It was an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The room is very clean and new. Equipped with Acca Kappa toiletries, toothbrush, paste, comb, slippers, bath towels, safety box, hair blower and complimentary mineral bottle water. Strategic location, bus stop located just 1min in front of the main street where you can board 21A/26A to Cotai and N3 midnight bus (bus stop in front of Parisian Hotel) to be back here. The hotel is walking distance to Senado Square with all shopping spots, shops and eateries. Front concierge staffs are helpful and offered complimentary Macau Guide booklet where you may refer to. Highly recommended and will be back.

I stayed at Home of Macau and overall it was a decent budget option. The location was great, the area felt safe, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was okay for the price, and the cleanliness was acceptable, although not perfect. I did feel safe staying there as a solo traveler, which was important to me. The biggest downside was the noise. The walls are extremely thin, and it honestly felt like sleeping outside because you can hear everything happening around you. Even sounds from the reception area, including staff watching TikTok videos, could easily be heard from the room. If you are a light sleeper, this may be difficult.

very good basic hotel in Macau. kind of hidden in a little street in Barra old town. helpful staff at reception. we were given a room that had bad smell of smoking, but we had requested a non-smoking room beforehand. the chinese lady at reception did change us the room and it was fine. the double bedroom was ok, clean, the pillows were good. unfortunately the mattrass is rock hard. very very hard. i did sleep over the duvet to make it somehow softer. the bathroom and shower were clean. wifi works fine. it is a good and affordable hotel for Macau, if you don't have prejudices. the bed should be softer though, it's very very firm. there is a nice pastry shop next door, but it opens only at noon!

Hotel ini agak dekat dengan runtuhan St. Paul dan dataran Senado seperti 10 minit ke mana-mana tempat. Ia juga berdekatan dengan ****** (Sofitel). Hotel ini sangat kecil dengan 5 tingkat dan hanya 2 bilik di setiap tingkat. Tanggapan pertama saya tentang bilik adalah baik. Ia kecil tetapi sangat kemas dan bersih. Saya tidak sangka mereka akan memberi kami peralatan mandian percuma walaupun berus gigi disediakan. Sekarang, inilah bahagian yang tidak begitu baik. Tilam mungkin salah satu yang paling sukar saya tidur dan saya bukan peminat jenis tilam ini. Hujan lebat pada malam pertama saya dan air terus memercik dari lubang kecil di dinding. Nasib baik saya menggunakan lap basah untuk menutup lubang supaya masalah selesai! Pembersihan bilik… ya mereka membuang sampah dan mengisi peralatan mandian baharu tetapi bagaimana pula dengan menukar cermin mata terpakai saya?! Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk menginap selama beberapa malam jika anda mempunyai bajet semasa melawat Macau kerana hotel di sini pada umumnya sangat mahal.

The location of this hotel is superb. Just across Largo Do Senado and with all the shops and restaurants nearby. For a budget hotel, I wouldn’t be expecting that much, the room was not big but just perfect for solo travelers or couples. The bedsheets, pillow covers and blanket covers were made of paper which felt quite weird. The towels were disposal paper ones too. They were generous though giving me 4 packs of towels for a 3-day-stay. The only bad thing about the room was the sound proof. I guess the doors are paper thin or either the gaps were too big. I could literally see the lights from the corridor from my room. Some tourist from China were very loud during mid night I had to open the door and shhhh them. The worst thing is the smell of cigarettes coming from other rooms. No matter what time, there was cigarette smell, even when I’m sleeping. It’s like sleeping in a club or a bar, and it feels terrible. Unless they fix the door problem (I guess the smell is from the huge gaps from the door), I won’t be staying here again.

This is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

My cousin and her husband stayed at Towns Well Motel during their trip to Macau, and overall, they had a good experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to major attractions like Senado Square and other tourist spots, all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. Their room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which they really appreciated after long days of घूमing around Macau. The value for money is also good, especially considering how central the hotel is. However, they did mention that the hotel is a bit old and can be hard to find at first since it’s located along narrow streets and uphill paths. Transportation can also be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. The staff were generally okay, though communication can sometimes be a challenge due to limited English. Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize location and space over luxury. My cousin and her husband were satisfied with their stay and would still recommend it for short visits in Macau.

Hotel ini agak menjimatkan kos di Macau, dan kebersihannya terjamin. Saya sendiri berasa gembira mengenainya, tetapi lokasinya tidak mudah ditemui. Saya mengesyorkan anda menggunakan Peta Google untuk mencarinya apabila anda pergi ke sana.

The lady at the front desk was a little bit rude when I got there, I'm thinking maybe it's because it was late. But she eventually gave good service and the room was cosy and clean.
