There are no shops or restaurants in the immediate vicinity so you need to leave the area for everything. Thankfully the National Art Museum subway station was only a few hundred metres away. The room itself is fine: clean and comfortable. I think that the staff need better briefing on entry requirements for foreigners. As an Australian I did not require a visa because I was staying in China for 15 days or less so only had the entry stamp in my passport. The staff initially did not understand or accept this, causing me a great deal of worry considering I had stayed in different hotels across China without problems before coming to this one. While there was ultimately nothing wrong with the hotel, the location was frustrating as although you are in central Beijing you are actually far from everything you want/need.

This hotel offers a great value but some of the staff are a little bit cold, however some of them were very sweet and helped me find a taxi so I had to give the service 5 stars. Wifi was terribly frustrating, definitely don’t book this place if you need reliable wifi. Location is good except for the fact that taxis can't reach it and you have to go so far to call a taxi or catch a bus. As a pedestrian for just exploring nearby it's a great location but for arriving and departing it was very inconvenient. All in all, a good choice. It is very clean and comfortable.

Located very near to the Inner Harbour Terminal. From airport, I took the bus no. 26, or MT4 to Terminal Maritomo De Passageiros Do Porto Interior which might roughly takes up to an hour ride. Nice location. There is a local groceries nearby and just next to MS Blossom Cafe. During night time near the 7-11, there is also one traditional dessert stall called 蘭姐甜品小食 you can try!

This little hotel is within walking distance from Largo do Senado and other historical sites; bus 101x from the bridge port stops a few blocks away; a night market is just around the corner, and there's a 24-hour supermarket a block away. The facilities were clean and the room looked just like new. The bed was clean and comfy, toiletries were provided, and the room had a TV and a kettle. Even though I booked a shared bathroom, it was very clean and shared with only another room. The staff was super nice, and both the check-in and check-out processes were fast and easy. Overall, I enjoyed my 2 nights in Pensão Carmen and I would book it again.

Kudos and Thankful to Ms Chez, Front desk staff, luckily she is pinay and we never had a hard time communicating. She was very helpful and kind to us and she even provided us coins/change to use for the bus going to HZM. Overall great stay. The place was great. Decent and affordable hotel room for a stay in Macau. The room was clean and maintained. They provide toiletries and water at the front desk. Air-condition room with kettle, dryer and heater available. Double bed room, with cabinet and working table. Would recommend this hotel for your stay since it is Near senado square, a 6 minute walk from the hotel. 8 min walk going to Ruins of St. Paul and 10 min walk going to grand lisboa hotel where you can ride free shuttle buses going to other casinos and mall especially in studio city, parisian, venecian, and londoner. Definitely recommended. Friendly service. I was allowed to check in early. I liked the decoration, tiles in a Portuguese style. Super clean. Everything is new. The sheets are beautiful. Maybe the bed was too hard, but I personally don’t mind that much. Great location: lots of restaurants. Near a fresh market and near a lot of sights.

Mendaki bukit di cerun yang agak curam tetapi sangat berpusat. Katil tidak selesa dan keras serta tergelincir apabila bersandar pada papan katil. Kawasan mandian kecil berbentuk ganjil, pintu tandas ”lihat melalui” lucu. Tidak banyak kemudahan kerana anda perlu berjalan jauh ke bawah dan ke atas cerun untuk keperluan harian. Sisa rambut daripada tetamu wanita di atas katil.

Overall, we really enjoyed our experience here! The facilities were great - we really took advantage of the free water cooler in the lobby. Really liked that they provided coffee and apples in the rooms too, on top of all the pillows and blankets! The service is fantastic too - Erica and KaYee were really nice and helpful, whether it came to adding an extra bed or where to get good cheap food nearby. The art is also just really cool - it’s everywhere - and they’ve even got QR codes for you to scan if you’re further interested in the work and artist. 10/10 would recommend to stay. We will come back if we come Macao again. Cheers!

It may not be a luxury hotel like the ones familiar all over Macau, but the service, dedication and congenial vibe given by its staff is truly impeccable! Room is cozy and clean, all in good condition as seen in the pictures. lot of local restaurants around hotel. staff is very helpful. they are really patient for lot of questions of how to get to places and try to speak english to tell us how to take a bus to macau ferry. we ask to drop-off our luggages by the front service desk. It's 20mins to walk to Grand Lisboa ****** and we walk almost 2km. to MGM hotel Macau for shuttle bus.

PPengguna TetamuLove this hotel, it is great value for money. This hotel is strategically located! It’s only 10 mins away from Border Gate where free shuttle busses take you to all the main ****** hotels. There are local busses next to it as well which takes you to the town central. Room size is good with great view. We didn’t choose breakfast but the receptionist (James and Ethan) that checked us in gave us complementary breakfast for our stay. Overall I highly recommend this hotel for Macao!

TTony HongSo I decided to stay another at this hotel because Macau is so fun! Anyway, the hotel is fine and the room is hygienic. When you enter the building go up immediately to the first floor where the reception is. I spoke Cantonese with them. And with other guests they spoke Mandarin too. English is basic but should be OK. The superior twin room was good and clean, and has a small desk and chair if you need to do some work. Wish I had a room with a proper view, but that’s the price I paid. The hotel location is very convenient. You’re literally a handful of minutes away from great cheap restaurants, money exchanges and historical sights. There’s also a bus stop outside that will take you straight to the southern part of Macau Taipa if needed. Will not hesitate to stay here again if I have another business trip.

