Not only was he super friendly, but he personally escorted my mom to the changing room and ensured she felt comfortable. The entire gym crew & safeguard team showed incredible patience and care toward her – it meant the world to us! 🍽️ Room Service & Integrity: We did hit one small snag: we ordered room service and discovered mould in a yogurt. We simply informed the team to prevent other guests from experiencing the same. Their response? IMPRESSIVE. They immediately apologized, checked their entire stock, assured us of food safety protocols, and waived our entire room service bill as a gesture of goodwill. No excuses – just accountability and action! 🎯 Management That Listens: At checkout, **Front Office Manager Man personally apologized for the yogurt incident – a classy touch that showed real ownership. Title: Wonderful, family‑friendly stay with excellent service We had a fantastic stay. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful in arranging birthday decorations that made our celebration feel special. Our room was spacious and comfortable, giving our family plenty of space to relax and spend time together. The swimming pool was a highlight—clean, well maintained, and great for both kids and adults. We also loved the convenience of having Donki in the hotel for snacks and late‑night bites. Overall, a very family‑friendly property with great amenities and thoughtful service. We’d happily stay here again.

Genuinely the best hotel that I’ve stayed at, the service they provide is consistently top notch. They truly make you feel comfortable and assisted through your whole stay. I had went there to celebrate my birthday, they provided wine, cake, decor and the nicest view! The staff in the pool are also amazing. I enjoyed my stay so much, money truly well spent andwill be coming again!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay at Londoner Grand Macau Our stay at Londoner Grand exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the day we checked out. The hotel feels elegant, modern, and luxurious, yet still warm and welcoming. Our room was beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered, from the quality bedding and spacious bathroom to the premium amenities and thoughtful touches throughout the room. We especially appreciated the complimentary coffee machine, TWG tea selection, luxury toiletries, and the stunning views overlooking Cotai. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding resorts, attractions, shopping, and dining options. The hotel itself is connected to a vibrant complex, so there is always something to see and enjoy without needing to travel far. What impressed us most was the level of service. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and throughout our stay we felt valued as guests. The facilities were equally impressive. Everything was maintained to a very high standard, and the overall atmosphere felt refined, comfortable, and relaxing. It is clear that Londoner Grand aims to provide a premium guest experience, and in our case, it absolutely succeeded. One tip for future guests: if possible, I highly recommend paying the full reservation amount in advance. We prepaid our stay through Trip.com, and when we arrived for check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to find that we were exempt from paying a security deposit, which made the arrival process even faster and more convenient. Overall, this was one of the most enjoyable hotel stays we have had in Macau. We would gladly return and would not hesitate to recommend Londoner Grand to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and memorable experience.

Have consistent good performances even though the checking in process (1:30pm till 1:55pm) and the time (3:45pm) to get to the room (#2505) took a bit longer than expectation. Bell captain brought in the stored luggage, then come with Welcome Fruit, then come for 2 bottles of Evian water (which I insisted while Hotel claimed they would not support due to Environmental concerns) plus 2 coffee delivery to the room. Good to receive all these services within 45 mins. The Health Club (with Swimming Pools, Jaccuzi and Sauna Room etc) at 8/F are more than expectation and strongly recommended.

The overall experience was good, we booked the deluxe king room and was upgrade to the tower view room, our check in was pleasant from the moment we step into the lobby, first being greeted by the FOM, the FOO was very helpful and gladly explained the overall building structure and gave us a free Macao travel guide and the building map where we are staying in. Luggage was swiftly handled by the bell service. FOO also helped to arrange a London style limo to fetch us to tapia village. House keeping was next level as they were so thoughtful of the need of their guest and make sure the room was tidy on daily basis.. we were treated like royalties. We basically came back feeling like home.. thanks the team for their effort during our stay. Special shoutout to Evanna ,Mia and Leena for their extraordinary service during our stay to ensure it was smooth and pleasant for first time travellers like us.

Hotel yang hebat! Pada mulanya kami merancang untuk tinggal di bahagian lama Macau, tetapi kemudian kami membuat keputusan mengenai Paris dan tidak menyesalinya. Anda boleh pergi ke Macau lama dengan bas biasa atau bas percuma dari hotel anda. Di tingkat 5 hotel terdapat medan selera dan kiosk untuk mereka yang tidak bersedia membayar banyak untuk sarapan pagi, makan tengahari, makan malam. Kolam renang yang bagus, betul-betul di bawah Menara Eiffel. Hiasan hotel sangat mengagumkan, seolah-olah anda tinggal di Ouvray! Satu kelemahan - ia mahal! 🤣

The only minor aspect that could be improved is the water pressure in the bathroom, which was noticeably low during our stay. Aside from that single logistical point, the exceptional staff and superb overall quality made this an unforgettable visit. We are a family of four and stayed in this resort for 1 night. Even though the weather was a bit challenging because of the rainstorms, the resort and the service did not disappoint us. I highly recommend this place for families especially with small kids because of the great scenery and facilities. They also provided us kids amenities, and baby bath tub, a baby crib, and even bottle steriliser which is a big plus points. Although it was raining continuously during our stay, we were still able to enjoy swimming because of the indoor pool. A big thumbs to the front desk staff named Jenny who made sure that everything went smoothly From check in until check out. However, some of the staff in Cafe Panorama were a bit disappointing. during dinner and breakfast, we observed no smiling faces and slow service even though there were only a few guests which gave us the impression of unfriendliness. The food is good though, they also serve Indian cuisine which is a good diversity on their Menu. All in all, a great experience indeed.
