PPengguna TetamuIt was a comfortable stay for 3days. Location was near tourist attractions and was not hard to find. There were many bus stops so commuting was very easy too. The receptionists were kind and spoke english well. The room has complete amenities and storage. Overall, it was worth the booking. Definitely recommend it!

DDawei 007Hotel rumah tetamu kecil yang bagus. Bilik itu sangat kecil, pemandangan tingkap adalah MENGERIKAN, tetapi untuk harga yang saya bayar di Macau, ia adalah nilai yang cukup baik. Sangat moden dan sangat bersih. Katilnya selesa dan pancuran mandiannya kuat dengan air panas yang banyak. Kakitangan sangat ramah dan membantu. AMARAN, mereka mahukan deposit 500MOP apabila anda mendaftar masuk, tunai atau kad kedua-duanya boleh diterima. Di tingkat bawah tanah terdapat ruang istirahat umum untuk kegunaan umum serta ruang dapur yang luas. Kedua-dua kawasan sentiasa bersih.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThe location is great, right in the middle of the old town. There are also many shops and restaurants in the area, and there's good access to public transportation. Although the room was small, it was clean and all the amenities were in good condition. It is also cheap, by local standards. Overall, a great option for a short stay.

MMs. VSThe front desk named Jose was to be our “kababayan” was so kind, he lets us in earlier than their check-in time happened to be the room was ready but their normal check-in time would be @3pm. Thank you so much “Jose” for your kindness. I would highly recommended this place when it comes to their cleanliness and very accommodating employees. It is a 1 double bed room. The room was big, cleaned and very comfortable. The bathroom is so clean and pretty big. We will definitely come back here. Keep up the good work guys especially to our “kababayan”. Thank you!!!

YyramegevLocation is great if you’re planning to visit popular tourist spots. Cleanliness was well maintained too — the toilet was spotless.
However, the check-in experience was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING.
========== (TL;DR) Imagine you had to experience this after a 4 hours flight ==========
The young female receptionist I encountered on arrival handled things very poorly. She kept insisting she couldn’t find my booking, smiling the entire time as if it were a joke. Instead of checking properly herself, she kept handing me random printed bookings, one after another, asking me if any of them were mine. It honestly felt like I was doing her job.
If the names were even slightly similar to mine, I would understand. But she passed me almost every booking she had in her hands, including ones with clearly Japanese or ********* names that were nowhere close to mine. I even asked her, “So does that mean I’m supposed to sleep on the streets tonight?” Yet she still giggled, with zero sense of apology or urgency. It made me wonder if she had ever been trained in basic customer service or professional ethics.
Eventually, she finally handed me the correct booking with my name. But even then, after I confirmed it was mine, she said, “I gave you this earlier and you said it wasn’t yours.”
Like… excuse me? You’ve been passing me completely unrelated bookings the whole time?!
I initially wanted to rate the service 1 star, but I added one more because the hotel cleaner left a good impression, the cleaner auntie was polite and attentive.

Facilities:
The TV in my room was broken, so I’m guessing it was just for decoration. Ventilation also seemed poorly designed. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I was woken up early in the morning by cigarette smoke seeping in from outside my door. Not recommended for light sleepers either, as the soundproofing is weak. I could clearly hear people talking outside, though I’m not sure if they were in the corridor or inside another room.

EE. TadaGreat location, around 15 min flat walk from Barra station, possibly the best budget accommodation with easy access from public transportation. Room was basic but clean, provided all I needed for a 1 night layover in Macau. There is a universal power outlet so no need to use a converter. Also within walking distance to most areas of interest in Macau center. Highly recommend

CClaire ArranguezThis was our second time checking in at this hotel. First was in 2018 and it's way cleaner than it is now. However, location's right in Senado Square, close to main attractions in Taipa. The room was also spacious, as well as the beds. Another big con is the floors reeking of cigarette smoke despite the signs of NO SMOKING. They should impose it stricter to avoid affecting non-smoking individuals. The carpets need a good replacement. If this hotel cleans their room better, the standard will so much better as well! A small fridge will also be very helpful. Every hotel room should have them now, I believe. Nonetheless, it's enough for a place to rest.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis hotel is so underrated!! This is a 100/10!!! We really loved this hotel, it is too bad we just stayed here for 2 nights as I really loved the place here. It is just 3mins walk away from Ruins of St. Pauls, and there are a lot of stores there — like stores where you can buy pasalubongs such as the famous peanut cookies, egg tarts and such… There are also luxury stores, uni qlo, pop mart, cosmetics stores, pharmacies, bakeries, restaurants and many more… Basically everything you need is just reachable…
We were actually from HongKong prior to staying at Macau for 2 nights and we rode a bus going here to I Fu Hotel and it was so convenient since the hotel is just like 30 steps away from that bus stop!
The rooms were veryyyy niceeee too, the room space were really maximize and designed very well! It is very clean too! The receptionist is very accommodating, helpful, knows how to communicate with us! There is free wi-fi, mini bar and complimentary water — where you can ask for one everyday! Our only problem here was that we were shocked of the deposit fee that was asked to us, it was 2000MOP around 16,000 pesos (500MOP per room), and it we were not prepared since we only withdrew 2000MOP for our transpo and such since we’ll use card… But it’s understandable since they really make sure that you don’t violate the rules like no smoking…
Also as a family of 10, all our 4 rooms were just nearby which made it more efficient.
Overall I would really comeback here!!

CChocoBananaRamaWe found this hotel to be very convenient and all basic amenities are complete. It was also very clean and the room did not have any smoke smell. Initially we were a bit wary as we arrived late at 11pm, and there were a few loud guys in the lobby that looked a bit drunk, but that was just a one-time occurrence and the next day was fine. Deposit of 100HKD required upon check-in. The hotel even gave us a small souvenir, how lovely! Staff was very professional & quick to issue our room key. Water heater doesn't feel hot enough at night and may need to wait for some time before the water gets warmer but no issues for us. There is no fridge in the room. Elevator is small but fits most mid size luggage nicely. Saw some reviews commenting the beds were hard but we found the bed to be quite comfortable.
Location was excellent and very near to restaurants, places of interest, minimart, bus stops. We took bus 3,3X from Gongbei customs side and stopped near the hotel. Going to Macau Airport was also super convenient- just at the street across the hotel at Kam Pek Community Center, many busses available to take us to Barra LRT and then to Airport. It was also easy to walk to other hotels which provided free shuttle to Cotai areas.
We had such a wonderful time in Macau and at a hotel that is very value for money! ❤️
