. Check-in is straightforward—they’ll email you a passcode to access your mailbox, where you’ll find your room key. Rooms are compact, as is typical in Osaka, but very clean and feel quite new. The bed has storage space underneath, which is perfect for stowing large suitcases. Amenities are basic (toothbrush, comb, shaver), and you can pick them up at the front desk area, which also has a microwave available if you want to heat up food. One thing to note: there’s no coin laundry on-site, so if you’re staying for an extended period, plan accordingly. The room brochure mentions a luggage delivery service, but I didn’t receive a reply when I tried to contact them using provided number.  Overall, it’s a solid option for short stays—comfortable, private, and very conveniently located near transit and services."

"This is more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Although there isn’t daily cleaning of the room, but whatever you need can be self served at level 1. Fresh towel and toiletries etc. Room is very spacious even for 2 adults. And there is a washing machine inside the room. Cons: -The building is right next to the train tracks, as in literally next to it, so for light sleepers this will definitely be a problem. We were lucky that our unit were facing the opposite direction and the view is pretty nice. - Location isn’t the best. It is not on the main Midosuji Line, so going to Shin-Osaka (Shinkansen station) or most attractions requires you to make a transfer. And the nearest metro station is a 5mins walk away."
