Hotel berhampiran Ancestral Hall of Jiang Zonghan, Dali

Excellent location, big rooms, very clean. The best part of the hotel is the location inside the Dali Ancient Town, just 5 minutes away from the entrance to the old town. This is convenient if you are renting a car or taking cabs to get around Dali, as cars are not allowed inside the ancient town most of the time. The hotel has great views of the mountain and has a very modern look and feel. Overall great experience! Highly recommend!

The hotel was conveniently located right outside the dali ancient town, offering both convenience and tranquility. It was also beautifully decorated and equipped with a lot of amenities such as the pool, a really nice roof garden as well as a mini gym though we did not use them during this trip. The service and hospitality of the staffs were also impeccable. The receptionists were prompt in replies and always available to assist us, be it greeting us and helping us with our luggages or recommendations regarding touring around dali. We were also very grateful for the free room upgrade and were once again impressed by the cleanliness, decor and comfort of the room. The supper was really good as well. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and will recommend it to anyone coming to dali! :)

I had enjoyed my stay at Dali Ancient Luchun Hotel extremely much due to the excellent service. They really weren’t lying about the Haidilao-style service.  Their front desk personnel manning the Wechat (慕雅) was extremely responsive and helpful when it came to my requests. The lobby staff were also very helpful in delivering stuff to my room and when I was carrying luggages, they ran forward and assisted me immediately.  The services at this hotel were also unique and special: warm milk delivery daily (so that you can sleep) and free pick-up to and from the Ancient City and also to the airport/railway.  Nearby (10 minutes walk) there is also street food that tastes amazing and is value for money.  Overall, I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for stellar service and helpful staff and I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I had the chance to visit Dali.  我非常喜欢入住大理麓椿花园酒店，他们提供的优质服务真的名不虚传，确实有海底捞式服务的水准。 前台负责微信客服的慕雅对我的各种需求都非常响应和耐心解答。大堂的工作人员也很热情周到，每次送东西到房间时都很及时，当我提着行李时，他们还会主动上前帮忙。 酒店的服务也非常独特和贴心：每天送热牛奶（助眠），还提供免费接送服务，不仅接送古城，还可以送到机场或高铁站。 附近也有步行十分钟可达的街头美食，味道很棒，性价比也很高。 总之，我会推荐这家酒店给任何想要体验优质服务和热心员工的客人。如果有机会再次来到大理，我一定会选择再次入住这家酒店！

Pada waktu malam, duduk di atas katil tatami, dengar muzik, lihat Tasik Erhai mengalir perlahan, dan rasai aliran masa. Kemudahan di dalam bilik adalah sangat lengkap. Terdapat pelembap (sangat penting untuk orang selatan!) dan pembesar suara adalah dari Dyson. ! Perkhidmatan hotel juga sangat bertimbang rasa Untuk minum petang dan pencuci mulut selamat malam, butler akan bertanya dalam kumpulan jika anda memerlukannya pada waktu yang ditetapkan mereka di dalam peti sejuk supaya anda boleh memilikinya apabila anda kembali. Very nice staff! Big and beautiful room! Very responsive via WeChat and quick to deliver us by using the golf cart. Free photos led by a photographer and free bag of gifts after we left. We enjoyed the stay but probably will think twice about staying overnight in the Santorini area again. It is a ghost town in Santorini after dark, no activities, no lights on in the area, everything closed after 6 pm. We walked around with our cell phone flashlight to find dinner.

Our experience at Pullman Dali was a mix of highs and lows, with some exceptional staff and several areas that fell short of expectations for an Accor hotel. The Good: We were fortunate to receive excellent service from Ms. Eleven and Mr. Herman, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Their kindness and attentiveness, especially when our child fell sick during the stay, were truly commendable. They provided all the assistance we needed, making a challenging situation much more manageable. Additionally, the café staff member, Mona, stood out for her patience and friendly attitude. The Not-So-Good: Unfortunately, the overall experience did not meet the standards we expect from an Accor hotel. Communication was a significant challenge, as many of the local staff struggled with English, making it difficult to get basic information or assistance. The hotel seems to cater primarily to local Chinese guests, which greatly influenced the atmosphere. The breakfast area was chaotic and crowded, and the variety and taste of the food left much to be desired. While Mona was polite and helpful, other staff displayed a dismissive and arrogant attitude. For instance, when we inquired about some of the local breakfast items, the response was abrupt and unwelcoming, as if they didn’t care whether we ate or not. Additionally, breakfast ended strictly at 10:30 AM. While I was still taking food from the buffet, the staff turned off the lights and removed the trays right in front of me without any warning. It felt extremely inconsiderate and left a poor impression. Other Observations: The location of the hotel is convenient, and the rooms are decent. However, the overall experience may be more suited to local Chinese guests rather than international travelers expecting global standards of service and hospitality. Final Thoughts: While there were shining moments thanks to a few outstanding staff members, the overall experience at Pullman Dali did not live up to the reputation of the Accor brand. If you are an international guest seeking a more service-oriented stay, you might want to consider other options.

Really nice place with an awesome view of the Erhai lake. Pros: - Nice erhai lake view in the day, city lights on the left at night - The room is really clean and well decorated with a virtual fireplace that adds to the ambience - Good location, 10mins drive from Dali Railway station - Relatively quiet at night Cons: - The toilet flush is quite weak, will need to flush multiple times if doing big business - The shower head had abit of water leakage at night even though we had already turned off the taps completely

We ate a family of four. from Singapore Stayed for 3 nights and the experience was great in general. Comfy room with a wonderful view of Dali, including West and Eastern Erhaii coastal areas.Acceasible to different choices of food. Nearby jogging paths along Erhai are useful for people who love to do basic exercise in the morning. Breakfast is simple but nice to eat.Host and the team are very friendly in helping us to settle down. Highly recommended !

The views from this accommodation was immaculate! Peaceful vibes and many photo spots Location is about a 10 min walk from the nearest didi drop off, but staff will help to bring your luggage to and fro (remember to contact them on WeChat) Hosts are very friendly and always ensures that we are well taken care of!

beautiful lodging with amazing view of Erhai and the mountains. Morning view is unreal. butler Xiao Du 小杜 was very attentive and helpful, always responsive when approached. Other hotel staff were also very sweet and attentive, preparing breakfast for us to takeaway as we have to check out early to get the train. Only thing to note is the no. Of insects from the sea that will be attracted to the light in the room. Nothing the hotel can do as its nature, but Xiao Du will remind you to keep the doors closed at night so that the flies don’t come in.
