Before our arrival, Yan has help to support our request n explained the info needed.
Upon arrival, Cynthia helps to arrange the connecting room, free upgrade with night view, bday surprise cake, welcome treat, special souvenir n extend check out to 2pm for us. Also follow-up to ensure everything in good hand. She really an amazing team player.

PPengguna TetamuVery beautifull stay! We where celebrating our wedding anniversary . We stay 3 nights. The hotel its well located, near all the monuments ( plaza del senado )
- the staff was wonderfull. The breakest very good , Our guest realionship ( ANN ) was wonderful at all times. She help us with the reservation of the shuttle and the ferry to Hong Kong ! Very nice person
We will come back for sure next year !

PPengguna Tanpa NamaLocation wise is perfect, within walking distance to major attractions, check in and check out were very smooth.
The only minus was if the front counter staff were more friendly and responded to guests questions with more patience. Anyway the chief lady served at the breakfast restaurant was cheerful and helpful.
There's no free bus service from the hotel, if you wish to take a free bus ride to and from some attractions, airport or borders, you will need to walk to the nearest ****** The Grand Lisboa, walking distance about 10 minutes depending on your pace.

We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Sintra. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made our visit feel welcoming from the start. The location is truly outstanding — we were able to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul’s, the historic Macau district, and even Fisherman’s Wharf, which is about a 30‑minute walk away.
There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area, and New Yaohan department store, with its convenient supermarket, is only a two‑minute walk from the hotel. The free shuttle buses to the Londoner, Parisian, and Venetian were also a great bonus.
The only drawbacks were related to the building’s age. Our room’s sink was cracked, and some of the finishing felt dated. There are only two elevators serving 14 floors, so they can get busy during peak times. Also, there are no free shuttle buses to or from the airport or the TurboJet terminal, which would have made arrivals and departures more convenient.
Overall, Hotel Sintra offers excellent value thanks to its unbeatable location and warm service. With a bit of updating, it could easily be a five‑star experience.

RRenzo YCI booked a twin room with breakfast.
Pros:
1. Check in was quick and easy, had to pay $300 deposit,
2. The room was big and spacious,
3. Shower room was nice and modern,
4. Beds were large single so could fit my wife, child and myself pretty comfortably,
4. AC was good.
Cons:
1. Sound insulation between the shower room and bedroom is essentially non existence, especially when someone flushes
2. Water leaking from shower to bedroom
3. Check out was pretty slow, maybe due to a large crowd checking out at a time as they had to specifically check each room for beverage consumption.

PPengguna TetamuUpon entering the room, it smelled damp and moldy. This was the main concern that I had. However when I turned the AC off that smell and feel eventually went away.
Overall it was an decent stay, good location, but nothing else much to write about.
