PPengguna TetamuIt was our second stay at this hotel and we are satisfied with it. It is clean, beds are comfortable, there are toiletries, 2 complimentary water bottles, a kettle, mini fridge, there's a TV, too (but this time we couldn't find the remote anywhere in the room.) It goes without saying that there are towels and slippers in the toilet.
I'll book it again for sure. It is also close to the Senado Square and Grand Lisboa Hotel. There are a few bus stops nearby, too.

JJustEsteeJI stayed at Home of Macau and overall it was a decent budget option. The location was great, the area felt safe, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay.
The room was okay for the price, and the cleanliness was acceptable, although not perfect. I did feel safe staying there as a solo traveler, which was important to me.
The biggest downside was the noise. The walls are extremely thin, and it honestly felt like sleeping outside because you can hear everything happening around you. Even sounds from the reception area, including staff watching TikTok videos, could easily be heard from the room. If you are a light sleeper, this may be difficult.

ZZeon SeeWhen I arrived, they said our room not ready due to the film producer haven't checked out. Room only available 6pm. They are very polite and said will give discounts for my stay. It's cool when I return at 6pm so they made us ginger tea Good location, recommended for those prefer not crowded.

EE. TadaGreat location, around 15 min flat walk from Barra station, possibly the best budget accommodation with easy access from public transportation. Room was basic but clean, provided all I needed for a 1 night layover in Macau. There is a universal power outlet so no need to use a converter. Also within walking distance to most areas of interest in Macau center. Highly recommend

WWalthieThe location is not easy to find, but it's in a nice area just outside of the busy areas, it's a bit small but for people who are just staying a couple of days in Macau with light luggage it's highly recommended, there are a lot of good restaurants in the street next to the hotel and it's a walking distance to all the sights that Macau is famous for

PPengguna TetamuHave a great stay, room is clean and spacious. Near to tourist spot, eateries and bus stop are within walking distance. A little downside is that the morning light will shine through the toilet glass panel and make the room bright and clear as early as 6.45am (stayed on 4/April/2026). Please check and recheck that you select the correct branch location on map, there are 3 branches in Macau, because we have check in at wrong branch and need to drag the luggages up and down the slopes and staircases of the street twice.

JJunny LynneMy cousin and her husband stayed at Towns Well Motel during their trip to Macau, and overall, they had a good experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to major attractions like Senado Square and other tourist spots, all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient.
Their room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which they really appreciated after long days of घूमing around Macau. The value for money is also good, especially considering how central the hotel is.
However, they did mention that the hotel is a bit old and can be hard to find at first since it’s located along narrow streets and uphill paths. Transportation can also be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have luggage.
The staff were generally okay, though communication can sometimes be a challenge due to limited English.
Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize location and space over luxury. My cousin and her husband were satisfied with their stay and would still recommend it for short visits in Macau.

RRobelynIt is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

AAlex Vohn Co Del RosarioUpon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not
