Royal Mansour Marrakech 皇家曼蘇爾馬拉喀什酒店🕌 嚟摩洛哥其中一個原因都係因為想住尼間酒店，酒店的主人是前摩洛哥國王，穆罕默德六世(Morocco’s King Mohammed VI)，係2020-2021年被選為全球最佳酒店，全酒店有的53個獨棟的Riad，每間Riad 只住2人， 酒店裡的員工有將近500多人，就算在客滿的狀況下，跟客人的比例大約是4比1， 基本上你上網search摩洛哥，好多圖片都會彈咗呢間酒店出嚟，好多網紅都首推濃厚嘅摩洛哥風情，不過價格亦非常高貴，我6月入住期間已經算係淡季，我住嘅房型亦都係最基本嗰種，都要約$14000港元一晚，不過貴從來都不是他的問題……😂 個人入住體驗: 由於每間房都係獨立的House ，所以入住就要預咗要不停行樓梯上落， 而這麼高貴的酒店打電話去reception，那個人竟然不會說英文(他們大多數會說法語，因為這裡以前是法國殖民地)，很簡單問佢泳池幾點收都答唔到，還覺得你不會講法文很Low😂，而較高級的職員感覺比較高傲， 入住期間試過佢亞洲賽菜餐廳，味道嘗算不錯的😋 除此之外這裏確是很好打卡的，尤其係個Spa🥰，其實另外還有一個室內泳池我也很想影的，不過剛巧他在維修中…..🥲(聽説維修時間還有數個月) . . . . ❣️個人認為性價比低，除非你真係好想入去影相就可以住一晚，否則其實佢最靚嗰個位係酒店大堂，所以其實你只要訂位食飯就可以入去影了 . . . #thebesthotel #morocco #marrakech #royalmansour #摩洛哥 #摩洛哥風

Dear Sofitel Marrakesh Team, As a loyal guest who has been staying at Sofitel Marrakesh for the past 15 years, I want to express my continued appreciation for the high standard of service, comfort, and hospitality your hotel consistently delivers. My experiences have always been thoroughly enjoyable, which is why I continue to return year after year. I wanted to share some constructive feedback regarding the pricing for non-resident guests visiting the pool. I was surprised to see the cost set at 1000 MAD for an afternoon visit. Having recently visited several top-tier 5-star hotels in Dubai — including venues such as the Aura Skypool — I found their pool access prices significantly more reasonable, despite offering similarly or even improved premium experiences and amenities. fully appreciate the need to maintain exclusivity and quality, but I believe a more accessible pricing structure would be more suitable for guests visitors while still preserving the luxurious experience that Sofitel is known for. とても見事なホテル、落ち着いた雰囲気で清潔、スタッフの皆さんの対応も最高です。庭でテント貸切でのディナーはこれまでにない特別な気分になる幸せなものでした。 これまでSri Panwa, PhuketやJumeirah, Maldivesが良かったですが、同等かそれ以上の良いホテルでした。

It’s a beautiful designed hotel, well located in a nice area with shops and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and clean. Friendly staff, great swimming pools and beautiful gardens. Only con was check in. When a arrived in my jogging outfit and tired, no one of the staff offered to help me with my luggage. I guess because I wasn’t looking fancy, but that shouldn’t matter since I’m still a customer. Also at the check-in there were 4 staff members and one helping the clients in the queue. After 15 minutes one of the staff members asked the others to help the clients waiting for the checkin, this must be improved. But it didn’t effect my stay. I stayed a week with my daughter and we had a really nice stay.

