酒店好評（約200字） 這次入住體驗超出預期，必須好好誇一誇！房間整體簡約乾淨，配色清爽耐看，木質地板搭配柔和軟裝，氛圍感温馨又舒服。床鋪柔軟整潔，床品親膚，躺上去很快就能放鬆下來，一夜睡得安穩。 衞浴乾濕分離做得很到位，大理石瓷磚整潔光亮，淋浴水壓充足，洗漱用品配備齊全，毛巾柔軟無異味，打掃得一塵不染。房間設施齊全，空調、電視、置物書桌、掛衣區一應俱全，窗邊採光不錯，收納空間充足，出行行李擺放很方便。 整體衞生細節拉滿，角落沒有積灰，裝修簡約大氣，佈局合理不擁擠。性價比很高，環境安靜不嘈雜，出行休息都合適，服務貼心到位，下次出行還會選擇這家，推薦給出行住宿的朋友！

Room facilities is well maintained! Booked a room for 3 pax and they have rooms that have extra space for the 3rd person. Location is 3 minutes walking to the nearest shopping arcade. Overall is a decent hotel for those who are traveling on a free & easy mode

I stayed at Hotel Metropole Macau and unfortunately had a mixed experience. The biggest issue was the condition of the room. It felt quite old, and there was a strong cigarette smell throughout… from the hallway all the way into the room. The odor was persistent and uncomfortable, and it actually triggered my allergies. If you have rhinitis or are sensitive to smoke, I would strongly advise against staying here, as it can really affect your comfort and overall trip. On the positive side, the location is excellent. The hotel is very centrally located, with many major attractions within walking distance, and it’s easy to get around the area. Breakfast was simple but filling… nothing fancy, but enough to start your day. Overall, the hotel has great potential because of its location, but improvements in cleanliness and eliminating the cigarette smell would make a big difference. Until then, it may not be the best choice for travelers who are sensitive to odors.

I super love the hotel's amenities and their rooms. I think I fell in love. I will definitely come back in this brand of hotel. Luxurious yet affordable. Macao hotel are far better than HK. So next time I'll stay longer in macau than hk. The experience was superb! The hotel is located in supermarket, ruins and ******! They have free shuttle service. Very accessible. My only comment are the staff at the bistro during breakfast...they are too loud. Talking infront of the buffet without mask. Their voices are louder more than the hotel guest. Bussing out of plate should be on the side not infront of two people eating... it's rude. Also the utensil and plate in the kitchen seem flying you can hear the sounds and their voices. Its a hotel not some public market. They should act more of an hotelier than market seller.

Overall, the stay experience was good. The room was spacious and the location was very strategic and convenient. However, the front desk service could be improved. When I asked whether the hotel could assist in transportation arrangement, the front desk staff turned me down without providing any further clarification or alternative guidance. On the other hand, I would like to compliment the staff member handling the luggage storage claims. He was very kind and helpful, and even took the initiative to advise me on the best way to reach the ferry terminal. His service left a very positive impression.

Lokasi yang bagus dan bilik hotel sangat luas. Kakitangan pembersihan sangat bagus. Satu-satunya isu ialah kalis bunyi bilik itu agak teruk, pada suatu malam, bilik di sebelah saya terdapat sekumpulan orang bercakap dan ketawa, saya dapat mendengar dengan jelas apa yang mereka katakan, yang menjejaskan kualiti tidur saya

A very great hotel not far from there border crossing just a walking distance. The service was great. The staff was great small and causing room but I had a great time and I’ll definitely stay again when I’m passing through Macau.

I came to Macau again for a concert and decided to stay at a hotel for one night. I did a lot of research before booking this hotel, and it was very convenient for me to take bus number 102 from the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. Perhaps because I'm not familiar with the routes to the old town, I ended up taking taxis, including to the concert. If you know the area well, you can walk or take the light rail. I want to mention that I arrived at the hotel around 2:35 PM, and the staff were happy to check me in, which was very friendly and ideal! Previously, I've stayed at hotels like the Lisboa and Ponte 16, which only allowed check-in after 3:00 PM, causing long queues in the lobby. The staff at this hotel were much friendlier than those at other hotels! Very welcoming! Also, I was very hungry from the long journey, and the staff at the hotel's restaurant on the first floor were very friendly and even cut my food for me! 👍🏻 The hotel room was well-designed! It had an induction cooker, and the window design allowed for relaxation and enjoying the view! The electric curtains were a huge plus! This is why I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

The Fu Hua Hotel in Macau was a fantastic choice for my solo trip. The reception service was impeccable—friendly, efficient, and professional from check-in to check-out. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the historic old town, making it perfect for exploring Macau’s heritage sites on my own. Clean room and great value. Highly recommended for solo travelers.

The hotel and room were clean overall, though the facilities look a bit dated. Location wise was convenient and near to bus stops and public transport. Also a short walk from MGM and Wynn *******. Service was good and helpful, staff were willing to answer questions and many could speak English which was very helpful. Only shortcoming is amenities wise, a bit dissatisfied that only one small bottle each of soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, which was a bit insufficient for 2 guests. Feel that the hotel ought to be more generous and provide a dispenser to allow guests to use these products freely, or at the very least 2 bottles of each, especially knowing during online booking that there are 2 guests staying at the hotel.
