MMikaEmmaKeya and Jim at the front desk were exceptional. We had a new born baby travelling with us and Keya was extremely well mannered by coordinating bell service and walked with us in to our beautifully baby-prepped room and showed us key amenities to enhance our stay -eg baby bottle warmer, kids towel, slippers, kids dental kit, shampoo/shower gel etc. The shopping arcade in the Galaxy Promenade was absolutely stunning, so clean and grand. Food selection was great and there is a huge Apple Store inside. Galaxy hotel also has a top tier hotel-guest only kids play area which is one of the best in the area. As a bonus, Galaxy hotel is located not too far from traditional old city streets with lots of top street food and historical building to take pictures （Rue de Cunha and surrounding areas). This is a great place to stay for all families. Our family felt so well taken care of and we will be back next time.

FFabinnOne of the most iconic buildings in Asian (one of the ugliest too??) with a great view over the lake from the room. A lot of options for foodies and the food quality was high. Service was good even before the holiday. However, if you are looking for a relaxing and zen holiday, this would not be ideal. The lobby is always packed; it looks like a train station. The interior design of the room... I am not capable of appreciating it (yet). Love the in-room steam shower very much.

LLENA LENOREThe hotel has a perfect location close to the historic center, with all major attractions within walking distance. There is also a bus stop nearby, which makes it very convenient to reach other parts of the city.
The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night.
The staff were friendly and helpful, making the overall experience smooth and pleasant. A great option for exploring the city and very good value for the location. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

PPengguna TetamuThis is my 3rd stay in Liboa hotel, hotel is still under renovation on the east wing, but it does not affect our stay at all.
Rather i will like to compliment the reception service provide during our check in is excellance.

PPengguna Tetamu***Ia berdekatan dengan Lisboa dan perhentian bas ke terminal imigresen Macau juga berdekatan. Tarikan pelancong seperti Dataran Senado berada dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Terdapat juga banyak restoran Cina berdekatan. Terdapat juga kedai serbaneka dan kedai tart telur yang terkenal berdekatan. Kemudahan seperti syampu disediakan, dan tandas bersih. Air botol juga disediakan. Ia adalah penginapan yang bersih dan harga berpatutan, jadi saya gembira.

PPengguna TetamuCheck in having difficulties, trip.com did not send to Hotel my confirmation, which takes up longer time for check in. The worst part is the Hotel said they can not found my bookings. I show the Hotel my Hotel Voucher and Receipt issued by Trip.com, which consider NOT useful. My bookings was confirmed 4 hrs before check in, why is there a delay. This is an issue which I consider needs improvement. I hope my comment can be looked at after in a serious manner.

VVercetti88The hotel's location was good. Many restaurants and a fastfood (Mcdonalds) and a convenient store (7-11) around 3 mins away of the hotel. We were surprised about the room size (non smoking room, spacious) and the cleanliness was well taken care by the staff. The Check-In and Check-out was also smooth and the front desk staff were polite and responsive to all our inquiries. Even the staff security who was stationed on the elevators was very courteous and all smiles. I would definitely book again this hotel on my next trip to Macau 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
