What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

Overall a lovely stay. A lots of pros- Great breakfast, friendly staff, 24hr gym, free parking, very safe. Booked a one day tour to Troy, got picked up and drop off at the hotel, saved 2 trips to the Istanbul city,a present surprise. Own experience - Location is far and not easily accessible from main tourist attractions. For self drive, the hotel is located next to a highway, if missed the turning, go around is 7 min. Baby pool was not open, swimming hat compulsory or can buy for 130TR from spa desk.

Excellent hotel from reception to room to restaurant and bar. Reception was truly perfect; received by the concierge in the early afternoon. Directed to a seat in the shade, served wit fresh chilled (not frozen) orange juice. Registered us and gave us a transparant choice of rooms, one in the main building (smaller) one slightly off (larger and ground floor). The larger room was 30 meters of the reception, choice was easy. Room roomy (😂) bathroom small but functional with a great big shower. Lovely! Restaurant Vitale very nice, staff young but enthusiastic and generally competent. More over; willingness to serve! Menu a little small but well executed! Especially the black sea pasta; bravo! Front desk arranged a private tour for us and a nice dinner cruise. Special recognition and a shout out to the best concierge i have seen in years: Seckin! Thqnks man! We stay in Crowne for 2 night. We arrived a little bit early and the lady let us checked in slightly early and they even upgraded our room ( we are very lucky). They have lots of option for breakfast. The tram station is 5 minutes walk. You can get around the city with tram. We will come back to Crowne after our Konya and Cappadocia trip. It's definitely worth it to stay in this hotel.

Air conditioning not working Too hot in the rooms no ventilation Rooms not on pictures. The pictures is for different hotel Its very basic and has not got sofas in the room as shown. Staff are friendly and location is nice .

Расположение отеля удачное, завтраки хорошие, есть выбор на любой вкус. Номера, конечно, уставшие, но они особо и не стремятся их убирать.если не напомнить, то и мусор не вынесут и полотенца не поменяют, не говоря уже об остальном . Спа бесплатно только с 12.00 до 18.00, но без шапочки в бассейн вас не пустят. Цены на массаж высокие.

Service of house keeping ,room services and reception were good. Breakfast spread was great. However there are need to improve choice in gala dinner. Stay was pleasant.and injoy swiming pool and best services is ms vishakha and Mr Kamal pandy front office manager and Mr anurag Pathak

Our stay at the hotel had some positive instances and unfortunately more negative occurrences. Positive - hotel staff (bellman and some of the front counter staff were very helpful going above and beyond to assist with our luggage and unloading/loading our rental car) plus the location was super convenient. The older 2 bellmen at the hotel were very accommodating and always tried to correct any issues we had. Negative - some of the front counter staff were confirmed liars telling me there were no rooms in the hotel with balconies (we were finally assigned a balcony room) on another occasion I had to ask three times for our room to be cleaned as the maid service never cleaned our room one day. Also one of the A/C units in the room next to the bed could not be turned off and only blew hot air. The hotel resolution was for us to run the other unit and leave the door to the balcony open. BTW my husband had 8 hour surgery that day and this made his night's sleep very uncomfortable due to the heat. There was broken glass in the carpet in our room which I cut my toe on. When I told the front desk, they did nothing about it or even apologized. The Terrace Restaurant manager is completely ”disingenuous” and very money hungry. He kept pushing a bottle of water on me at dinner which I refused and then insisted on adding the price of the water to my bill. I explained I did not want the water as I was drinking wine and have free bottles of water in my room. After I adjusted the bill myself, he finally agreed to remove the charge. I found him to be VERY fake in all times I saw him in the hotel.

Very good hotel to stay for overnight flight transfers. Excellent breakfast, restaurant open until 2 AM. Good service and location, 5 min walk from airport.

If you want to be at the heart of Sultanahmet area, this is THE hotel to stay. We loved our stay here so much and wished we had time to stay longer. Cemil at the Front Desk was our first contact with the hotel, and he was the epitome of someone who truly understands what great customer service is! We were given a room with the best view of BOTH Ayia Sofia and the Blue Mosque, and overall, it was a fantastic stay! Ala-carte breakfast on the rooftop was excellent too, and the view from up there is even more fantastic! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.
