The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Title: Wonderful, family‑friendly stay with excellent service We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and late‑night bites. Overall, a very family‑friendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. We’d happily stay here again.

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

Amazing experience, room was huge and comfy. Staff were very friendly, place is walkable to many local eateries etc, free shuttle bus to studio city should you wish to head over to the touristy ****** place, my parents enjoyed the stay alot. Thank you for making their 38 yrs anniversary memorable with the decorations etc. My young niece and nephew of 3s and 4s enjoyed the huge bathtub as well. Very nice view from the hotel room as well. We will definitely consider staying here again when we are back in Macau

The overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us.

We super love the vibe of the hotel, the room was so clean and spacious. All the staff we're very accommodating and they also upgrade our room and prepare a present for my husband's birthday. We truly enjoyed our stay and we surely be back again and recommend the hotel to our families and friends.

We are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.

We got upgraded to Junior Suite (not sure what's the name in trip.com maybe deluxe twin suite with a double bed and a twin bed Overall good in terms of price and size due to the upgrade! Here are some remarks: Bathtub water out is very quick, sufficient toilet stuff. However, the second toilet without bathtub is VERY LOUD all the time (make water noises?) which kinds of disrupts sleeping even if the door is closed. The aircon blowing towards the twin bed and single-person is very cold if I want to sit there About the swimming pool, U MUST WEAR SWIMMING WEAR INCLUDING **SWIMMING HAT** TO SWIM, I didnt know that so we paid MOP$66 for one at the reception. Showers and changing room are inside the swimming pool area and good hair products and hair dryer is provided!! About the lobby, there are not many seats provided and the lobby toilet can be smoky. Luggage storage is free!
