Hotel 3 Bintang di Gijon

La ubicación y la atención de la chica de recepción cuando llegamos es lo único bueno de este hotel. Las paredes de las habitaciones son de papel, se oye todo y si tenéis la mala suerte de tener al lado gente ruidosa tendréis que acabar llamando a recepción para quejaros. La limpieza dejaba que desear y la almohada solo tenía espuma en uno de sus extremos, en el otro era como dormir sin ella. En cuanto al desayuno, un desastre, quizás lo peor de todo. Tienen los platos ya montados envueltos en film transparente y no puedes elegir lo que desayunas, tienes que comer lo que ellos quieren, además de tener cero variedad. No merece la pena. Si volviera a Gijón no me volvería a alojar en este hotel.

Un hotel en el que se oye hasta lo que piensa el de la habitación de enfrente, lo que habla el de arriba y cómo los de al lado mantienen unas relaciones amorosas con pirotecnia…

Hotel Alda Pasaja staat aan een drukke straat met veel verkeer, meteen aan het centrum. Het uitgaansleven in het centrum geeft heel veel lawaai s’avonds en s’ nachts, zelfs met raam dicht en oordoppen in is er veel geluidsoverlast. De lift, watergebruik van douche, wastafel en toilet is ook duidelijk hoorbaar. Voor het hotel is een stopstrook om bagage uit te laden en een straat verder is een openbare parkeergarage. Met kortingscode van het hotel kost het parkeren 13€ per dag.

I stayed in Hotel Alcomar in August during a surftrip. The staff was very friendly and I felt very welcome. It might not be the most hip and trendy hotel, but i loved the atmosphere and the classic old feel to it. My room was spacious, clean and it had a huge bathroom. Only minus might be the noice from other guests in the hallway, if they are talking in the hallway you can hear them quite clearly. The location is great as well, next to the beach and near the old historic center and the numerous bars and restaurants. You cant have a more perfect location. I really enjoyed my stay and i would come back for sure!

This was my third visit to Gijon, and it won't be my last. A short 1 3/4 hour flight from Gatwick with Vueling, and a 1/2 hour taxi ride from OVD (Asturias) Airport and I was in town. The hotel reception staff were attentive from check-in to check-out, even helping out with a minor injury! The hotel room was spotless, with plenty of storage space, writing desk and a comfy bed. The ensuite was A1, with excellent shower and other accessories including a hairdryer and even a bidet (unused...!). The continental breakfast was fine and as expected, delicious coffee!! Gijon is not a large town but offers plenty. The expansive San Lorenso beach front with a huge promenade, makes an ideal surf beach which isn't ideal for small children, but behind the bay is another beach, near the marina, which is ideal for younger families. The restaurants, oh the restaurants... I ate two large meals a day and never at the same restaurant twice, all very reasonably priced one clear recommendation is the Fabada, a basic meal comprising of beans, with chorizo and pork (or clam), with flavours you'll never have enjoyed before! Buenas vacaciones y gracias Gijon!

Ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem. Angenehmer Service, Sauberkeit, gutes Frühstück, Lage nahe der Promenade, dem Busbahnhof und dem Stadtzentrum. Besonderer Dank geht an das Personal an der Rezeption. Wir wurden früher als geplant bewohnt. Vor dem Abflug wurde um 6 Uhr morgens das Frühstück serviert. Ich möchte eine kompetente Marketing- und flexible Preispolitik erwähnen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
