Hotel terbaik di Hakone

We stayed at the Hakone Hotel as part of a tour group. We had a spacious twin room with a view over the garden and part of Lake Ashi. The room spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. We had a comfortable chair and a comfortable 2 seater couch as well as comfortable beds. In the morning we had a beautiful clear view of Mt Fuji from the grounds of the hotel. We had a delicious included dinner at the hotel as well as a good buffet breakfast. There was a capsule coffee/tea maker in the room that I tried with Earl Grey Tea which was a bit strong for my taste.

Amazing hotel in an amazing location. The Japanese style room was very comfortable and the use of the private onsen a bonus when booking a stay there. Since we were driving we also appreciated the free parking on property. We had an amazing stay!

酒店很新，房間和服務都很好。早晚兩餐很豐盛。私湯也很安靜私密。 最大的驚喜是返程要下山到湯本的時候，酒店工作人員大叔説因為天氣熱，所以直接送我們到湯本（而不衹是到酒店附近的巴士站）。全程給我們介紹春天的櫻花、秋天的紅葉，直接激起了家屬再來一次的願望。最後和我們道別的時候也特別友好和熱情滿滿，讓我這個 I 人都有點社死了哈哈哈。

I booked 2 nights here with breakfast and dinner. I had a traditional room and it was very spacious probably double the size of most rooms i have had and i have been travelling 3 weeks now. It is easy to access 30mins on the bus from the romance train stop. The hotel staff did not speak much English but were helpful. The restaurant staff lovely. The meals were nothing short of amazing probably the best i have had so far as well. Huge dinner i struggled to finish and breakfast was good size. The onsens were stunning i used 2 private and the public one Highly recommended to stay here. I would have liked another 2 days especially if you like to hike and museums so much to do here. Also buy Hakone free pass great value . This place is not a day trip from Tokyo. Though doable you will miss soaking up the beauty. I do not understand some negative reviews i read at all?

I wanted to give it a 4.5 star but half a star is obviously not possible so I just round it up lol Anyway, the location is convenient, pretty close to the train station and the good thing is that they gave me a ride from that train station to the hotel, a really good courtesy ride! Bus is also a good option and the closet bus stop is like a 5-min walk away. There are a few things that I really like about this hotel: 1. The art pieces and decor, very detailed, that distinguish itself from other properties 2. The dinner was soooo good! One of the best ryokan dinner experiences I had 3. The in room hot bath is great and it comes with the price that we paid which is a good deal 4. The private bath for rent was not busy, and when I say rent, it is actually free. I went during the autumn leaves season so I could actually view the autumn leaves when I bath, so going in the red leaves season would give you a surprise 5. This is a cozy and quiet hotel, so if you long for some quiet time this would be the place to go. The thing to improve is that some areas of this hotel are dated which need some touch up. But I can live with those, not major actually. All in all I would recommend this hotel!

the villa is located in an idyllic and very quiet location in the mountains. It is equipped with all modern comfort equipment. the standard is the same as in modern homes in the capital.

誕生日の夜をこちらで迎えました。バーのカウンターでのチェックインはシャンパンをいただきながら。その瞬間からフリーフローが始まり、、メニューにあるカクテルやウイスキーを好きなだけ楽しみました。部屋に戻っても冷蔵庫内のアルコールやスナックが無料でいただけます。 カウンターや大浴場からの眺めは、遠くまで景色が抜けていて気持ちが良かったです。翌朝のブランチは、飲み疲れていたためお酒はシャンパン一杯だけでしたが、メイン料理のガレットやビュッフェが綺麗で美味しく、夜景とはまた趣の異なる景色を眺めながら気持ちのよいひとときでした。 チェックインの18時に合わせて小田原で遅い昼食を済ませてきたこともあり、夜は軽食だけでしたが、ブランチが充実していたので物足りなさは無かったです。部屋で飲むときにはスナックもつまみたいですし、むしろ、お酒好きにはちょうどよいシステムなのではと思います。 お酒だけでなく、温泉の大浴場も良かったです。露天風呂横のデッキで休憩できたりドライサウナもあり、サイズは小さめですが宿泊客が少ないのですいていました。時々飲みに行きたい宿となりました。

Good if you drive. Vey near to the Hakone open-air museum which is very nice place. Room very clean, kitchen got all facilities to use.

We booked Hakone Airu under the expectation of taking part in an 'experience' and wanted to embrace all that we would be offered. Primarily, we were looking for a place to stay in the Hakone area with a private onsen and reasonably close to transport links. Hakone Airu delivered in all of these aspects and was a fantastic spot from which we could make use of the Hakone pass and explore the region. Directions upon booking were clear and advised taking a bus or taxi from the train station but we opted to walk the 15 minutes and take in the local shops. While the final stretch does climb uphill, if you are reasonably fit, it shouldn't be a problem. Check-in was very welcoming and after complimentary drinks, we were shown to our room which was perfect. The outside area with private onsen and views of the surrounding hills was divine and we enjoyed spending evenings 'soaking' in the atmosphere both figuratively and literally. This ticked every box in achieving the relaxing onsen experience we were looking for. Meals were plentiful. Breakfast was fit for a king and the western menu (with a Japanese nod) set us up for each day with full and satisfied stomachs. The evening meal was 'Kaiseki' which, as defined by Google, is ”a traditional multi-course Japanese dinner. The term also refers to the collection of skills and techniques that allow the preparation of such meals”. It is akin to a 'tasting menu' that you might expect in more elaborate Western restaurants. With that in mind, we fully expected a range of textures, tastes, colours and presentation that could challenge our palates. The meal did exactly that. Over ten, superbly presented courses, we sampled a range of meats, seafood and clever vegetable twists that both delighted and challenged our expectations. The Sashimi was a particular highlight along with the cleverly designed corn dish! A turban sea snail added to the adventure and is a great example of how the menu can push your expectations by providing foods you may not ordinarily opt for. Impressively, the menu was different each night and a delight to sample. Throughout our stay, the staff were outstanding: courteous, polite, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. Thank you. We arrived at Hakone Airu with high hopes; these were achieved in every aspect. I would love to visit again and recommend it to anyone who is open to embracing everything on offer.
