PPengguna TetamuThe location is good. Near the tourist streets and spots yet in a quiet lane. Walk straight out to the main road and you get lots of buses to different places. Only downside was not soundproof. The shower and toilet flushes were so loud! It’s non-smoking but my nose is sensitive and could smell a little. Overall I’m happy with the place. If you like firm bed then this is good for you.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaHotel ini agak dekat dengan runtuhan St. Paul dan dataran Senado seperti 10 minit ke mana-mana tempat. Ia juga berdekatan dengan ****** (Sofitel). Hotel ini sangat kecil dengan 5 tingkat dan hanya 2 bilik di setiap tingkat. Tanggapan pertama saya tentang bilik adalah baik. Ia kecil tetapi sangat kemas dan bersih. Saya tidak sangka mereka akan memberi kami peralatan mandian percuma walaupun berus gigi disediakan.
Sekarang, inilah bahagian yang tidak begitu baik. Tilam mungkin salah satu yang paling sukar saya tidur dan saya bukan peminat jenis tilam ini. Hujan lebat pada malam pertama saya dan air terus memercik dari lubang kecil di dinding. Nasib baik saya menggunakan lap basah untuk menutup lubang supaya masalah selesai! Pembersihan bilik… ya mereka membuang sampah dan mengisi peralatan mandian baharu tetapi bagaimana pula dengan menukar cermin mata terpakai saya?!
Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk menginap selama beberapa malam jika anda mempunyai bajet semasa melawat Macau kerana hotel di sini pada umumnya sangat mahal.

Also to include the place’s destination, wherein it is close to the tourists spots that we wanted to visit and take pictures. Overall, the place is good and convenient for everyone.

FFlonieThe hotel is in a very good location just walking distance from grand Lisboa. Its also very close to a few bus stops which allowed for easy travel around Macau. We booked a twin room and got upgraded to a triple room at no extra cost. Comfortable and nice enough for a night or two, would maybe feel a bit cramped if you planned a longer sta

EEddie K Hhere for Macau Tower Race and I was here in Macau alone for the first time. There are plenty of walking to do after alighting from the bus. It was not easy to locate and need the help of local to bring me to the actual premise. There are three hotel of this properties all in the same area so need to be very careful for future booking

The rooms are simply designed and clean, centrally located , close to the Mont Fort and the ruins of Saint Paul. There are also shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and welcoming, 🔆
but the hotel is located on an uphill road, which can make it a bit difficult to get to the closest bus station, especially with heavy luggage.

RRobelynIt is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.

QQingjiaowofeifeiSelepas turun dari bot, saya membeli sebotol air dan menukarnya dengan dolar Australia. Saya mempunyai wang yang cukup untuk menaiki bas. Saya menaiki bas no 3 ke Stesen Shali Tou Seaside Street. Selepas turun dari bas, saya berjalan kaki dua langkah ke hadapan dan terdapat sebuah hotel yang bertentangan menyerong. Ia sangat mudah untuk ditemui. Para pelayan sangat bersemangat, tetapi mereka agak lambat membersihkan bilik.Apabila kami tiba lebih kurang jam 4 petang, bilik masih belum dibersihkan. Bilik itu lebih baik daripada Hong Kong, tetapi terdapat lipas pada waktu malam. Kanak-kanak itu ketakutan dan terjaga pada tengah malam. Keluarga kami yang terdiri daripada tiga orang telah menempah bilik 4 katil dengan harga lebih daripada 600 yuan.

AAlex Vohn Co Del RosarioUpon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not
