AAlexander JoI stayed at the NUWA hotel in Macau from October 13th to 17th, 2025, and found the front desk service to be excellent, while the breakfast offerings were quite satisfactory. Although construction was ongoing in various areas, which occasionally caused noise, the staff remained remarkably courteous and attentive, consistent with my previous experiences at the property. However, despite visiting during weekdays, complimentary room upgrades were never offered throughout my stays.
The hotel's location in the heart of Cotai makes it exceptionally convenient for exploring Macau's attractions. What particularly impressed me was the turndown service—requests were handled promptly and efficiently. Whenever I had dining reservations or sightseeing plans, I could request the service and return to an impeccably prepared room, allowing me to enjoy the rest of my evening undisturbed. This level of responsiveness sets NUWA apart from other hotels, where such services are typically less accommodating. The turndown service has consistently exceeded my expectations.
My only reservation concerns the water dispensing system. While I appreciate the property's commitment to environmental sustainability, the current setup proves rather inconvenient in practice, which is disappointing.

It’s a pity that indoor water park and golden reel are not free for in-house guests. Although there is discount.
Spotlight restaurant is good for lunch and dinner buffet.
The hotel is very close to Eifel tower and other interesting places. It’s sad that we couldn’t see Eifel tower from the room window

I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out.
The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai.
The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far.
What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests.
The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded.
One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient.
Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

PPengguna TetamuHave consistent good performances even though the checking in process (1:30pm till 1:55pm) and the time (3:45pm) to get to the room (#2505) took a bit longer than expectation.
Bell captain brought in the stored luggage, then come with Welcome Fruit, then come for 2 bottles of Evian water (which I insisted while Hotel claimed they would not support due to Environmental concerns) plus 2 coffee delivery to the room. Good to receive all these services within 45 mins. The Health Club (with Swimming Pools, Jaccuzi and Sauna Room etc) at 8/F are more than expectation and strongly recommended.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us.

EEUGENE POPOFFHotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

The staff members genuinely go above and beyond to make guests feel valued and looked after. Every interaction was seamless, professional, and incredibly accommodating, giving the impression of a truly premium, high-touch service standards. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with high-quality dishes that made dining a highlight of our trip.
The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay.
Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless hospitality experience and look forward to returning.

MMarielou BaldemorWe are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.
