Cari Hotel 4-Bintang di Osaka

Saya pergi ke Jepun selama 8 hari dan menginap di sini selama 4 malam. Ia sangat mudah dan kemudahan hotel juga sangat canggih. Lokasi: Cemerlang. Dari Lapangan Terbang Kansai, anda boleh mengambil Haruka ke Stesen Tennoji, yang hanya 5 perhentian dari Stesen Tennoji di Laluan Tananicho. Hotel ini terletak hanya 2 hentian dari Umeda, dan ia juga sangat mudah untuk pergi ke Shinsaibashi. Hotel ini secara menyerong bertentangan dengan stesen kereta api bawah tanah, di sebelah kanan di seberang jalan dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah. Hotel ini berjarak 15 minit berjalan kaki dari Istana Osaka, sangat dekat, cuma ikut peta Google. Kemudahan dan perkhidmatan: Sikap perkhidmatan sangat baik Kami tidak menemui meja depan berbahasa Cina, tetapi bahasa Inggeris tidak menjadi masalah. Apatah lagi dengan kekurangan perkhidmatan, anda boleh mendaftar masuk dan mendaftar keluar sendiri. Jika anda tidak boleh mengendalikannya sendiri, meja depan bersedia membantu pada hari kami pergi, jadi kami meminjam kereta sorong hotel dan payung. Kami pergi ke Kyoto dan Kobe selama tiga hari dan terus menyimpan bagasi besar kami di hotel kerana kami akan tinggal di sini semula apabila kami kembali ke Osaka. Terdapat produk penjagaan kulit di pintu masuk lif, jadi ambil sendiri. Boleh cuba sarapan hotel, tapi lebih digalakkan pergi ke kopi bakar arang sebelah hotel, haha~ Bilik: Setiap hari kami keluar awal dan balik lewat, dan mereka sentiasa bersih apabila kami balik. Saya suka pengering rambut di hotel ini dari Refa dan sangat selesa. Saya ingin pergi ke pusat membeli-belah untuk membelinya dan membawanya kembali, jadi saya memutuskan untuk tidak. Katil dan bantal hendaklah mempunyai kelembutan dan ketegasan yang sesuai, dan jangan lupa untuk menghidupkan pelembap, jika tidak, anda mungkin mengalami pendarahan hidung akibat kekeringan. Istana Osaka boleh dilihat di hujung koridor di atas tingkat 14 hotel.

Hotel is short distance from Shinsaibashi metro station. Really easy to travel via the midosuji lines. Exit from exit 2 from the metro station (exit 1 is under construction when I was there). Plenty of food options along the street and hotel is also really close to dotonburi. Rooms are clean enough for 2 pax in a room. However for big groups booking multiple rooms, do take note that for moderate twin rooms, there is only 1 room per level. So for my booking of 4 rooms, we were spread out in 4 levels. There were a total 5 washing machines with dryer functions in this hotel. Staff were friendly but they speak limited English. Luggage locker room is self service on level 1. IC card is used to lock and unlock the locks.

Very good location nearby JR station / Metro station and New world with 24hrs restaurant and shopping at DonkiDonki just 5 mins walk, apartment is good designed, 2 big beds and small sofa & coffee table, nice terrace for drying cloth after daily washed by in-room washer. happy to stay there 3-4 nights with quiet place, helpful customer service and quick response though the apps. improvement: 1) WIFI connection to be improve and 2) curtain blackout not enough due to top & side leak without cover.

Don’t expect this to be a full service hotel, it is self check in only but the steps are very easy so there’s not much issues there. Rooms are clean and spacious with spaces for luggages, it’s located near a train station and there’s few convenience store in the block so don’t worry about not finding any groceries. If you are looking for apartment like stays then this is a good recommendation, the only minor issue was that the air conditioning was not that strong so it was a bit stuffy.

리뷰가 없고 검색을 해도 정보가 없어서 엄청 불안해 하면서 예약을 했어요 구글에 주소 검색했더니 공사중인 사진이 나오더라구요? ㅎㅎ 진짜 지어진지 얼마 안된곳인가봐요!! 아무튼 걱정을 안고 호텔에 도착한 순간 진짜 대만족이였습니다!! 숙소도 사진이랑 다른거 없이 넓고 쾌적하고 너무 좋았어요! 근처 이동하기에도 편의점 마트 도톤보리 난바역 대부분 도보로 10분 15분정도라 딱이였구요!! 일단 넓고 깨끗해서 지친몸을 이끌고 저녁에 돌아왔을때 6명모두 너무 편하게 쉴수 있었어요 특히 가격도 다른곳에 비하면 개인적으로는 저렴한편이라 생각이 들어 더더 만족했구요 ㅎㅎ 다음에 오사카 방문한다면 꼭 여기로 숙소 잡을꺼에요.. 물론 그때가 되면 여기도 조금은? 사용감이 많아지겠지만요? ㅎㅎ 사진은 퇴실하면서 찍은거라 정리는 안되어있단점 침고하고 봐주세요!!

Location was good - cross one road and can reach the shopping street. Was assigned to the room on the highest floor and the view was good!! The hotel is clean. Just a downside that the hotel is dark (dark theme) so there might be areas where it will be dark and abit hard to pack/find items. Overall, will come back here again if I plan to travel to Osaka

The best thing about Tokyu Stay was its location right next to the metro and also its en suite washing machine. The hotel doesn’t clean your room daily if you book it for 7 days or more. So for my 10 day trip, they only cleaned it once, which wasn’t great. The rest of the days only had changes in towels.  Also the housekeeping was not very attentive. I had 3 people staying in the room and only had 2 towels (I had an infant with me). And every day when replacing the towels they only gave me two, for 10 days straight even when I asked housekeeping for an additional towel every single day. This lack of initiative isn’t great either.  Overall, it is cheap for its location and also for its amenities (the washing machine). Besides that, the service and housekeeping isn’t top class but given the price, nothing much to complain.

New hotel in Osaka, with comfortable bed (on the firm side), and well thought-out design. The check-in was fuss free through the machine and additional amenities, like toothbrush, are available next to this machine in the lobby. only gripe I have is with the toiletries which are botanically based and don’t seem to be very good and efficient in cleaning, especially the shampoo, as I have to wash my hair twice everytime before it feels clean. The product just doesn’t lather and foam up to clean well. Nonetheless, the bathroom shower was amazing. Location-wise, it is around three blocks from the nearest subway station and if you can navigate yourself on Google maps, you can bypass the nearby covered shopping Street to reach Namba easily by foot. It is not the most ideally located out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in Osaka before, to be honest, but if you are a Hyatt layalist, then this is your only option in the city. I redeemed my Hyatt points for my four-night stay and I paid only 3500 points per night, which was a bargain. If you are paying cash rates, I don’t think this hotel is worth what it’s charging simply because there are similar and almost identical hotels that are in better locations. When I last checked, the point redemptions are now at 5000 points a night, which is still a fairly good rate and my advice to Hyatt loyalists is to stay here on points and not cash. Osaka has many good affordable hotels that is even better than caption, if you are paying for it.

Everything was good. Location was convenient. Apartment seems to be very new. At first the wifi didn't work, but they responded quickly to resolve my issue. Only thing I would comment on is that their washing does not come with drying feature so we did not use, as we were not comfortable drying the clothes on the balcony. Plus we were assigned the ground floor.
