Clean room and very helpful staff. The soundproof was not good and I was woken up by other guests on the same floor. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The towel was a disposable one as wellas all the linens; paper like texture.

I booked a room for one night, i was surprised because the room is so clean , The room size is ok for couples, The location is good There are a lot of nearby stores outside the hotel, i just want to add please put some coffee cups as a simple amenities since there is a electric kettle already . All in all a highly recommended hotel for you to stay..

The location is ideal for Macau, right in the middle of the old town. The light rail is accessible from about a 25 minute walk away, and that can take you to all of the luxury areas in Taipa. But the area around it is as good as Macau prices get, and is quite authentic to Macau. If you're interested in being a tourist in Macau, the location is as good as it gets.

I stayed at Home of Macau and overall it was a decent budget option. The location was great, the area felt safe, and the staff were very kind and helpful throughout my stay. The room was okay for the price, and the cleanliness was acceptable, although not perfect. I did feel safe staying there as a solo traveler, which was important to me. The biggest downside was the noise. The walls are extremely thin, and it honestly felt like sleeping outside because you can hear everything happening around you. Even sounds from the reception area, including staff watching TikTok videos, could easily be heard from the room. If you are a light sleeper, this may be difficult.

It is my first time to book through trip.com and i will rate 5 star for our trip.Happy Family Hotel or Hotel Familia Feliz is in good location,walking distance to Ruins of St Paul, Cathedral of the Nativity of our Lady, St Dominic etc…. As well to senado square to ******’s it is at the back of Lisboa ****** Hotel very accessible to buses, the room is small but it is very clean, the front desk is english speaking,they are filipino even chinese front desk can speak english they have wifi and some complimentary water,you can make your coffee they provide electric kettle in every room,what i really like is the elevator, it can wait long time even with out pressing the button,plus the staff or fronk desk very polite and approachable, Mr Sraul filipino front desk even help us to get taxi outside,when we go back to Macau airport,we check out early and left our luggage at the front desk during our last day,since our flight is 19:00 Pm we got back around past 15:00 Pm,i recommend this Hotel to those who want cheaper hotel ,more power to Hotel Familia Feliz hope we can go back soon i will bring my family

My cousin and her husband stayed at Towns Well Motel during their trip to Macau, and overall, they had a good experience. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to major attractions like Senado Square and other tourist spots, all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient. Their room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which they really appreciated after long days of घूमing around Macau. The value for money is also good, especially considering how central the hotel is. However, they did mention that the hotel is a bit old and can be hard to find at first since it’s located along narrow streets and uphill paths. Transportation can also be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have luggage. The staff were generally okay, though communication can sometimes be a challenge due to limited English. Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize location and space over luxury. My cousin and her husband were satisfied with their stay and would still recommend it for short visits in Macau.

This is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.

Love this place. Great location, easy to get. Personally didn’t like towels and bed sheets.

Hotel is placed in the old part of Macau, in 5 minutes by taxi from Gongbei port. Hotel is surrounded by multiple supermarkets and small eateries. The bus station is on the corner of the building, very close. +: The reception is friendly and welcoming, they have a cute ginger cat with beautiful eyes meeting guests too. -: Very noisy place. Windows goes to the street and it’s second floor so you will hear all traffic clearly. And it never stops even at night. Also you can hear what’s going on in the hallway and reception. So if you need silence to fall asleep then you might not enjoy your experience in this place. (Which is my case) Also I whitenessed a few days in a row construction in there, which made my anxiety grow even more Interior: poor and old but relatively clean. Hotel smells like old dust and mold mixed with smoke from previous visitors. Room is very small Overall impression: considering prices in Macau and the lifestyle of it, it’s not surprising to have some inconveniences in the hotel for this price. But the only wish is a little bit better noise cancellation in the room. I was there for 8 days and I was incredibly glad to leave this place.

Upon my arrival, I met a tenant that was wearing pajamas and she seems to have an annoyed expression because probably I arrived at around 1 a.m. to check in at that time. And there's one document that she asked me to give her that has some sort of QR code and I'm not sure what it is. Luckily she let it slid by and led to my room. There was no elevator so you have to walk by stairs and unfortunately my floor is at the highest floor and the corridor around it is so dark. The room itself seems clean. However, the walls had no color so it gave me an eerie vibe as well as the bathroom. They gave no water bottles so you have to get the glass cup to get water outside the door because the dispenser is outside. Overall, the room is ok but eerie at the same time. Will I come back? Probably not
