PPengguna TetamuThe location is good. Near the tourist streets and spots yet in a quiet lane. Walk straight out to the main road and you get lots of buses to different places. Only downside was not soundproof. The shower and toilet flushes were so loud! It’s non-smoking but my nose is sensitive and could smell a little. Overall I’m happy with the place. If you like firm bed then this is good for you.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel itself left a good impression - it was clean, the rooms were pretty spacious (compared to Hong Kong, for example), the bathroom had a special bag with dental kits and soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all provided for us by the hotel. We arrived quite early and the staff let us leave our luggage there in the reception area until the check-in time came. We did the same after checking out, there were no problems with that. The only thing we didn’t like was the cigarette smoke that woke us up at night, it was horrible, considering neither I nor my wife are smokers. We didn’t expect that, but decided not to bother and go to the reception, as it was pretty late, around 3AM. Other than that, everything was great.

MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!

FFlonieThe hotel is in a very good location just walking distance from grand Lisboa. Its also very close to a few bus stops which allowed for easy travel around Macau. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple room at no extra cost. Comfortable and nice enough for a night or two, would maybe feel a bit cramped if you planned a longer sta

PPengguna TetamuThe location of this hotel is superb. Just across Largo Do Senado and with all the shops and restaurants nearby. For a budget hotel, I wouldn’t be expecting that much, the room was not big but just perfect for solo travelers or couples. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were made of paper which felt quite weird. The towels were disposal paper ones too. They were generous though giving me 4 packs of towels for a 3-day-stay. The only bad thing about the room was the sound proof. I guess the doors are paper thin or either the gaps were too big. I could literally see the lights from the corridor from my room. Some tourist from China were very loud during mid night I had to open the door and shhhh them. The worst thing is the smell of cigarettes coming from other rooms. No matter what time, there was cigarette smell, even when I’m sleeping. It’s like sleeping in a club or a bar, and it feels terrible. Unless they fix the door problem (I guess the smell is from
the huge gaps from the door), I won’t be staying here again.

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.

RRobelynIt is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

QQingjiaowofeifeiSelepas turun dari bot, saya membeli sebotol air dan menukarnya dengan dolar Australia. Saya mempunyai wang yang cukup untuk menaiki bas. Saya menaiki bas no 3 ke Stesen Shali Tou Seaside Street. Selepas turun dari bas, saya berjalan kaki dua langkah ke hadapan dan terdapat sebuah hotel yang bertentangan menyerong. Ia sangat mudah untuk ditemui. Para pelayan sangat bersemangat, tetapi mereka agak lambat membersihkan bilik.Apabila kami tiba lebih kurang jam 4 petang, bilik masih belum dibersihkan. Bilik itu lebih baik daripada Hong Kong, tetapi terdapat lipas pada waktu malam. Kanak-kanak itu ketakutan dan terjaga pada tengah malam. Keluarga kami yang terdiri daripada tiga orang telah menempah bilik 4 katil dengan harga lebih daripada 600 yuan.

AAlex Vohn Co Del RosarioUpon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not
