Hotel berhampiran Heart Shape & Elephant Care Samui, Koh Samui

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel. But for the first time since the pandemic. Its main advantage is access to the private beach of Chaweng Noi and the infrastructure of the First family hotels. The hotel itself consists of several buildings with an average pool. The room has everything you need to relax. Because the hotel had just opened, there were only a couple of guests, breakfast, which was included, was served to us personally or in the room or on the terrace of the floor. Everything is delicious and quite varied. Checked in earlier without additional charges and discharged later without additional charges. I really don't want to write anything bad about this hotel. The staff works very hard and it shows. During the pandemic, the entire infrastructure of Koh Samui was badly damaged. They just recently opened. Access to the beach by the bridge (this is the only way to get there) was permanently closed. I had to ask the front desk to open it every time. Or go through First Boongalo and prove that you are on the same network. The pool is not cleaned, because there are no guests. Rooms are a bit old. They tried to freshen up, painted, but it does not help, because the furniture is the same ancient and plumbing too. Everything leaks and looks unreliable. Especially need to change all bedding. Very old pillowcases, bedspreads stained and stained. Loud air conditioning, in which it is difficult to set the temperature, but after a while you get used to the noise.

Была на Пхукете в далеком 2014. безумно понравился Тай! Влюбилась. после Индонезии с подругой решили все же поехать в Таиланд! но теперь через Пхукет на Самуи и Панган! что ж ! 6 лет прошло! а тай изменился. Пхукет стал дико руссским, бездушным,никаким. туристическим одним словом! благо был всего 1 день и мы на утро стартанули на Самуи. ехать с Пхукета минимум 5 часов по скучной дороге. ждать паром час. и плыть мин 40. и вот мы на Самуи! едем еще час до отеля по бездорожью.. ну в целом, первые впечатления, че то не то( приехали в отель. Здрасьте приехали. номер без балкона.... дышать нечем.. душно. в номере пахнет могнолией(ненавижу ее) утро.. завтрак. так себе. но голодным не останетесь. кофе на любой вкус. горячее, салаты. из фруктов арбуз вкусный и дыня не ок).. ну все. и да. русских 80%. будьте готовы! Тагил ждет вас))) другое дело остров Панган.. но это уже совсем др история.)

The large hotel has modern and very clean rooms and a very good room service. The TV in my room did not work. The swimming pool is very nice but unfortunately there is no gym available. You can rent a motorbike there for 300 baht per day (quite expensive) but unfortunately the staff there is not easy to reach when you wanna return the bike. You can park the bike at the nearby Central shopping mall which is quite complicated because the parking space is very narrow. All in all I would recommend the hotel!

I don’t often write reviews, but always use them to make choices when looking to stay here. I booked this hotel to stay at for my son’s 10th birthday in January 2024. The room I booked was no refundable, but having read reviews I was happy to take the risk. 2 hours before we were due to travel there we received an email to say that their pool was closed due to unplanned renovations. Let’s be honest, this is the hotels only real selling point and the whole reason I booked it in the first place. Disappointed, we had no choice but to travel to the hotel to discuss things with their team in person. Arriving at the hotel it was a mess, almost looked derelict. Whoever took their hotel photos needs a pay rise, put it that way. It was clear that the work wasn’t unplanned, and in fact had been going on for some time. Letting guests know on the day they travel is obviously a ploy to prevent confrontation. We were told that we had the use of a pool at their sister hotel, 15 minutes away by shuttle. This runs every 2/3 hours. Not the fairy tail birthday I had in mind for my son if I’m honest. To compound things, the hotel refused to refund me my money and I had to pay again to stay at a hotel that was able to provide the facilities it promised. Looking back at the hotel, there were clear signs. They haven’t had a positive review since 2021, that tells its own story. If you are thinking of staying here, please don’t. You will end up disappointed as we were

Amazing service and room. There is a ”surprise of the day” which you can order to the room once a day which is very nice. In addition there is a cocktail bar in the room and gin, vodka and whiskey for you to make your own cocktails which is very cool. The breakfast has a huge variety and very high quality. In addition you can order some special courses from the menu.