Sorry for the long review, but I wanted to be as informative as possible and share the information I would have liked to know before booking. This was my 5th trip to Marrakesh and my first stay at Savoy Le Grand. I was quite nervous booking after reading some negative reviews, but overall I had a very pleasant experience. From the moment we stepped out of the taxi, we were warmly welcomed by Salah (concierge) and the Moroccan tea man in reception. From check-in to check-out (4 days later), all staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Everyone we encountered spoke Arabic, French, and English, which made communication very easy. The foyer is beautiful, and the grounds are extremely well cared for—even more beautiful than expected. That said, there is ongoing construction and upgrades, which are not mentioned on the website. This is currently their quiet season, and the main construction is above the reception building, which is being extended upwards. Noise started daily around 9:15am, drilling around 9:38am, and finished around 6:30pm. Estimated completion is 1 May 2026. If you request a room near the second smaller pool, the noise is much less noticeable. The noise is louder and echoes more around the main pool due to the square layout. The hotel has four pools: two outdoor and two indoor. One indoor pool is heated and includes jacuzzi jets. There is also an additional indoor jacuzzi at the spa, charged at MAD 250 per person for one hour. There are three à la carte restaurants on site: Moroccan, International, and Italian. Directly outside the hotel are a supermarket, Paul, Chilli’s, and Papa John’s. Please note that outside food is not allowed inside the hotel. There is an ATM in reception and direct access to Menara Mall, which closes at 10pm. Special thanks to Nabil at reception, who did an excellent job checking us in. He listened carefully to my needs and arranged early check-in to a ground-floor room close to the restaurants, spa, and gym, with a garden and pool view. Soundproofing from the pool area was good, although hallway noise does travel. The grounds are beautiful, but the ground-floor rooms occasionally had a sewage smell, which I’ve also experienced at other Moroccan hotels. We did experience a few issues with our first room (heating not working, leaking fridge, slow-draining sink). Without us needing to complain, Soukayna from guest relations came first thing the next morning and immediately arranged for us to move to a beautiful suite. This level of customer service, care, and attentiveness is exactly what you expect from a 5-star hotel. In the evening there’s live entertainment music in the bar and outside a light & water fountain display. The suite was stunning—very spacious, with a separate living area, two balconies, lots of storage, mini fridge, large sofa, king-size bed, two TVs, kettle, coffee machine, safe, bathrobes and slippers. The bathroom had two sinks (standard rooms have one), plenty of toiletries (no washcloths), a large shower with both handheld and waterfall options, and excellent water pressure. There wasn’t much space to hang items, and there is a bidet hose beside the toilet. Thank you to the head cleaning lady for the final touches and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. I’d like to thank all the staff for providing us with a wonderful stay. I love the Moroccan people—they are humble, kind, and always willing to help. Despite the construction, I achieved my goal of relaxation and a short break. This is now my new favourite hotel in Marrakesh, and I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family

Great resort for active families who like their sports. Includes paddle ball, full size football pitchel, basketball, volleyball, table tennis and lots of aqua activities. Good gym & indoor pool. Heated outdoor pool as well as a number of other outdoor pools. Includes VR/ gaming and arcades. Variety of entertainment. Lovely aqua park and water ropes course included for over 150cm people. The lobby bar is brilliant for coffee and amazing bakery. Also great for watching football. Rooms are large, modern and well equipped. Food is varied. Nice choice of non - veg like king prawns, smoked salmon, chicken kebabs, turkey steaks but can get repetitive after a few days. All inclusive drinks are good. Free shuttle bus to Medina is useful. 30 minutes away. Negative points is mainly really poor customer service, bad communication and some rude staff! Not 5 star service or attitudes! This is a number of staff from reception porters, ,bar & restaurant staff

The hotel’s location is excellent as it is walking distance to most of the tourist attractions in Marrakech. Has a huge swimming pool where you can enjoy and relax. However, service is very very poor. On the night that I arrived I requested a slippers by calling the reception, as there were no slippers in the room, but none came. Again the next day I requested again at the front desk and the staff promised to send it to my room, but nothing came. Once again on the 3rd day, I requested the same, as usual nothing came. Three different personnel at the front desk promised to send the slippers to my room but never keep their promise. So much bad service. Another issue with the hotel is the aircon system, it was not functioning during my stay. Only fan is working and it was hot inside the room. And I complained at the front desk and the staff said that the airconditiong were disabled as it still winter or spring season. I tried to open the window and door to the balcony to let cold air inside but unfortunately the road noise was terrible, so I have to close it. Had a really bad experience with Novotel Marrakech.

Alles was in orde, jammer dat in de kamers de gebedsrichting niet word aangegeven. En helaas geen gebedskleed. Voor de rest was alles perfect.

バスタブがあって、オールインクルーシブなホテルを探していたらこちらを見つけました。 市内からはタクシーで80MADで、約20分かかりました。 ホテルから市内へ向かう場合のタクシーは150MADとのことです。 市内へはホテルのシャトルバスもありますが、片道1人15MADで、時間も決められているのと、当日予約は埋まっているので、タクシー利用をおすすめします。 バーカウンターやレストランにいたスタッフの方は皆さんとてもフレンドリーで、仕事もてきぱきされてました。 アメニティは、スリッパや歯ブラシ、バスローブなどは全てないです。 また、電源がヨーロッパ仕様なので、変圧器をホテル内にあるショップで80MADで購入しました。 レストラン会場は、朝食、ランチ、ディナー全てビュッフェ形式で、ワインも白、ロゼ、赤が飲み放題でした。 日本の感覚からすると、この値段でこの施設やサービスはあり得ないので、日程に余裕があるならぜひ一度宿泊することをおすすめします。
