第一次帶着兩歲多的小朋友來樂山旅遊，就選擇適合小朋友住的酒店。看到網上發的圖片有個小木馬，裝修風格也是我喜歡的，果斷訂了一間房，到達酒店第一眼的風格就很温馨，小朋友特別喜歡機器人，對房間和酒店大堂的小木馬愛不釋手，酒店客房服務也非常不錯，給小朋友單獨準備了拖鞋及牙刷，非常不錯的體驗，下次來樂山仍然選擇這個酒店

This hotel is a real gem. We arrived 8:00 in the morning, way way before the official check-in time which was around 15:00. Regardless, the hotel staff greeted us incredibly warmly and offered us a different (and bigger, might I add) room, because the one that was dedicated to us wasnt ready. The room was spacious, very clean and modern. We were highly satisfied. The staff, as mentioned before, was very friendly, very professional and highly forthcoming. Every time one of us passed a staff employee on our way out they kept standing up from their chair and smiling warmly/greeting us. Never seen anything like his before. I cannot emphasise enough how good this hotel is. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommended.

It was a nice stay with awesome room and the view of the room is also fascinating not to forget about the breakfast... It awesome... You get your own private hot springs. Hotel is neat and clean.. hotel staff is friendly... If I get a chance I will definitely choose this hotel again. The hotel location is very good as there are well known fast food places and a shopping mall within walking distance. Definitely worth the money.

一次説走就走的旅行，臨時決定從成都出發去樂山，小鎮文學的魅力，逛蘇稽古鎮，品樂山美食，由於臨時決定，就2天1晚的行程，就想在高鐵站附近找個酒店住了，搜尋發現了這個寶藏酒店，一眼喜歡上了這個裝修風格，特別是他家的露台，吹的晚風，吃着燒烤，喝着精釀，這不就是我來樂山的目的嗎？哈哈，太好了，而且對比周邊來説，價格也便宜，性價比太高了，實際入住後，居然還是全屋智能，太棒了，到了發現樓下就有英子油炸，不錯不錯，還有燒烤，精釀，第一次來，不熟悉，還打車，最後發現騎個小電瓶更好，高鐵站附近就有，騎車到店，更能領悦樂山城市風采，哈哈哈，下次到樂山還是來這裏，到哪裡都方便，住的又舒服。

酒店很不錯，而且裝修風格也是我喜歡的，剛開始訂的時候就是被他們這風格吸引的，所以訂了試試。整體感覺很不錯，大人小孩都喜歡，前台服務也很好。因為剛進去忘記拍室內照片，後面有點亂了就沒拍，其實室內就跟商家介紹裏面的配圖一模一樣。這家還是很值得推薦的。設施：很好衞生：乾淨整潔環境：隔音不錯，晚上很安靜服務：前台服務態度都很好

前台的服務實在是太好了！辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還別説升級的智能房型真不錯，房間寬敞明亮，衞生特別好，熱水很給力，每個房間都有消毒，床單被套都很乾凈，隔音效果也很好，天貓精靈可以播放電視、開電視、開空調、播放音樂、講笑話等等，真的挺不錯的，保安大哥還幫我們把行李送上樓，走的時候也有幫忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住的時候前台主動告知入住酒店期間如有任何疑問或者任何需要隨時撥打酒店前台電話，真的很少有酒店這樣，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。

LLanJiangWe initially chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station and its recent opening. The drive up the narrow mountain road, full of sharp turns, was a bit unsettling for our city Didi driver, so we were secretly relieved (as was our driver) when we finally arrived. At first glance, the hotel seemed quite simple, and I wasn’t entirely sure I had made the right choice. However, any lingering doubts were quickly washed away by the warm welcome from Derek, the hotel manager, and the staff. When we got to our room, it was pure joy! The minimalist design is visually soothing, and the balcony with its expansive mountain views made us feel like just hanging around and doing nothing was more than enough. If you're the kind of traveler who feels guilty about not doing anything, rest assured that the hotel is in a beautiful section of the mountain. There's a lovely old temple and a sacred spring pond nearby—Zhongfeng Temple and Shenshui Pavilion, I believe. You’ll also enjoy the energy of hikers rushing up and down the mountain. There are enough people to make it lively but not overwhelmingly crowded like Leidongping or Jinding, where the crowds can be exhausting. A special mention goes to Derek, who exceeded all our expectations. His kindness and professionalism reminded me of the kind of service you expect from a six-star hotel, where every need is anticipated. Derek went above and beyond, making our journey to Golden Summit and onward to Leshan much smoother and more enjoyable. Since we speak minimal Chinese, he kindly helped us communicate with the next hotel, explaining how to get there. He even offered us a free ride to the bus station when we struggled to find a Didi in the area. Derek also helped arrange our transfer to Leshan. We were incredibly impressed and grateful for his assistance. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, I’d say the dinner options could use some enhancement to match the overall excellence of the stay. A small tip: If your goal is to catch the sunrise and sunset at Golden Summit, you'll need to stay at one of the mountaintop hotels near Jinding. Logistically, getting to these hotels involves taking a bus from Baoguosi or Wuxiangang Station to Leidongping, then a cable car to the upper platform, followed by a roughly one-hour hike with steep steps to Jinding. It's manageable with a backpack, but not ideal with large luggage. That’s why we chose Pure Cloud Hotel for its close proximity to Wuxiangang Bus Station, leaving our luggage there and heading up the mountain with just our backpacks.

