Cari Hotel 5-Star di Macau

I stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

Great hotel with 5-star service. Great attitude of staff. Perfect relaxed breakfast. Swimming pool is a bit small, good to have jacuzzi though. It’s a pity that indoor water park and golden reel are not free for in-house guests. Although there is discount. Spotlight restaurant is good for lunch and dinner buffet. The hotel is very close to Eifel tower and other interesting places. It’s sad that we couldn’t see Eifel tower from the room window

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

Clean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍

The hotel is great, the view is awesome—facing the sea—and the room is big and clean. Special thanks to Yuki, the gym worker, who helped my girlfriend find the AirPod that we forgot to take after the gym. He even helped us open the machine to get it since it had dropped inside. I really appreciate it, and he was so nice to do all of that. The receptionist, Steven, was also nice; he helped me follow up on the case of the missing AirPod and finally brought it to my room. The service is awesome. I’m looking forward to coming again.

Pengalaman keseluruhannya baik, kami menempah bilik deluxe king dan dinaik taraf ke bilik pemandangan menara, daftar masuk kami menyenangkan sejak kami melangkah masuk ke lobi, pertama kali disambut oleh FOM, FOO sangat membantu dan dengan senang hati menerangkan struktur bangunan keseluruhan dan memberi kami panduan perjalanan Macao percuma dan peta bangunan tempat kami menginap. Bagasi diuruskan dengan pantas oleh perkhidmatan loceng. FOO juga membantu mengatur limosin ***a London untuk membawa kami ke kampung tapia. Pengemasan adalah tahap seterusnya kerana mereka sangat prihatin terhadap keperluan tetamu mereka dan memastikan bilik kemas setiap hari.. kami dilayan seperti kerabat diraja. Kami pada dasarnya kembali seperti di rumah.. terima kasih kepada pasukan atas usaha mereka sepanjang penginapan kami. Ucapan terima kasih khas kepada Evanna, Mia dan Leena atas perkhidmatan luar biasa mereka sepanjang penginapan kami untuk memastikan ia lancar dan menyenangkan untuk pelancong kali pertama seperti kami.

Where Every Detail Felt Like Home. From the moment I stepped into Artyzen Grand Lapa, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. At check-in, I was greeted with the words, “We have been waiting for you,” which immediately made me feel special. Soon after, a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday wishes appeared—sent by my loved ones through the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered a late check-out, and I also received a welcome fruit platter. The following day, the staff delivered the most delicious blueberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service throughout my stay was immaculate. I would especially like to thank Edgar and Maree for their assistance with booking my birthday dinner and helping me plan my sightseeing schedule. The room was lovely, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—I especially enjoyed the pillow menu. Coffee was great, everything worked perfectly, and I loved the strong shower and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and swimming pool facilities were also amazing. Overall, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a memorable and wonderful birthday experience for me.

Biasanya ini adalah penginapan yang hebat tetapi malangnya pada kesempatan ini mereka lebih mementingkan tetamu bufet malam mereka daripada tetamu hotel mereka. Tiada makanan tersedia selain perkhidmatan bilik dan itu mengambil masa hampir 90 minit untuk tiba suam-suam kuku - malangnya kerana cuaca tidak mungkin untuk pergi ke tempat lain. Sarapan pagi juga mengecewakan daripada pilihan dan pilihan biasa termasuk fizz dan sushi yang hilang antara lain... Malangnya ini adalah perjalanan terakhir saya ke Macau dan bukan perjalanan yang saya inginkan

We got upgraded to Junior Suite (not sure what's the name in trip.com maybe deluxe twin suite with a double bed and a twin bed Overall good in terms of price and size due to the upgrade! Here are some remarks: Bathtub water out is very quick, sufficient toilet stuff. However, the second toilet without bathtub is VERY LOUD all the time (make water noises?) which kinds of disrupts sleeping even if the door is closed. The aircon blowing towards the twin bed and single-person is very cold if I want to sit there About the swimming pool, U MUST WEAR SWIMMING WEAR INCLUDING **SWIMMING HAT** TO SWIM, I didnt know that so we paid MOP$66 for one at the reception. Showers and changing room are inside the swimming pool area and good hair products and hair dryer is provided!! About the lobby, there are not many seats provided and the lobby toilet can be smoky. Luggage storage is free!
