Cari Hotel 4-Star di Macau

Kali ke-3 saya menginap di hotel. Teruskan kembali kerana lokasi utamanya, dikelilingi oleh banyak restoran yang hebat dan banyak bas yang membawa anda ke mana-mana di pulau itu. ****** dan restoran bufet ditutup buat *****tara waktu untuk pengubahsuaian. Meraikan hari lahir dengan kek keju strawberi 4 inci percuma yang ditawarkan oleh hotel. Ia adalah lazat. Cadangkan kepada penggemar makanan yang bersedia untuk pengembaraan makanan.

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, the room and the bathroom was perfect. I enjoyed the soaking bath. Although we were assigned the joining room, probably due to Chinese New Year holiday, must be so busy, it did not bother us. The view from the balcony was good, we had a very good stay. We also had breakfast at the rooftop, it was nicely presented, the food was replenished frequently. We would definitely consider to stay again.

Overall, the hotel is quite clean clean and tidy, however they do not have gym room, and they don’t have ****** attach with the Hotel, which is a bit surprise to me.

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

Rio hotel has good location, downstairs have restaurant and convenient store. Even have restaurant across the street u can eat local Macau breakfast. At the back of the hotel has bus stop cost 6MOP per trip. However, u need to call taxi to 金莎 hotel if u want to ride free shuttle bus. You can also take a walk at garden opposite the hotel

The breakfast buffet was great. They have a good selection of food and drinks, catering to many people. The food is fresh. The swimming pool is small but pleasant. And the view of the mountains and ocean are really great. It's really close to the two beaches, one being right outside the hotel, making it convenient to spend the day at the beach. In the standard room, it's spacious with a big bathroom. While there are some parts that need maintenance, it's not too bad.

The hotel is very accessible, and the room is spacious and clean. The food is good and provides a great start to the day. However, the night duty FO was not very approachable or friendly. Improving hospitality skills would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. He did not initiate to brief us on the restaurant location or breakfast hours, even though breakfast was included—I had to ask instead. It seemed he assumed that guests were already familiar with the hotel facilities. Additionally, the security personnel could be more approachable, as maintaining professionalism while being friendly would further enhance the guest experience. Overall, the experience was very good. The concierge, bell staff, restaurant team, housekeeping, and pool staff all provided excellent service. ♡♡♡

The room was quite old and had a strong carpet smell. The amenities were complete but dated. At night, cigarette smoke wafted into the room, likely from someone smoking on the fire escape. The pillows were too soft, and the lighting was dim, making it difficult to see at night. The advantage is its location near the airport, making travel convenient, and easy access to various bus services into the city.

Excellent location and beautiful view from my room window. Across the street from the Galaxy ******. Helpful staff and great value. Highly recommend.

Upon entering the room, it smelled damp and moldy. This was the main concern that I had. However when I turned the AC off that smell and feel eventually went away. Overall it was an decent stay, good location, but nothing else much to write about.
