Cari Hotel 4-Star di Macau

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was exceptional — from the front desk to the porters and housekeeping team, everyone was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. The location is excellent as well, with easy access to sightseeing spots, shops, and public transport, which made getting around Macau very convenient. Overall, we were very impressed and truly enjoyed our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

This hotel was soooo much nicer than we expected! For starters, you have plenty of cheap restaurants within a 3-minute-walk radius. The rooms are unbelievably big and clean and with all the amenities you need. The housekeeping seems to be working 24h because we needed some water at 11pm and they came immediately to deliver it. The hotel also has a small gym and a pool on the 4th floor, as well as 3 restaurants and a ****** - I meant it when I said this hotel is much nicer than we expected! Unfortunately we only had 2 nights there so couldn’t enjoy it fully but those 2 days were plenty of time to see Macau. Would definitely recommend using a bit higher budget but going with this rich-feeling hotel 😅

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was good, the room and the bathroom was perfect. I enjoyed the soaking bath. Although we were assigned the joining room, probably due to Chinese New Year holiday, must be so busy, it did not bother us. The view from the balcony was good, we had a very good stay. We also had breakfast at the rooftop, it was nicely presented, the food was replenished frequently. We would definitely consider to stay again.

The Hotel location is near to LRT station and bus station (within walking distance) which made it convenient to travel within Taipa and to Peninsular. The front desk (at Level 21) personnel are friendly and helpful. Room is spacious and clean.

It was our anniversary and Gary at reception offered us a lte check out since we arrived at the hotel quite late. We were also upgraded together with a free red wine as our gift and we were thrilled and we were further offered 2 complimentary breakfast althought we didn't use att the end. I found out that I didn't take my airpods with me at the time when I checked out and we went to lunch. I came back and then 2 receptionists helped me out and called the room to bring it back down even after checkout, I m so pleased by the services Ascott provided me and to us. Thank you very much and I will for sure come again. Btw the room we stayed was really nice spacious and comfortable.

The location is definitely the biggest advantage—it’s within walking distance to major attractions like Grand Lisboa and other *******, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are fairly spacious compared to typical Macau standards, and basic amenities are provided. our room was specious and equiped with modern designs and techy gadgets. Service was great. Overall: A good value-for-money stay in a prime location and lots of shoping and restaurants options around it.

I chose Pousada over the Coloane Resort as the beach near Pousada was said to be better (it is definitely better; the one near the resort was full of trash and dead fish; the one near Pousada was clean). It is remote, but I knew that in advance. It’s 160 MOP via taxi from the outer ferry terminal (cash-only, unless you Uber). You can easily take the bus to areas of interest (6 mop, cash only, no change; or macau pass. Alipay or wechat pay might work if you have Chinese ID. They won’t work with international ID). Pros: 1) staff were lovely and helpful 2) restaurant facilities are nice 3) grounds are small but have lovely flowers 4) beach literally across the street 5) Portuguese decor is unique 6) great view of the sea 7) More relaxed, peaceful vibe if you want to escape the ***** and crowds. 8) appreciated conservation efforts with water jug/sterilized slippers. Con: Overwhelmingly the main con was a strong mold smell and visible mold, especially in the bathroom. There was a lot of mold on the shower curtains, which there’s simply no excuse for when they can be machine-washed.  The air coming out of the AC didn’t feel fresh, either. They try to cover it with cleaning product/air freshener, but of course that’s not going to fix the issue. I checked out early because it felt very unhealthy. I was ultimately pretty disappointed.

Bas ulang-alik percuma disediakan. Tetapi kami terlepas masa apabila tiba dari Hong Kong. Kami menaiki teksi ke Grandview sebaliknya. Terdapat Porter Filipina dengan nama bermula dengan D sangat membantu dan mesra. Dia secara proaktif membantu kami memunggah dua bagasi besar dan berat kami dari teksi kami. Selain itu, beliau mencadangkan ke mana hendak pergi dengan buku kecil dan peta yang disediakan. Pada hari daftar keluar, dia membantu kami mengaturkan bas ulang-alik.

Jika saya boleh memberi 100 bintang, saya akan! Berada di sana untuk ulang tahun istimewa kami, hotel menawarkan kami sebotol wain percuma! Apatah lagi naik taraf bilik percuma ke suite kerana bilik kami dipenuhi dengan bau asap. Suka tempat ini! Mereka sangat hangat! Lokasinya juga hebat! 5 minit berjalan kaki ke hotel Wynn dan Lisboa, dan berdekatan dengan banyak kedai makan dan kedai serbaneka, barangan runcit. Sudah tentu pilihan yang baik! Bilik besar dan selesa juga
