My first time staying in a capsule hotel, and honestly, I was more impressed than I expected!
📍 Location: Amazing! It’s very close to Dotonbori—just a few minutes’ walk to food, shopping, and nightlife. Also near train stations, so getting around is super convenient.
🛏 Capsule Room: I thought it would be very small, but it’s actually more spacious than expected. I could stretch out comfortably. There’s decent privacy with a curtain, plus a power outlet and personal light.
🧼 Cleanliness: Highly rated! The bathrooms and showers are very clean. Amenities are provided, including towels and a hair dryer.
👩💼 Staff: Friendly, helpful, and able to communicate in English, which makes everything much easier.
👍 Pros:
- Great value for money, perfect for budget travelers
- Excellent central location
- Secure system with lockers for your belongings
⚠️ Cons:
- If you get an upper capsule, climbing up and down can be a bit inconvenient (though it’s slightly cheaper than the lower one)
- Some noise is unavoidable since it’s a shared space
- It can feel a bit warm or stuffy at times
💬 Overall: Perfect for solo travelers or anyone who wants to try the capsule hotel experience in Japan. If you don’t mind limited personal space, it’s definitely worth it!

DDarinDarwishThis was not my first hostel experience, and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed.
Let’s start with the positive aspects first:
The location was absolutely perfect — I don’t think you could find a better place to stay in Namba. Everything was close by, and getting around was very easy.
Also, the staff were extremely, extremely friendly, and we received fresh towels every day, which I really appreciated.
Now, onto the things that bothered me:
First, the cleanliness: It wasn’t really clean. In the showers, there was always a lot of hair and dirt in the gaps where you enter and exit, which was quite unpleasant.
During my stay, someone vomited in the public sink area, and it was not cleaned up overnight — it was still there even at 10 a.m. the next morning. Because of that, the house smelled strongly of vomit for a while.
That night, and in general, there was often an unpleasant smell in the kitchen area as well.
Without wanting to discriminate, I noticed that many older people were staying at the hostel (since apparently there was no age restriction). Some of them would loudly clear their throats and spit phlegm into the sinks, even early in the morning, which was quite disturbing and unhygienic.
Another issue was the temperature: The room was extremely hot at night, and since so many people were sleeping in one room, the air became very stuffy. Even inside your capsule, it was uncomfortably warm.
One last point: On the day of arrival, the address on Trip.com was wrong, which made it very hard to find the hostel. It took me almost an hour and a half to find it, especially because it was very hidden with no clear signage outside.
I really hope that in the future, there will also be an age limit for guests.

RRosbyRosanaTodo perfecto. El apartamento es pequeñito pero hay espacio suficiente para poder tener las maletas. Dispone de baño completo con lavadora, algo muy útil, y también una mini cocina aunque no hicimos uso de ella. Nevera pequeña para poder dejar alguna cosa. El balcón también se agradecía.
Calefacción correcta aunque tuvimos que batallar con el mando y respecto al agua caliente de la ducha muy buena temperatura y presión.
La ubicación perfecta, a mitad de camino entre una estación de tren para la llegada y partida de la ciudad y de estación de metro para moverte por Osaka.
Si vuelvo intentaría reservar aquí otra vez.

Kkiang49The locationn is very close to shopping areas such as Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Kuromon Market. There's also a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby, located behind the building. The accommodation is clean, towels, liquid soap, and shampoo are provided. The bed is a good size, not too narrow. My room was on the second floor and had limited space for luggage. There's a corner outside the room with tea and coffee service and a refrigerator, but it's quite cramped. You can buy food and heat it up there. Because the accommodation doesn't have much common space, you need to be mindful of noise levels.

PPengguna TetamuFirst hotel once touched down in Osaka. It was great as they allow early check in which is so so grateful and thankful for after a long flight due to long layover time. The staff is friendly and nice. But there’s one disturbing thing is every morning around 7/8/9 am, there will be door banging constantly and I assumed it’s the cleaning process which need to open some kind of room constantly. It was quite disturbing as it awakes me almost everyday. There’s the only downside. Other than that, location is great with walking distance to Tsutentaku and near to Zoo and Museum. It’s quite comfortable and will be perfect without the banging noise. Might hesitant to book again due to the noise as a light sleeper. Hope it can be improved in future. Overall, great stay and it’s near to a great luggage storage shop which named Daikoku Locker. Extremely cheap and easy to store,

TTunika MakhoniAmazing hostel! Very clean, nice staff. Free WiFi ! Was surprised by the fridge and whole kitchen free to use for those who stay. When you are not a tourist and need a place to stay and save up some money by ”cooking at home” it is sooooo handy! Also, loved the design of the place. My only concern was a horribly hard pillow, and even tho I have stayed only for 3 nights - my neck hurt like no joke. Of course, someone may like it, but for me it was a nightmare. Other than that - have nothing to brag about! Highly recommend.

Supermarket is also walking distance from hotel. Only problem is check in time 3:00 PM and check out time 10:AM. Value for money. Room size is small but it is very organised and fair enough

Hanya ada tandas dan bilik mandi berkongsi. Kebersihan adalah sederhana. Walaupun hotel ini lama, ia mempunyai daya tarikan yang berbeza. Lokasi sangat baik. Dari stesen kereta api bawah tanah Dobutsuen-mae, Exit 2, ia adalah kurang daripada 100 meter ke hotel. Ia mudah untuk menyeret bagasi dan pergi ke tempat lain. Terdapat banyak makanan pada waktu malam dan ia juga berhampiran Don Quijote.
