Bilik dibersihkan dengan sempurna, cadar katil lembut dan selesa, tandas dilengkapi dengan ruang kering dan basah yang berasingan, dan kelengkapan diri lengkap. Kakitangan sentiasa mesra dan sopan, proses daftar masuk juga sangat pantas, dan mereka sentiasa bersedia untuk membantu mengangkut bagasi. Kemudahan yang disediakan sangat lengkap, kolam renang dan gim boleh digunakan pada bila-bila masa, dan terdapat pelbagai pilihan makanan serta beli-belah di tingkat bawah. Penebat bunyi sangat baik, suasana malam sangat tenang untuk berehat. Secara keseluruhan, ia sangat berbaloi dengan harganya. Saya pasti akan memilih hotel ini lagi jika datang ke Macau, sangat disyorkan kepada rakan-rakan yang akan melancong!

I stayed at Hotel Metropole Macau and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. It felt quite old, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout… from the hallway all the way into the room. The odor was persistent and uncomfortable, and it actually triggered my allergies. If you have rhinitis or are sensitive to smoke, I would strongly advise against staying here, as it can really affect your comfort and overall trip. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located, with many major attractions within walking distance, and it’s easy to get around the area. Breakfast was simple but filling… nothing fancy, but enough to start your day. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness and eliminating the cigarette smell would make a big difference. Until then, it may not be the best choice for travelers who are sensitive to odors.

Great location. Very conveniently located. Close to central Taipa and Outer harbor. The hotel staff is very friendly and the room is clean and quiet. The only downside is the room is not very soundproof. Sometimes can hear people upstairs walking

The hotel is very ideal for travellers. They clean out rooms daily. Walking distance to food shops and everything. We booked the room and were surprised that it has a bathtub.

I enjoyed the stay here because it was so convenient, great location for foods and sight seeing. The hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend 👍🏻

The hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn *******. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel.

The location was perfect for me . The room was clean and had all i needed for my short stay in Macau . Reception workers was really nice . If prices keep goos i will definitely stay more times.

Great stay with excellent location, friendly service, and good facilities. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and we really enjoyed the overall experience. Would happily stay here again.

I stayed here for one night. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the concierge was friendly and helpful whenever I had questions. The room was clean and comfortable for a short stay. The only downside was that my room was located directly in front of the elevator, so there was some noise from guests passing by. I also noticed a bit of noise from the window during the heavy rain. Overall, it was still a decent stay, especially considering the price and the helpful service from the staff.