TTrotamundoUnoIt's an OK place but I'd personally pay more money for a better hotel next time. Rooms & space is exaggeratedly small even for Macau. The front desk service is... not great(no English, can't call you a taxi, not friendly, etc...). There were people smoking in the room next to us even though it wasn't allowed(we booked a non-smoking room) & front desk seemed to do nothing. The door beeps for some reason when you leave it open 10 seconds - so if neighbors come back late you'll hear that. Room service - you can get your room 'cleaned' but it just involves getting your towels changed & soap refilled - they don't even change sheets or sweep the floor. They provide no laundry service & can't seem to recommend a place that does (Macau seems to have a serious shortage of laundry places). It is VERY clean though, well organized for what it is. There is also luggage storage which came in handy & they let us check in early. Beds were hard - but not ridiculously so (I prefer a hard bed). Just the negatives outweigh the positives.

Hotel ini sangat kecil dengan 5 tingkat dan hanya 2 bilik di setiap tingkat. Tanggapan pertama saya tentang bilik adalah baik. Ia kecil tetapi sangat kemas dan bersih. Saya tidak sangka mereka akan memberi kami peralatan mandian percuma walaupun berus gigi disediakan. Sekarang, inilah bahagian yang tidak begitu baik. Tilam mungkin salah satu yang paling sukar saya tidur dan saya bukan peminat jenis tilam ini. Hujan lebat pada malam pertama saya dan air terus memercik dari lubang kecil di dinding. Nasib baik saya menggunakan lap basah untuk menutup lubang supaya masalah selesai! Pembersihan bilik… ya mereka membuang sampah dan mengisi peralatan mandian baharu tetapi bagaimana pula dengan menukar cermin mata terpakai saya?! Secara keseluruhan, ia adalah tempat yang baik untuk menginap selama beberapa malam jika anda mempunyai bajet semasa melawat Macau kerana hotel di sini pada umumnya sangat mahal.

MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!

PPengguna TetamuThe IFu hotel is in a great location if you don’t want to stay on the Cotai ***** or near the major casinos. It was easy to walk everywhere from the hotel and there was a bus stop right around the corner to catch busses to Cotai. The hotel was fine, great price. It could have been cleaner and they only provided half a roll of toilet paper so I had to ask for more. Next time I’m in Macau, I’d stay on Cotai but this is a great location near St Paul’s Ruins and Largo de Senado.

PPengguna TetamuHad a short stay here recently. Hotel is in a great location, with lots of shops and a main shopping street within 1 minute walk out the front door. One thing to highlight is that there was no signage outside or in reception that said 'The Lotus House'. I had walked down the street and couldn't find the place, so actually just popped in here to ask the receptionist if they knew where it was. If I recall correctly, there is a sign on the wall inside that says Art of Macau, so look for that and you're in the correct place. The room was a good size. Facilities were lacking - kettle in the room had a plug that doesn't even fit into the same type of plug socket in the room, fridge was not cold, no hooks to hang towels in the bathroom, wifi kept cutting out, the door didn't block out sound so you could hear people on the corridor and on the last day I was woken up by the person in the next rooms alarm going off. OK for a one night stay or 2 max.

It comes with power plugs, a light at the side of the bed, and the toilet also has shampoo/body wash and hair dryer provided. Though there was a non smoking policy, I could sense smoke every single day (though this isn’t their fault). Room was kept fairly clean as well. Just note that there’s a need to climb a few flights of stairs, so it might be inconvenient if you are bringing a huge suitcase.

Perkara utama yang tidak mengapa ialah ia sangat bising kerana ia tepi jalan.Pelayan tu kata tak ada bilik,jadi tak boleh tukar.bising dua orang.Tak boleh tidur lena dan pengalaman teruk.Satu lagi kelemahan ialah tak boleh check in sampai 3 petang. Daftar masuk satu atau dua jam lebih awal memerlukan tambahan 50 yuan, yang sangat tidak mesra tetamu luar bandar. Kami tidak dapat tiba pada masa yang betul. Macau, saya tidak mahu menampung dan ada Tiada bilik bersih pada masa itu. Kami terpaksa menunggu sehingga pukul 3 untuk mendaftar masuk. Kami sudah sangat letih. Namun, akhirnya kami bersiar-siar di luar dengan payung selama lebih daripada dua jam sebelum mendaftar masuk. Kami tidak biasa dengan tempat ini. Beberapa hari kebelakangan ini hujan turun, jadi saya perlu membayar tambahan untuk mendaftar masuk. Sungguh tidak mesra~ Anda boleh mengatur bilik terakhir yang agak tenang semasa anda mendaftar masuk, supaya tidak ada bunyi bising antara dua bilik. Kedua, pastikan anda tidak mengatur bilik di sebelah bilik. Selain itu, bilik-bilik di tepi jalan sebenarnya boleh didapati di tingkat bawah bas. Tidak digalakkan untuk menaiki bas merata-rata di Macau. Jika anda pergi ke sana buat kali pertama, anda perlu terlebih dahulu menukar dolar Australia dan kemudian pergi ke kedai serbaneka untuk membeli sesuatu dan bertanya kepada pelayan. Cari duit syiling 🪙 Mudah untuk menaiki bas. Harganya hanya 6 yuan. Ke mana sahaja anda pergi, ia adalah harga tetap 6 yuan. Jika anda tidak menaiki teksi, anda benar-benar akan menjimatkan banyak wang. Di Macau, anda boleh menggunakan Amap. Adalah disyorkan untuk tidak menggunakan perayauan. Anda mungkin akan pergi ke sana untuk beberapa hari. Beli sahaja kad Macau di Taobao. Walau bagaimanapun, sebaiknya pilih satu yang mempunyai keupayaan panggilan. Ada yang 3 hari dan 5.7 hari.
