Truly extraordinary services. Staff helped to call taxi to the train station and helped to carry luggages. All staff are super friendly and helpful. They proactively inquired if we had any needs and overachieved in delivering when we asked for amenities such as water, towels, slippers, etc. Highly recommended.

I definitely recommend this hotel if you visit Leshan city for a Budah visit. We just stayed for two days but regretted the fast stay. Great location in a calm and beautiful part of the city, just in front of the river. If you go North the avenue you’ll see the Budah Statue just 500m around. Service is excellent giving us the family feel house hotel. Breakfast is mainly Chinese food but you have a coffee machine and bread. Outside you have all kinds of Chinese restaurants. Looks like an old building but when you get inside is a good taste environment with everything you need in a room: AC, fridge, boiler, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion, toothpaste… it’s an open space bedroom meaning no door to the toilet but with enough privacy. 5 STARS

Come to Leshan only for the Tian Pi Ya, and didn't expect that the hotel we stay will be one of the best from our trip. The service is excellent, especially the housekeeper Xiao Zhu. The driver that pick us up is also very friendly, he introduced us to local favourite Tian Pi Ya near the hotel. Location is very strategis especially if you want to see the Budha Statue. The place is very peaceful and serene, all the Workers there is very polite and helpful to us. Very recommended. For Tourist, we recommend to contact the hotel before hand, to ask for their wechat or Phone number, since they need to pick us up ourside the Leshan Museum entrance. Thanks for the hospitality and hope we can come again 😃

Very good service from the front desk even though we are only staying for one night. 向样，小何 & 杨淋 really try their best to satisfy their customers and make them feel at home. We got upgraded to a river view room and the view was fantastic! As our train is only departing near to 5pm, we requested for a late check out. To my surprise, they really did their best to accommodate and we only checked out at 3.30pm. A big thank you for their gracious accomodation to our request 👍👍👍 Highly recommended to stay there.

This hotel is a real gem. We arrived 8:00 in the morning, way way before the official check-in time which was around 15:00. Regardless, the hotel staff greeted us incredibly warmly and offered us a different (and bigger, might I add) room, because the one that was dedicated to us wasnt ready. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. We were highly satisfied. The staff, as mentioned before, was very friendly, very professional and highly forthcoming. Every time one of us passed a staff employee on our way out they kept standing up from their chair and smiling warmly/greeting us. Never seen anything like his before. I cannot emphasise enough how good this hotel is. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

趁着寒假一家人來樂山旅遊，訂了一個複式的套房，一家子入住這個房型太合適不過了，我和老婆睡樓上，長者帶孩子睡樓下，房間面積差不多90平米了，複式樓的兩房一廳，樓上和樓下各一個房間，客廳大，電視機很大，又可以投屏，孩子就可以在客廳無憂無慮的看動畫片，全程不用找我們大人的麻煩，這個房型真的適合一家子出行，就不用去訂兩個房間了，最好的是樓上樓下還是獨立的衞浴，真的是太方便了，這個要給酒店老闆點贊👍。

酒店就在嘉興路正對面，出行非常方便，過街就是馮四孃、串妹兒、趙鴨子、徐涼糕、武砂鍋，簡直不要太適合吃貨入住。因為是2025年新開業的，有點擔心裝修污染，前台説裝修已經一年了，入住期間也確實沒有問到新裝修的味道，帶娃家庭可以放心入住。酒店床品、毛巾啥的都是新的，乾淨整潔。電動窗簾、智能馬桶、衞生間乾濕分區，沐浴室還分了兩部分，有專門隔出一部分放換洗衣物和浴巾毛巾地墊，很驚喜。有專門的凈水龍頭，可以直飲，茶包是茶裏的，還有掛耳咖啡。春節期間房間爆滿，入住和退房都很高效，前台和客房服務人員態度都非常好，電梯碰到會主動問好。因為我帶老年人和小孩兒入住，給我安排了靠近小區的房間，面積也是最大的一間，非常感謝，以後來樂山還會選擇這家酒店！

房間非常的大，免費幫我升了房，非常的感謝，服務態度非常好，花灑洗的也很舒服，水流很大，房間的電池比較小，因為房間大，所以看電視不是很方便，另外房間的隔音效果一般，需要加強設施，窗簾稍微有一點老舊，別的都太還好，畢竟價格擺在那裡。

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

KKwah JohnsonI did not expect my choice of this hotel was excellence on my first visit to Leshan. The location was very convenience to the Leshan Giant Buddha, ticketing and tour cart/bus just beside. It is 20mins from “Leshan” rail station by taxi, the taxi driver helped me to call the hotel to pick us up at the Leshan museum. The hotel’s staffs were very kind and friendly. Because we have to move to Emei Mountain in the next early morning at 7am. The hotel has prepared 2 sets of breakfast (picture attached) for my wife and I to take away, so we can have it in our taxi to Emei. The cleanliness was good too. The room deco and ambient were nice too.

