I can't say enough about this hotel. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The staff never failed to greet me with ”hello sir” and wave and smile. Always helpful when I had questions such as ”what's the best way to get somewhere?”, Etc. Location is excellent with being close to the beach walk, many restaurants and access to public transportation. Property is well maintained and clean. My room was plenty big for one person but family rooms are also available. Only one thing that may bother some is the hot water was out for one of my 3 day stay. However this was a minor inconvenience for me and did not keep me from issuing this 5 star review.

Being between Robinsons and the Ceres bus terminal, this hotel is in a great location. That's why I stayed there and, sadly, it's the only reason to stay there. Rooms are very small and basic. There's no safe and no fridge. The air conditioner is the old style and under-powered. Thankfully, you can get two card keys, because the room took many hours to get to an almost comfortable temperature.

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... I’m very very happy with this hotel. Please note, I’m accustomed to five-star luxury hotels around the world. While this boutique hotel isn’t a five-star in that sense, let me say…. Any possible little shortcomings are EASY TO OVERLOOK due to the kindness and warm-hearted professionalism extended by the staff. They’re super duper. From the street, you actually might wonder if it’s good. But once you approach the hard working and friendly staff, and lovely interior, you’ll be happy you supported this wonderful little business. Essentially, there are three floors and a restaurant on the fourth. I personally would only choose the 2nd or 3rd floors, so you can enjoy your own private restroom, or Comfort Room as it’s called here. That’s just my view. Let’s say right away….. clean, clean, clean. Everything is clean! I love it. This is their grand re-opening time, I think, following two years of silly covid restrictions. I think it’s a family business actually, and that’s always better to support than the large corporations.

We stayed here last April. The reception was very friendly and professional. There was a convention at the hotel, so it was very busy, despite this, reception and housekeeping accommodated our every request. Breakfast is not anything special, but it is good food. I thought it was interesting that they charged me extra because I wanted cheese in my omelet, but the charge was really minimal. Very central to town with nice restaurants a few minutes walk away. The strand was probably 15 minutes walk. We also used trikes and taxis to get around. I will be returning next May, already reserved and looking forward to the stay to be just as enjoyable as the last visit.

The interiors of the hotel is an acquired taste as it makes use of upcycled materials and bare finishes. The quality of the bed, beddings and pillows are excellent. Breakfast is ample in quantity and choices. Expect some traffic noise as it is located on the main road and there is no sound absorbing finishes at all. The location is very accessible to good restaurants, the pier and transportation. It is great place to stay for short stays.
