I stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays. The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations. My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

Great hotel with 5-star service. Great attitude of staff. Perfect relaxed breakfast. Swimming pool is a bit small, good to have jacuzzi though. It’s a pity that indoor water park and golden reel are not free for in-house guests. Although there is discount. Spotlight restaurant is good for lunch and dinner buffet. The hotel is very close to Eifel tower and other interesting places. It’s sad that we couldn’t see Eifel tower from the room window

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

Clean and tidy, very spacious. Special thanks to Jaypee for being very accomadating and making our stay comfortable and worth it. Surely will comeback again next time. 👍👍

I think they have the best room view for the city. I loved that view. Breakfast was supereb and delicuous. Service top of the top. Swimming pool and spa area great. To sum up that was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in my life.

The overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us.

Where Every Detail Felt Like Home. From the moment I stepped into Artyzen Grand Lapa, I felt a warm and inviting atmosphere. At check-in, I was greeted with the words, “We have been waiting for you,” which immediately made me feel special. Soon after, a beautiful bouquet of flowers with birthday wishes appeared—sent by my loved ones through the hotel, which was a wonderful surprise. The hotel kindly upgraded my room and offered a late check-out, and I also received a welcome fruit platter. The following day, the staff delivered the most delicious blueberry cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The service throughout my stay was immaculate. I would especially like to thank Edgar and Maree for their assistance with booking my birthday dinner and helping me plan my sightseeing schedule. The room was lovely, with an exceptionally comfortable bed—I especially enjoyed the pillow menu. Coffee was great, everything worked perfectly, and I loved the strong shower and high-quality bathroom amenities. Breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious options. The spa and swimming pool facilities were also amazing. Overall, the staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Thank you for creating such a memorable and wonderful birthday experience for me.

Great hotel with free shuttle services within the group (Studio City, City of dreams & W Macau) We were upgraded to Suite by Brian as our double celebrations stay for 3N. Size of 100sqm with a bath tub, 2 toilets facilities & a huge living room. Free flow of water supplies.

We are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.

We got upgraded to Junior Suite (not sure what's the name in trip.com maybe deluxe twin suite with a double bed and a twin bed Overall good in terms of price and size due to the upgrade! Here are some remarks: Bathtub water out is very quick, sufficient toilet stuff. However, the second toilet without bathtub is VERY LOUD all the time (make water noises?) which kinds of disrupts sleeping even if the door is closed. The aircon blowing towards the twin bed and single-person is very cold if I want to sit there About the swimming pool, U MUST WEAR SWIMMING WEAR INCLUDING **SWIMMING HAT** TO SWIM, I didnt know that so we paid MOP$66 for one at the reception. Showers and changing room are inside the swimming pool area and good hair products and hair dryer is provided!! About the lobby, there are not many seats provided and the lobby toilet can be smoky. Luggage storage is free!