PPengguna TetamuI wish to do a fair review of my B&B stay at Emeishan. Service was spectacular. 1) The hotel provides free pick-up and drop-off services from Emeishan Station (not to be confused with Emei Station), about 7-8 mins drive from the hotel. I communicated via WeChat which trains I would be on and let them know that my 1st train arrival was actually so that I could drop off my large suitcase at their place, before going backwards to Leshan for half a day, and then returning to Emeishan in the evening. Not only did they agree to send someone to the train station to pick-up, they agreed to pick up only my luggage without me needing to accompany. So I could add an additional hour to my Leshan trip. Then they came to the train station a 2nd time in the evening to pick me back to the hotel. 2) The hotel replies very very quickly on WeChat, as if monitoring it all the time. 3) The hotel could arrange ticket purchase of a show, Only Emeishan, at a price lower than what you find on the official website. 4) The hotel even left the suitcase in my room before my arrival. 5) When I told the hotel to skip preparing my breakfast as I was starting off at 7am the next day to go Emeishan (breakfast is 7.30am at the hotel), they offered to put some items into a plastic box for me to take along. 5-star service in terms of making arrangements! They gave me a really large room, and I never used the bathtub with the bath herbs, but am thankful for the upgrade. Loved it that they gave 1 gigantic bottle of water and 2 smaller ones, showing their care for pple intending to climb Emeishan. Please don't expect too much from what they call ”Afternoon Tea” included in your package. It is merely a small tray of dried/fresh fruit, so it wouldn't form a meal. But I would not be fair to readers of reviews if I didn't give a balanced review. a) The hardware is a bit tired. The wooden planks in the shower room are blackish, and there are water marks on the stone in the bathroom. b) The power sockets are not at good locations. They are at the lower parts of a wall at a random spot and nothing near the bedside. c) The lights in the room are not well-positioned. d) There was an empty bottle below the wardrobe area when I first entered the room, which was missed even on the 2nd day. e) As I'm not familiar with Emeishan, I also didn't know that 黄湾 area is not exactly the main activity area in Emeishan. That said, the hotel is a 5-7 min walk from the 黄湾 entrance/exit to Emeishan. I believe the Baoguo Temple entrance/exit would be more popular. There are several restaurants around the restaurant but the vast majority appear closed or are not occupied, so it doesn't feel very lively, whether day or night. All in all, I would still recommend this hotel as they are family owned and run. The whole family depends on your support. Support local small business and give them a chance.

They even cooked us some noodles for dinner when it was raining outside and we didn' want to leave the hotel. The hot springs, which are available 1600-2300 were very hot and relaxing. The rooms were immaculate and beautiful. I cannot recommend this place enough. Oh also the breakfast was banging

VVmrossoWe had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect right in between the start of the mountain and the small town with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were stunning and clean with many amenities that all worked perfectly. We deeply appreciated the coffee machine in the room as well as the tea and filtered water! The service was incredible and the staff really went out of their way to accomodate any of our requests or needs. They turned on the hottub every evening at 6:30 so it would be filled for us once we returned! Not to mention the breakfast was the best breakfast i’ve tried in all of China! Thank you for making my birthday so special. Highly recommend !

PPengguna TetamuLovely hotel. Particularly liked their family room which is perfect for a couple with a young child. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Good breakfast too. Staff were helpful. Located close to Baoguo bus station where you can get the sightseeing bus up to the golden summit.

PPengguna TetamuProbably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.

AAliciaInChinaThe staff of this hotel walked the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We had no worries, just relaxing. They prepared special food for us, helped carry bags to and from the room and was always available when we needed anything. I really enjoyed my stay and would return and recommend to friends

PPengguna TetamuNisbah harga-prestasi adalah sangat tinggi. Bilik ini sangat besar, luas dan selesa. Bilik dengan tingkap menghadap ke barat sangat sunyi pada waktu malam. Ketika kami tiba di Stesen Emeishan hujan renyai-renyai. Saya bimbang tidak dapat menaiki teksi, jadi saya menelefon hotel dan bos wanita datang menjemput saya menaiki keretanya. Saya sangat terharu! Jika saya perlu nitpick, tiada pemegang untuk gel mandian dan syampu di dalam bilik mandi. Untuk mandi, anda perlu meletakkan gel mandian di atas lantai bilik mandi atau di pegangan pintu gelongsor bilik mandi. Ia tidak mudah. Saya harap kedai boleh melakukannya. Tambahkan pendirian pada bilik mandi anda. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja. Jika saya datang ke Emeishan lain kali, saya akan terus tinggal di sini. Lokasinya juga tiada tandingan, kurang daripada 100 meter berjalan kaki ke Pusat Pengangkutan Penumpang Pelancong, dan sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas mendaki gunung. Kat bawah ni ada macam-macam restoran yang selesa untuk makan tapi nak ingatkan ada restoran tempatan bernama Dihao.Jangan pergi sana.Mahal tak sedap.Entah kenapa banyak sangat. diorang. sangka sedap sebab ramai, tapi rasa tertipu. . Anda mesti membeli sarung kasut semasa mendaki gunung pada musim sejuk. Jika hujan turun di kaki gunung, pasti ada salji di atas gunung. Sarung kasut adalah alat pendakian anti-gelincir! Tidak sampai setengah jam menaiki bas, landskap hijau bertukar menjadi landskap bersalji putih!

TThomas Eng Leongit was a pleasant surprise to realise upon reaching the hotel that I had stayed here 18 years ago. The service was great. One of the staff led usto out room in another block and showed us where the hotspring and breakfast areas were. He also helped us with info about Emeishan weather.
