We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Title: Wonderful, family‑friendly stay with excellent service We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and late‑night bites. Overall, a very family‑friendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. We’d happily stay here again.

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

The hotel is great, the view is awesome—facing the sea—and the room is big and clean. Special thanks to Yuki, the gym worker, who helped my girlfriend find the AirPod that we forgot to take after the gym. He even helped us open the machine to get it since it had dropped inside. I really appreciate it, and he was so nice to do all of that. The receptionist, Steven, was also nice; he helped me follow up on the case of the missing AirPod and finally brought it to my room. The service is awesome. I’m looking forward to coming again.

Our stay at the Conrad Macao was absolutely beautiful and flawless! Everything was spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. The staff here is truly amazing. We would like to send a very special thank you to Dylan. He helped us with our luggage and truly went above and beyond to make our stay so much better. His exceptional service made a huge difference! We were also thrilled to receive a room upgrade. So kind! Our room was located on the highest floor, offering spectacular views. Additionally, the hotel features a beautiful swimming pool which we absolutely loved. It was a superb stay from start to finish. We highly recommend Conrad Macao to everyone!

Where Every Detail Felt Like Home. From the moment I stepped into Artyzen Grand Lapa, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. At check-in, I was greeted with the words, “We have been waiting for you,” which immediately made me feel special. Soon after, a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday wishes appeared—sent by my loved ones through the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered a late check-out, and I also received a welcome fruit platter. The following day, the staff delivered the most delicious blueberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service throughout my stay was immaculate. I would especially like to thank Edgar and Maree for their assistance with booking my birthday dinner and helping me plan my sightseeing schedule. The room was lovely, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—I especially enjoyed the pillow menu. Coffee was great, everything worked perfectly, and I loved the strong shower and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and swimming pool facilities were also amazing. Overall, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a memorable and wonderful birthday experience for me.

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. Rooms are spacious with a wonderful view of the garden or ocean. Although we are a couple sans children, the hotel is very family friendly with two pools (one indoor, one outdoor). Outdoor pool had an area for children with a zip line and balance obstacles. Children’s club with indoor bounce house, board games, table tennis table, pool table, foosball table and outdoor jungle gym. Changing room has a steam room, sauna and showers. Easy to order food and drinks pool side via QR code however service can be a little slow therefore expect to wait a little bit for what you ordered to be delivered. Breakfast buffet had a lot of options and price is very affordable, with a discounted price for children. Highly recommend staying here and we will stay here again in the future.

We got upgraded to Junior Suite (not sure what's the name in trip.com maybe deluxe twin suite with a double bed and a twin bed Overall good in terms of price and size due to the upgrade! Here are some remarks: Bathtub water out is very quick, sufficient toilet stuff. However, the second toilet without bathtub is VERY LOUD all the time (make water noises?) which kinds of disrupts sleeping even if the door is closed. The aircon blowing towards the twin bed and single-person is very cold if I want to sit there About the swimming pool, U MUST WEAR SWIMMING WEAR INCLUDING **SWIMMING HAT** TO SWIM, I didnt know that so we paid MOP$66 for one at the reception. Showers and changing room are inside the swimming pool area and good hair products and hair dryer is provided!! About the lobby, there are not many seats provided and the lobby toilet can be smoky. Luggage storage is free!
