設施：都很新，房間也大，很棒。歡迎水果，晚上的草莓巧克力送的大氣且好吃😋 衞生：很乾凈，打掃衞生的人態度都很好，我們最後走的時候那天，已經離開房間去前台退房了。打掃衞生的小夥子發現我女兒掉了條手鍊在房間，他非常着急，追下來還給我們。拾金不昧很優秀，點大大的贊。 環境：都很漂亮 服務：沒得説，每個人都很好。前台辦理入住女孩態度很好，講解也很細緻。有問必答很耐心。

Kami mempunyai perjalanan yang bagus di Atlantis diraja.. mereka melayan kami seperti diraja .. ia berbaloi untuk ke sana dan menempah pemandangan palma kelab diraja Waaaaw pemandangan yang sangat menakjubkan dengan bilik perkhidmatan yang menakjubkan,, Sarapan paginya sangat besar dan banyak makanan di sana sekitar 12 jenis restoran Juga untuk waktu minum teh dan waktu diraja saya tidak dapat menjelaskan makanan dan minuman di sana.. Apa yang boleh saya katakan ia hanya pergi ke sana dan anda akan merasakan bahawa berbaloi untuk membelanjakan wang anda di sana untuk keselesaan anda Bilik katil bilik air semua cantik.. Came back to same Staybridge suites after a cruise and got upgraded for one night stay before flying off. It’s a beautiful hotel, view on high levels are very good and metro is just downstairs. Convenience stores are on left and right of apartment. Many eateries and pharmacies along the whole stretch of road. Staff are courteous and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating, making my stay truly enjoyable. From the reception team to those assisting with the elevators, everyone was incredibly helpful. I also had a delightful conversation with the Filipino staff, which added a personal touch to my visit. The breakfast offered was not as extensive as anticipated, but it was still enjoyable and of good quality! And the handcrafted coffee, it was a real treat compared to the usual machine-dispensed options—100/10! While it took a little time for the water to warm up in the bathrooms, the room itself was fantastic—definitely a 10/10. Balconies are locked by default for safety, but you can ask the hotel to make it available for you. Only 4-5 mins walk from Jumeirah Beach Residence 1 tram station. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family! Gym, pool, and sauna are available.

The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

The hotel is beautiful and stylish, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. • The pool shower was broken, leaking water everywhere and there was no hot water at all  • The glasses in the room were not clean, which is unacceptable for a 5-star hotel  • And the worst part of my stay: Why do I, as a hotel guest, have to get my valet ticket stamped just to receive my own car? I had to wait in a long line with other guests just for a stamp! Because of this unnecessary process, I was late to my appointment. Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. A beautiful hotel should be matched with professional service and smooth procedures.

3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