Lain-lain: - Jika anda ingin menyewa kereta untuk mengembara di sekitar Koh Samui. Hubungi kaunter pelancongan di hadapan, mudah. - Hotel memerlukan deposit sebanyak 1,500 baht, yang boleh dibayar secara tunai atau dengan kad kredit. The Mercure Samui, is hands down one of the most spectacularly positioned hotels on the beautiful Chaweng beach. At just one year old it is also the most beautifully landscaped and furnished of the many hotels we have been so lucky to stay during our travels. The team who maintain and care for the hotel and clearly understand the importance of guest services is outstanding. From the wonderful management of Nat and Nina, to their beautiful staff of whom there are too many to mention and the amazing reception team of, Sira, Bella, B and Daris, there was nothing that they didn’t do to make our stay as perfect as possible. We wish we could name them all. Everyone was wonderful! We had planned a seven day stop over here on Koh Samui as we came to the end of two months travelling in Europe. We chose the Mercure and Koh Samui on a whim as hopefully a restful place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for more! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast each morning was a buffet with a chef station for selecting items that could be made on request. The restaurant team at meal times and at breakfast was cognisant of my wife’s gluten intolerance and catered for her with excellent alternatives. They were brilliant! We had not considered a return to Koh Samui before our arrival but all that has now changed. We will indeed return to the Mercure for the pure joy this wonderful hotel provided us during our stay. The beach is one of the cleanest and calmest of the beaches we have visited in Asia. Travel too and from the Samui Central mall or down to Lamai is inexpensive and extremely well serviced by small buses that pass by the hotel at least every five minutes and cost just 100 THB. The rooms are beautifully furnished as you would expect from such a new hotel. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. A fabulous shower! We stayed in pool access room, 2005. It was a real treat to be able to walk into the beautifully clean and well appointed pool whenever we felt the need for a refresh. Access to the pool and the beach was easy from all rooms with plenty of shady deck chairs available. The three bars, on the beach, in the pool, on the rooftop of the restaurant, offered happy hour times that varied between venues. As you can see from this review, we loved the Mercure on Koh Samui. We are already planning a return visit!

Fantastic place for family vacation. Calm and tranquility define Hyatt regency log Samui topped with a staff who are professional yet courteous and friendly. Must visit if you are staying with kids as they have friendly pool, kids play area and the highlight is Camp Hyatt! They offer so much more than just a hotel room for stay, definitely recommending it to my friends. Cheers V

We stayed in a King Pool View room which was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Amaya Restaurant was excellent. There were many options for breakfast and the meals were great. Prego Italian Restaurant was exceptional, both in terms of food and service. Couldn't fault any of the Amari staff. Fantastic service and friendly smiles from everyone including Management, Reception, Restaurant staff, Spa staff, Road Crossing staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping. Special mentions go to the lovely hosts Wee and Keng who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and helped us with anything we needed to know. Also Noung who we nicknamed ”the hardest working man in Thailand”. He never stopped as he worked tirelessly in Amaya Restaurant and around the hotel grounds. The resort was a little away from the hustle and bustle but an easy walk into the centre of town. Would recommend Amari to anybody thinking of staying at Chaweng and look forward to returning there in the future.

This is my favorite hotel ever Holiday Inn Samui. Perfectly Breakfast, Fully furnished room, Big swimming pool, Kids playground, Kids Club and etc.I have to mention this; we met ‘Khun Nim’ at the great breakfast restaurant and she took our family to the Kid club… After 3 days our child almost sleep there. They’ve got 3 or 4 staffs am not sure to take care of your children and also break time to clean the room, toys and etc. For parents are perfect cause you can leave them there, some information paper to sign, just don’t worry they’ve lots of activities for your children; playing, listening, watching, painting, drawing and climbing. We need more time here.
