Hotel berhampiran Jambatan Sheikh Zayed, Abu Dhabi

"All good as usual it’s in between the centre and the airport so I’d say good position. Breakfast is quite good also I strongly recommend"

"*Review: Average Stay with Major Service Gaps* The hotel itself is decent—clean rooms and functional amenities—but nothing that stands out. What’s shocking is the price swing: rates jump up to *460% higher* during peak season, making it feel overpriced for what you get. Customer service is a weak point. I sent a request via email and never received a response—not even a courtesy acknowledgment. That lack of communication leaves a poor impression. On the plus side, the location is convenient. It’s near a grocery store, coffee shop, and convenience store, so daily needs are easy to meet. Taxis are also readily available, making transport hassle-free. *Verdict:* Good location and basic comfort, but inconsistent pricing and poor responsiveness make it hard to recommend for repeat stays. Rating: *3/5*"

"I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, which made resting after a long day easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay, always polite and quick to assist when needed. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. Overall, it’s a great choice for both short and longer stays. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to others."

"The club lounge female staff is very friendly and heartwarming. She provided me such a big plate of sandwiches and sweets. On the other hand, the staff for breakfast in Ginger should be more motivated and considerate. Location is a big disadvantage. If you want to go to the mosque by taxi, you have to pay 20AED even though it is so near coz of detour. The cleaning is quite thorough, which is a big plus."

"Lovely central location. Viva and Carrefour supermarket just a few minutes walk if you need some snacks. Burger king opposite. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Check-in took less than 5min. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is good but can be very good with some minor changes. Many places to eat. I had their coffee and lava cake...mmmmmmm yummy. Room service menu a bit limited and very basic. Nothing extra.lovely pool area with a South African managed restaurant on the rooftop. I enjoyed my stay. See you soon Millennium"

"Nice and well located resort . We spend only two nights, price wise after all very convenient. Nice the fact , that have some restaurant and shops very close including a mall. Rooms are proper apartments, at least our one , very spacious and with all basic comforts."

"It was our first time on that fairmont hotel Everything was amazing.the staff the foods The rooms The pool and everything Hope to visit thier again soon.."

"Although we arrived late at night, the staff gave us a warm welcome and were kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable—one of the best I’ve ever slept in. I had a wonderful night’s sleep. Breakfast was outstanding with an impressive variety of choices. There were Western dishes, Indian cuisine, Chinese food, freshly baked pizza, waffles, pancakes, and much more. It would be a real shame to skip breakfast at this hotel. The only small downside was that some of the fruit was not fully ripe, but everything else exceeded my expectations. The staff provided excellent service from start to finish. I would happily stay at this hotel again, whether for a visit to Abu Dhabi or even just during a transit stop. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay."

"3nights booking Fri-Mon, every morning got a call if I am checking out and staff not respecting do not distirb sign. TV shutting down or Netflix freezing 5-6 times during 3 day visit and it took two calls and 45 mins for Technician to come and fix it the first time, other 4-5 times I just switched TV off/on and service came back. Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli. Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived... Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day. Nice large bed, good view, good food. Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation. Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭"
