This hotel is great. It is very close to the Ruins of Saint Paul church (5 minute walk) and right in the heart of old Macao. The hotel was just open a month ago and I could tell, everything was super clean. The one grip I did have was that the hotel had no laundry room and I quickly found out that in Macao self-serve laundry places are very rare. I would stay here again

I stayed hwre for 3 nights. Glad i wad happy to still check in just padt midnight with a manned front desk. 100MOP deposit is required; CASH only. Rooms were decent and larger than I anticipated; coming from HK. Rooms were cleaned and AC was excellent. Windows faces the sky airwell and other room windows but able to see the sky to check the weather. Able to store luggage near reception although i didnt use. Plenty of local restaurants within walk distance and a McD and conveninence store at each end within 5 mins walk.

I had a comfortable stay and it was very clean. I felt price was high for such small room but I think that’s the typical pricing there. Everything was good, there was a lounge at basement for any work/eating. All staff were very friendly :)

The front desk lady provided proactive and excellent services. Good value for money, will definitely pick I FU Hotel again if staying in Macau Peninsula.

We had the best experience staying at Towns Well Motel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is excellent—it's close to many tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, which made getting around Macau very convenient. The staff were all friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. We would especially like to commend the Filipino staff member, who was exceptionally kind, helpful, and made us feel right at home with their warm hospitality. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend Towns Well Motel to anyone visiting Macau. We will definitely book here again on our next trip!

Bilik ini diperbuat daripada kaca kalis bunyi dan kesan kalis bunyinya agak bagus. Ia sangat bersih. Saya hanya perlu memberitahu meja depan untuk membersihkan bilik. Sekadar peringatan. Perkhidmatan: Sangat baik dan sabar. Saya menukar bilik. Kemudahan: Sangat baru. Ia adalah sarung selimut. Ia adalah roti sandwic dua lapis🥪Cubit selimut. Selimut kadang-kadang terkeluar. Saya berharap untuk menukarnya kepada sarung selimut lain kali saya ke sana kerana saya juga pernah menginap Hotel Jiaxin yang lain di mana sarung selimut digunakan.semoga dapat diperbaiki.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the location was ideal for exploring the area. What really stood out, was the service. The staffs were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I had a great experience and would definitely choose this hotel again.

This is my second stay here. It's in a good location next to a coffee shop and circle K and near the Sé cathedral. Unfortunately since I stayed last time they've switched to using disposable towels and disposable bedsheets which are not very good. Please change back to proper towels and sheets, makes it so much nicer. It's also quite noisy in my room, I stayed on the ground floor next to the lifts and there were people shouting in the reception at night which woke me up several times.

We found this hotel to be very convenient and all basic amenities are complete. It was also very clean and the room did not have any smoke smell. Initially we were a bit wary as we arrived late at 11pm, and there were a few loud guys in the lobby that looked a bit drunk, but that was just a one-time occurrence and the next day was fine. Deposit of 100HKD required upon check-in. The hotel even gave us a small souvenir, how lovely! Staff was very professional & quick to issue our room key. Water heater doesn't feel hot enough at night and may need to wait for some time before the water gets warmer but no issues for us. There is no fridge in the room. Elevator is small but fits most mid size luggage nicely. Saw some reviews commenting the beds were hard but we found the bed to be quite comfortable. Location was excellent and very near to restaurants, places of interest, minimart, bus stops. We took bus 3,3X from Gongbei customs side and stopped near the hotel. Going to Macau Airport was also super convenient- just at the street across the hotel at Kam Pek Community Center, many busses available to take us to Barra LRT and then to Airport. It was also easy to walk to other hotels which provided free shuttle to Cotai areas. We had such a wonderful time in Macau and at a hotel that is very value for money! ❤️
