GGuest UserThis stay exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a glowing review! The room was minimalist and clean overall, with a refreshing and pleasing color scheme. The wooden floor paired with soft furnishings created a warm and comfortable ambiance. The bed was soft and tidy, and the bedding was skin-friendly; I could relax quickly once I lay down and had a peaceful night's sleep.
The bathroom's wet and dry separation was excellent. The marble tiles were clean and shiny, the shower pressure was strong, and the toiletries were fully stocked. The towels were soft and odor-free, and the entire bathroom was spotless. The room facilities were complete, with air conditioning, a TV, a writing desk, and a hanging area. The window provided good natural light, and there was ample storage space, making it easy to organize luggage.
Overall, the cleanliness details were perfect; there was no dust in the corners. The decor was simple yet grand, and the layout was reasonable and not cramped. It offers great value for money, the environment is quiet and not noisy, making it suitable for both travel and rest. The service was attentive and thoughtful. I will definitely choose this place again for my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation!

AAh Yen_TravelThe hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a sofa where I could sit and relax, and the bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet.
The front desk staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Overall, I had an excellent experience and was truly impressed with my stay. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

VVHIC DGI super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and ******! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible.
My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

PPengguna TetamuOverall, the stay experience was good. The room was spacious and the location was very strategic and convenient.
However, the front desk service could be improved. When I asked whether the hotel could assist in transportation arrangement, the front desk staff turned me down without providing any further clarification or alternative guidance.
On the other hand, I would like to compliment the staff member handling the luggage storage claims. He was very kind and helpful, and even took the initiative to advise me on the best way to reach the ferry terminal. His service left a very positive impression.

AAbhouThere’s only one staff at the front desk, the breakfast buffet is very small and very few options available. It’s clean and tidy but everything else is very limited, I haven’t seen any security around the hotel for two nights that I stayed.

PPengguna TetamuNice and easy in a convenient location given my conference was just 5min walk. The room is a bit worn down but clean. Staff was very polite and nice too. Suggest they do a little renovation. Although the floor is non-smoking but had that smell in the room and overall probably from the central air flow - something unavoidable for older hotels.

We were told check out time was 12 - noon, at the time of check-in but, somehow we received a phone call at 11:45 am about check out time?? Later we saw the sign at the front desk to say check out time was 11 am…

SSaiAungEventhough the hotel is great in all aspects, th guests come staying in that hotels are so terrifying, they don't even have the knowledge of being SILENCE, talking so loud, running and even shouting. So under educated and very low ethic . If you like to stay quiet and cozy ,please never choose that one. You will stay awake at night cause of loud noises. You will see the counter staff at night sleeping and treat you like you are stayed there for free by her money. No smile, even no reply sometime. Terrible experience ever.
