really love this hotel!! walking distance to dotonbori, literally 30 seconds to yotsubashi line and there’s 24hour aeon supermarket to get your instant food and drinks. hotel is super clean and cosy, with big beds and able to open 3 big luggage at once. Would 100% highly recommend this hotel!! singapore couple here

Идеальные апартаменты! Они огромные для Японии, очень много места и это прям радовало каждый день. Очень приятный хозяин, всегда был на связи. В апартаментах было всё необходимое, а обогреватель воздуха в ванной спас и высушил наши вещи, после ливня. А ванная какая шикарная, она огромная, в ней может поместиться европеец, если не два! Есть кухня и посуда, если вы хотите есть и готовить дома. Обязательно посоветую номер всем друзьям.

Hotel was quite spacious. Very clean and housekeeping is done daily. The staff were very friendly and nice. It is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest station. Getting there with your lugguage could be abit more inconvinient, other than that all was dandy. There was NO laundry machines in the hotel (was advertised with) but there is a coin machine laundry right beside and its really good.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It was clean and had nice amenities! I will give perfect score if: 1. They had a better pillow. The Japanese pillow is very hard. It is like sleeping in a stone. 2. The onsen has women staff, it is such a surprise to see a woman doing things in such place with people who are naked. Is a man okay to serve in the women onsen? I think it was awkward for the woman worker. 3. The quilt is like silk, it slides down to the bed when you are sleeping. It is not so comfortable to sleep on. Other than these 3, everything is perfect. There is not much in the area of the hotel but It is 6 minutes walk away from Awaza station, a few stops away from Namba station (where is dotonbori) there is a 7/11 beside the hotel. I have not tried the breakfast, but there is a drink area open from 6-9 pm and you can get some beauty mask or other small things everyday in the reception. The receptionists are kind and polite and the hotel was quiet. The room is small but is convenient.

My luggage can check in earlier ,I really. Like it and every thing is going so good from the check in to the staying will be my first choice when I have a chance to there

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Location: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

I have been to this hotel 2 years ago during our visit of Osaka. We love this hotel because. It is just close the Osaka Station that it is very comfortable to go around Osaka. You can just take direct train from the airport to Osaka station to come to this hotel. Also it is easy to go to Kyoto. In the rooms they provide washing machine, microwave and Kitchen with equipement. My children love it so much. When they are lazy to go out for diner, they just can cook easy meal. We will always stay here if we have a chance to come back to Osaka.

The service and staff are friendly, but the room that they assign to the girl who travel alone it have a strong small of the smoking “I think that it smoking room,but not it have the sign show on the rule condition in room do not smoking in room and they provided some spray in room, and the room have the noise from air conditioners and next room, and upper room all the night when they use the toilet. I’m can not sleep and insecure all night.
