The room is new and clean. Service is excellent. Love the view from Peacock Alley while having breakfast.

The Intercontinental Osaka's location is great and their service is top notch. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and decently maintained. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has never disappointed. For longer stays, the breakfast selection doesn't change much and gets boring very quickly. This is the only let down..

This hotel is wonderful. The location is excellent and easy to access to JR line, metro or even bus at the JR Osaka station. The shopping ball next to the hotel is a gem. I almost have my dinner at Kitte Osaka every night and you could find pizza, sushi, ramen, grilled chicken skewers, steak, hot pot, sweets and even decent Japanese kaiseki at this place. The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. When I ask for a paper box, they provide thick tape and assistance to me when going down to the Post Office which is right next to the hotel. The minor thing about this hotel is the water pressure of the shower head. The top rain shower head is powerful but somehow the hand shower head power is marginal and not acceptable for such 5 star hotel.

The hotel was clean and the reception staff were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious, though there is some room for improvement. The water service was a bit confusing; we were told to get water ourselves from the cold food section, but seeing other tables having water delivered made the experience less pleasant. Overall, it was a decent stay!

Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons

We had such a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle. The highlight was definitely the view, waking up with Osaka Castle right in front of you feels unreal. The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable, but those views really make the whole experience special. It’s one of those stays you actually remember. If you’re visiting Osaka, this is such a good choice. Would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts. The hotel has a fun, vibrant atmosphere and is perfect for families. Its location right next to Shin-Imamiya Station made getting around Osaka incredibly convenient, and the complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios Japan was a fantastic bonus. Our room was spacious, modern, and colourful, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the evening garden events, where we enjoyed complimentary takoyaki and beer—a unique touch that really added to the overall experience. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

Great value for money. I got a very good deal which is like 2 third of the price I normally pay in Osaka. Experience was perfect right after check in. Room is spacious and clean. The setting is just perfect like the mirror in the bathroom is perfect for makeup, placement of clothes rack and are for placing suitcase are all good. Can’t think of anything to complain. It would be even more perfect if there’s a bath robe though. The PJ is comfortable but bath robe is important for beauty routine after shower in the bathroom if you get what I mean. Overall 10/10

This is my 3rd visit to Osaka. When I first visited in 2013, I was so impressed with the breakfast buffet and it didn't disappoint my second visit in 2019. However this time around, the quality and variety of the buffet has declined. I would suggest to get rid of the ice cream machine and bring back some more Japanese or Asian breakfast dishes, or upgrade the coffee service.