Eekai11504I was obsessed with this hotel and the area. There is a cafe about 15 minute walk that is so good and the staff is so sweet. Delicious and fun drinks. The community feels local even in such a tourist-focused area and it is very lively. When the taxi dropped me outside of the area, I was a little confused but the taxi driver was super helpful and spoke to the reception desk and they sent a golf cart to pick up my luggage and me. Looking back walking there would not be difficult just annoying if you have heavy luggage. If you are looking to the boat tour it is super convenient. Just go to the ticket purchasing building at the entrance on the left, go straight through to the golf carts (they call them buses), ride to the last stop, follow the crowd, buy a ticket for about 10usd, and take a short ride for the a complete view of the Buddha! Hotel is a 10/10 for me, wish I was there longer than one night. The bed and pillows were so nice.

PPengguna TetamuAmazing stay at this hotel! It is gorgeous, right at the food of Emeishan where busses pick you up. I was picked up and dropped off from and train station, there was free tea service with snacks, and breakfast was hearty. They staff was also friendly and facilities clean and working well. Cannot recommend it highly enough! Loved my stay here.

The front desk staff went out their way to make sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. They called the taxi for us and even walked us to the bus stop to make sure we got on the right bus.

Vvivienne sugiantoCome to Leshan only for the Tian Pi Ya, and didn't expect that the hotel we stay will be one of the best from our trip. The service is excellent, especially the housekeeper Xiao Zhu. The driver that pick us up is also very friendly, he introduced us to local favourite Tian Pi Ya near the hotel. Location is very strategis especially if you want to see the Budha Statue. The place is very peaceful and serene, all the Workers there is very polite and helpful to us. Very recommended. For Tourist, we recommend to contact the hotel before hand, to ask for their wechat or Phone number, since they need to pick us up ourside the Leshan Museum entrance. Thanks for the hospitality and hope we can come again 😃

SSuperProfaOur stay here for a night was more than we expected. Hotel upgraded our room, very spacious, lots of utilities. Reception girls are super nice. Only thing that we didn't got is coffee/tea bags and there was an ashtray when we clearly mentioned non-smoking room. Nearby is a market, restaurants... parking is free.

Jika saya perlu nitpick, tiada pemegang untuk gel mandian dan syampu di dalam bilik mandi. Untuk mandi, anda perlu meletakkan gel mandian di atas lantai bilik mandi atau di pegangan pintu gelongsor bilik mandi. Ia tidak mudah. Saya harap kedai boleh melakukannya. Tambahkan pendirian pada bilik mandi anda. Semua yang lain baik-baik saja. Jika saya datang ke Emeishan lain kali, saya akan terus tinggal di sini. Lokasinya juga tiada tandingan, kurang daripada 100 meter berjalan kaki ke Pusat Pengangkutan Penumpang Pelancong, dan sangat mudah untuk menaiki bas mendaki gunung. Kat bawah ni ada macam-macam restoran yang selesa untuk makan tapi nak ingatkan ada restoran tempatan bernama Dihao.Jangan pergi sana.Mahal tak sedap.Entah kenapa banyak sangat. diorang. sangka sedap sebab ramai, tapi rasa tertipu. . Anda mesti membeli sarung kasut semasa mendaki gunung pada musim sejuk. Jika hujan turun di kaki gunung, pasti ada salji di atas gunung. Sarung kasut adalah alat pendakian anti-gelincir! Tidak sampai setengah jam menaiki bas, landskap hijau bertukar menjadi landskap bersalji putih!

VVmrossoWe had a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel! The location was perfect right in between the start of the mountain and the small town with plenty of restaurants. The rooms were stunning and clean with many amenities that all worked perfectly. We deeply appreciated the coffee machine in the room as well as the tea and filtered water! The service was incredible and the staff really went out of their way to accomodate any of our requests or needs. They turned on the hottub every evening at 6:30 so it would be filled for us once we returned! Not to mention the breakfast was the best breakfast i’ve tried in all of China! Thank you for making my birthday so special. Highly recommend !

DDee KuanThe location of this hotel is perfect as it’s just around the corner to 第一山亭 and less than 15 mins walking distance to 报国寺 and 客运中心 for the buses to go up to mountain 万年寺 & 雷洞庭 & 金顶 places。 The hotel provides pick up and drop off service from/to 高铁, which makes it very convenient for us as we are carrying big luggages. The hotel staffs provide very good services. They are all friendly and helpful. My customer manager —XuYanpeng（徐艳鹏) is very caring and attentive. She checks on us to make sure we have what we need. Her service oriented professionalism is excellent, and makes our staying very enjoyable. Will definitely stay in this hotel if we are coming back to Emeishan.

PPengguna TetamuProbably the nicest hotel in Leshan but does have some problems. Check in desk staff do not even know a single word of English even though they have studied it since grade 2. They won't even look at you if you can't speak Chinese. Wanted to know what airport I flew into China from even though I am on a spouse visa and have been here for 7 years. Creates nothing but problems. The hotel itself is a new renovation of an older building. The owner has spent lots of money on materials to make the place look new, however inside the room those materials were installed by perhaps the worst and dumbest installers ever. There is silicone and paint overpsray everywhere. The bathtub is nice but of course the drain doesn't work right and the water supply fittings turn in circles because they weren't installed right. The walls of the shower and toilet room have never been cleaned not even after construction. There is still construction dust and silicone everywhere. Sad that they would hire such a worthless installer to install premium quality items The cleaning staff is friendly however they will scream loudly and horque a loogy and spit right outside your bedroom. Downstairs on the third floor is a tea bar overlooking the river. It is nice but if you ask for coffee in English they don't understand. So I asked for coffee in Chinese and they still didn't understand. Useless. Overall for most people they would probably enjoy this hotel. It's got a great location and is a new renovation. The AC worked very very well.
