PPengguna TetamuWe’re very happy with our stay here. We chose here specifically because it’s location and reviews. The transportation from Gongbei Port is very convenient, and there are many other bus stations within walking distance from the hotel. The receptionist are very friendly and knowledgeable, which made us very happy. The hotel is covered with gold colored furnitures, but not cheap at all. The television here is awesome too, both the video quality and the variety of channels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and we can’t wait to stay here once again! Thank you Mu Goi

PPengguna TetamuWe enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, the room and the bathroom was perfect. I enjoyed the soaking bath. Although we were assigned the joining room, probably due to Chinese New Year holiday, must be so busy, it did not bother us. The view from the balcony was good, we had a very good stay.
We also had breakfast at the rooftop, it was nicely presented, the food was replenished frequently. We would definitely consider to stay again.

GGary H.K. ChanIt was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us.
Thank you very much and I will for sure come again.
Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

PPengguna TetamuThe location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s within walking distance to major attractions like Grand Lisboa and other *******, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
The rooms are fairly spacious compared to typical Macau standards, and basic amenities are provided. our room was specious and equiped with modern designs and techy gadgets.
Service was great.
Overall:
A good value-for-money stay in a prime location and lots of shoping and restaurants options around it.

WWinnieNNI had been planning a trip to Macau when I came across this place—and instantly fell in love with it. The setting is stunning, offering both beach and mountain views. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and every day I spent there felt warm and inviting. Everything was excellent, from transportation to food to overall service. Truly a 10/10 experience—I would absolutely recommend it.

RRenzo YCI booked a twin room with breakfast.
Pros:
1. Check in was quick and easy, had to pay $300 deposit,
2. The room was big and spacious,
3. Shower room was nice and modern,
4. Beds were large single so could fit my wife, child and myself pretty comfortably,
4. AC was good.
Cons:
1. Sound insulation between the shower room and bedroom is essentially non existence, especially when someone flushes
2. Water leaking from shower to bedroom
3. Check out was pretty slow, maybe due to a large crowd checking out at a time as they had to specifically check each room for beverage consumption.

The HSKP attendants and room service server are very kind.
Though the front desk they need to be more effective with their service cause they didn't introduce the wifi and inform about the pool renovation.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaWe spent a night here for airport transit. Location wise is good, just need to cross the busy road. For senior citizen, there is also a longer pathway to access to the hotel via the train station with lift service. Receptionist staff is nice and properly explain to us and check in smoothly. Hotel is clean with all the toiletries are available. Overall good experience.
