PPengguna TetamuWe had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional — from the front desk to the porters and housekeeping team, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
The location is excellent as well, with easy access to sightseeing spots, shops, and public transport, which made getting around Macau very convenient.
Overall, we were very impressed and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

ZZZMMXXThis mid-range hotel is overall very good. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the towels are changed daily, making them very comfortable to use. Although the hotel's hardware facilities are somewhat outdated, the cost-performance ratio is quite reasonable, and the accommodation experience is satisfying. Additionally, the hotel's location is ideal, with convenient transportation and complete surrounding facilities. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip.

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, the room and the bathroom was perfect. I enjoyed the soaking bath. Although we were assigned the joining room, probably due to Chinese New Year holiday, must be so busy, it did not bother us. The view from the balcony was good, we had a very good stay.
We also had breakfast at the rooftop, it was nicely presented, the food was replenished frequently. We would definitely consider to stay again.

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s within walking distance to major attractions like Grand Lisboa and other *******, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms are fairly spacious compared to typical Macau standards, and basic amenities are provided. our room was specious and equiped with modern designs and techy gadgets.
Service was great.
Overall:
A good value-for-money stay in a prime location and lots of shoping and restaurants options around it.

KK and AThe location is a good escape from the city. The hotel still looks pretty okay although there’s some areas in the rooms needs a bit of attention. The hallways are very clean. Breakfast is basic with an okay selection. It would’ve been better if the restaurant runs til late especially if you want to chill and unwind at their cozy terrace and patio. We had to walk to another restaurant few meters away towards the beach which also closed few minutes after our arrival.

Pros:
1. Check in was quick and easy, had to pay $300 deposit,
2. The room was big and spacious,
3. Shower room was nice and modern,
4. Beds were large single so could fit my wife, child and myself pretty comfortably,
4. AC was good.
Cons:
1. Sound insulation between the shower room and bedroom is essentially non existence, especially when someone flushes
2. Water leaking from shower to bedroom
3. Check out was pretty slow, maybe due to a large crowd checking out at a time as they had to specifically check each room for beverage consumption.

The service was decent and the staff were friendly, showing good hospitality throughout my visit.
The only minor issue was that some of the hotel amenities felt a little run‑down. For instance, the toilet door in my room could not close properly.
Other than that, I was quite content with my stay.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI booked this hotel because it was close to the Galaxy Arena for a concert and because it was cheaper than many others in the area.If you need something basic in the Cotai Area , and want to save some money,this is a suitable option.Staff were polite and did their job well, the room was quiet and I slept well.The location and price were why I chose to stay here , I was not expecting luxury so I was not disappointed
