Cari Hotel 5-Star di Osaka

The room is new and clean. Service is excellent. Love the view from Peacock Alley while having breakfast.

The Intercontinental Osaka's location is great and their service is top notch. Rooms are a little dated but very clean and decently maintained. I've stayed here a couple of times and it has never disappointed. For longer stays, the breakfast selection doesn't change much and gets boring very quickly. This is the only let down..

This hotel is wonderful. The location is excellent and easy to access to JR line, metro or even bus at the JR Osaka station. The shopping ball next to the hotel is a gem. I almost have my dinner at Kitte Osaka every night and you could find pizza, sushi, ramen, grilled chicken skewers, steak, hot pot, sweets and even decent Japanese kaiseki at this place. The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. When I ask for a paper box, they provide thick tape and assistance to me when going down to the Post Office which is right next to the hotel. The minor thing about this hotel is the water pressure of the shower head. The top rain shower head is powerful but somehow the hand shower head power is marginal and not acceptable for such 5 star hotel.

Room is great. Huge compared to many Japanese hotels. There is a metro station right in front of the hotel but that is for one line only. There are 9 lines in Osaka! Another station is about 5 minutes walk away, at the St Regis hotel. That one will take you to the airport line too. Walking to the main shopping district takes about 15-20 minutes. Not recommended for the way back to hotel if you intend to shop! There are two good restaurants right behind the hotel. One that sells Xiao long bao and the other a cozy Japanese restaurant that is the cheapest in the whole of Osaka! At least from what I know. I ate there 5 times in the one week I stayed at the hotel. Staffs at the hotel are very helpful but unfortunately not very knowledgeable so do your own research if you have any ‘touristy’ questions.

Polisi tidak masuk akal di mana tetamu sama sekali tidak dibenarkan mendaftar masuk sehingga jam 3:00 petang. seterusnya, yang bermaksud lobi yang sesak dengan orang yang tidak sabar. Pada pukul 3.00 petang. terdapat tergesa-gesa untuk mendaftar masuk dengan isyarat panjang. Mengapa tidak sekurang-kurangnya mendaftarkan tetamu apabila mereka tiba dan melengkapkan pendaftaran untuk niat jahat terlebih dahulu? Dan jika bilik siap sebelum 3:00 p.m. mengapa tidak membiarkan tetamu kami berasa selesa dan tenang, bukannya menjadi begitu tegar dan tidak fleksibel? Bukankah menjaga pelanggan yang membayar anda menjadi keutamaan???? Saya mula-mula diberikan bilik 1602 yang kemudian saya dapati berada betul-betul di sebelah lif, dan dari situ saya boleh mendengar lif naik dan turun sepanjang masa dan menjelang 11:00 malam. kerana saya tidak dapat tidur kerana bunyi bising, saya terpaksa berulang kali mendesak untuk menukar bilik. Mengambil empat lawatan daripada penyambut tetamu selama 40 minit hanya untuk mencapai tugas mudah ini. Dia sangat keberatan untuk membenarkan saya menukar bilik pada mulanya tetapi hanya mengalah apabila saya menegaskan bahawa saya tidak akan membayar untuk bilik jika saya tidak dapat tidur dengan tenang. Keesokan harinya kunci saya tidak berfungsi, dan apabila saya bertanya mengapa, kakitangan penyambut tetamu berkata bahawa mereka mengandaikan bahawa saya ingin menukar bilik lagi, walaupun saya telah memberitahu penyambut tetamu malam sebelum itu, saya tidak akan bersusah payah menukar bilik lagi. Komunikasi yang lemah di kalangan kakitangan, dan sekurang-kurangnya, saya sepatutnya dimaklumkan apabila saya mula-mula mendaftar masuk bahawa bilik itu terdedah kepada bunyi bising dan diberi pilihan. Lokasi yang sangat baik betul-betul di atas stesen kereta api bawah tanah Shinsaibashi, dan di kawasan membeli-belah dan makan paling sibuk di Osaka. Hotel ini sama sekali tidak mempunyai kemudahan rekreasi seperti gimnasium atau kolam renang, walaupun harta itu diselenggara dengan baik dan bersih, walaupun tilam di bilik saya telah kendur, mungkin disebabkan oleh usia. BERHATI-HATI dengan bilik dalam jarak 20 meter dari lif - jangan terima bilik dalam apa jua keadaan, melainkan anda tidur yang sangat berat!

I arrived at 10:30. It was sunny so everything looked really nice! The staff is so kind and gave me the room right away so was even more impressed. The hallway is lined with carpet, but doesn’t smell stuffy. The room is spacious and well design. I love that they have a little lounge area by the bed. The room doesn’t have a bathtub, but I find it really nice because lately I have been very skeptical and a little bit scared to use Hotel’s bathtub so I think taking it out is good. The room even have steam iron. The glass that is provided in the room is good quality very thin. They have an espresso machine in the room as well, which is a nice touch. The location is a little bit off, but not that bad.

We had such a great stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Osaka Castle. The highlight was definitely the view, waking up with Osaka Castle right in front of you feels unreal. The location is perfect and the rooms are comfortable, but those views really make the whole experience special. It’s one of those stays you actually remember. If you’re visiting Osaka, this is such a good choice. Would 100% stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at OMO7 Osaka by Hoshino Resorts. The hotel has a fun, vibrant atmosphere and is perfect for families. Its location right next to Shin-Imamiya Station made getting around Osaka incredibly convenient, and the complimentary shuttle to Universal Studios Japan was a fantastic bonus. Our room was spacious, modern, and colourful, making it a comfortable place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. We also loved the evening garden events, where we enjoyed complimentary takoyaki and beer—a unique touch that really added to the overall experience. We'd happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Osaka.

It was an expected stay for me and my partner due to cancellation of our flight. Room is very clean and luxury, and the foods and services in the lounge were excellent. Would recommend visiting this hotel 👍🏻
