"fantastic view from our corner room 718. day time and evening was amazing. clean, quiet. and comfortable. close to everything we needed. the only negative was workmen below renovating the park which was noisy at times. at the rate theyre working they will finish soon. and the toilet is in close proximity to the sleeping area little privacy."

"Our one-night stay was fine. (We did not have breakfast.) The hotel is very modern and well-appointed. It was was clean and comfortable, and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The railway station was a 10-minute walk away - further than the name suggests, but manageable. Overall, the amenities and facilities were good, although there was no safety deposit box. Several restaurants and convenience stores were within walking distance. We took a taxi to get to Leshan Giant Buddha and walked to the station to catch a train to Emeishan."

"Beautiful setting and location with easy access to the giant Buddha scenic park. Hotel sends a trolly to the drop off point as Hotel is in the walking district. All work seem mostly even though we didn’t speak Chinese. Everything done through the trip app. Staff were very attentive, breakfast buffet, and a nice restaurant, although it is vegetarian only. We were tired in the evening and had a delicious vegetarian meal, even though we didn’t realize it was a vegetarian restaurant until we sat down - delicious!!"

"Super friendly staff and wonderful location! Minutes walk from the food street and the view from my room was stunning! Though the space inside room for dining is very limited, they have a nice common dining area with view to the river. The welcome fruit platter was lovely and the breakfast was hearty. Also enjoyed the free laundry room! Had my clothes washed and dried within hours (the washing machine has built-in in detergent dispenser). Would definitely stay again if I visit Leshan in the future:)"

"The city of Leshan was one of our favorite stops during our trip to China. We went to see the Giant Buddha, and it was absolutely amazing—definitely a must-see, especially from the boat view. Our hotel room had a stunning view that honestly didn’t even compare to the pictures. It was even better in person. The toilet alone was next-level! It was pretty cold when we visited in March, but the overall experience made up for it. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We paid about $60 USD for one of the best views, and that price also included a buffet breakfast for two people, which made it an even better deal. They also had two small washer machines available. I believe they offered detergent, but we chose to use our own. The only downside is that there’s no traditional dryer—just a heated drying cabinet. You can only hang about five pieces of clothing at a time, and it takes around 1.5 hours to dry. We ended up hanging some of our clothes in the laundry room, and the staff was kind enough to rotate them for us while we were out for the day. Before traveling to China, I highly recommend downloading WeChat (for communication), Alipay (for payments), and Didi (like Uber). Not everyone speaks English, but many people will communicate with you through WeChat, which was super helpful. We also paid for a half-day extension for about $15. Our original room was already booked, so they gave us a smaller room, but it allowed us to enjoy our day and come back to shower and get ready before heading to Chengdu. If you plan on shopping, Leshan is one of the cheapest places to do it. We bought two large suitcases for $17 and $18. They were basic plastic with a simple key lock, but they did the job—we made it all the way back to Los Angeles with them. One wheel did fall off after the flight, but honestly, it was still worth it. We didn’t want to spend money on expensive luggage for a one-time use. There’s a store about a five-minute walk away—it’s like a colorful, open-style dollar store where you can just walk right in. Overall, the staff and experience were amazing. I would absolutely stay here again."

"We are a family of 4 and we loved the hotel. We booked the basic room, Tea Room, and we're very happy with it. Large, clean, and well decorated. The breakfast was simple but yummy with a 24 hour coffee machine. The location was fantastic, right in the city center with free parking. We would definitely stay again."

Also the location is very good they have a parking lot right in front of the Hotel which is very convenient and the service and hospitality of the people who work there is great. they helped us a lot with some inconveniences we had outside the hotel and with recommendations of things to do. We stayed in the top floor room on the ninth floor with a mountain view, very nice for Leshan. We traveled with our dog and they were very kind to him at all times."
