VVivian Wong SPKali ke-3 saya menginap di hotel. Teruskan kembali kerana lokasi utamanya, dikelilingi oleh banyak restoran yang hebat dan banyak bas yang membawa anda ke mana-mana di pulau itu. ****** dan restoran bufet ditutup buat *****tara waktu untuk pengubahsuaian. Meraikan hari lahir dengan kek keju strawberi 4 inci percuma yang ditawarkan oleh hotel. Ia adalah lazat. Cadangkan kepada penggemar makanan yang bersedia untuk pengembaraan makanan.

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, the room and the bathroom was perfect. I enjoyed the soaking bath. Although we were assigned the joining room, probably due to Chinese New Year holiday, must be so busy, it did not bother us. The view from the balcony was good, we had a very good stay.
We also had breakfast at the rooftop, it was nicely presented, the food was replenished frequently. We would definitely consider to stay again.

MMalysian ChooThe Hotel location is near to LRT station and bus station (within walking distance) which made it convenient to travel within Taipa and to Peninsular. The front desk (at Level 21) personnel are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Hotel is new, clean and cutie. Room decoration is kids driven and adorable. Youngsters love it too.

WWinnieNNI had been planning a trip to Macau when I came across this place—and instantly fell in love with it. The setting is stunning, offering both beach and mountain views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and every day I spent there felt warm and inviting. Everything was excellent, from transportation to food to overall service. Truly a 10/10 experience—I would absolutely recommend it.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

For senior citizen, there is also a longer pathway to access to the hotel via the train station with lift service. Receptionist staff is nice and properly explain to us and check in smoothly. Hotel is clean with all the toiletries are available. Overall good experience.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaI booked this hotel because it was close to the Galaxy Arena for a concert and because it was cheaper than many others in the area.If you need something basic in the Cotai Area , and want to save some money,this is a suitable option.Staff were polite and did their job well, the room was quiet and I slept well.The location and price were why I chose to stay here , I was not expecting luxury so I was not disappointed
