Hotel berhampiran Masjid Besar Sheikh Zayed, Abu Dhabi

Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Conrad- stayed for two nights in Feb as part of our wonderful UAE holiday. I originally booked a king studio with sea view via a trip.com ”partner” deal. Worried that it might be a scam I tried to contact the hotel directly and through trip messages. It took several emails to the hotel, and over a week, for the hotel to confirm it was a real booking. I asked for a high floor if possible. On arrival we were upgraded to a huge two bedroom, two full bathroom apartment on the 10th floor of the 62(?) floor east residences bldg. Check in was reasonably quick. There are three separate buildings with the tallest having 74 floors. It can be challenging navigating to your room as the lift buttons have odd names and wait times for the slow lifts can be long. We also had to transfer lifts to reach our floor. The beautiful, east facing corner apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and very quiet. It had excellent electric blockout curtains and sound proof double glazing. My only negatives with the apartment were the faulty Bose sound system in the lounge room, the low water pressure in the apartment and the really bright sensor activated ”night” lights that come on when you enter the bathrooms in the dead of night. We we also surprised that the toilet seats were not soft-close. We loved the huge international buffet breakfasts but they can be really noisy and busy. Having Billy, the Harris Hawke, and his friendly handler on patrol to keep sparrows from stealing unattended food on the restaurant balcony was very special. Free access to the observation deck was a nice bonus. We would easily stay again.

Hotel yang sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasi adalah muktamad. Kemudahannya bagus. Kebersihan bilik adalah sempurna. Apa sahaja yang anda boleh fikirkan tersedia atas permintaan. Sarapan pagi adalah menakjubkan: kepelbagaian dan rasa yang menakjubkan. Penyambut tetamu Muneer sangat menarik dan bersemangat. Dia membantu kami pada bila-bila masa dengan semua keinginan kami dan dengan penuh semangat memenuhi permintaan kami. Dia melakukan kerja yang cemerlang, dan sudah pasti kami kagum. Satu-satunya kelemahan yang perlu disebutkan ialah kebasahan di dalam bilik kami. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangan datang dengan penyelesaian, yang kami sangat berterima kasih.

Hotel bersih yang bagus dengan kakitangan yang ramah, mudah untuk pergi ke pantai dan pusat membeli-belah. Tempat makan tempatan memang hebat.

Ia adalah benar-benar sangat baik. Kakitangan sangat baik dan memenuhi permintaan istimewa saya. Ia terletak dalam jarak berjalan kaki ke Istana Emirates. Mereka mempunyai kemudahan yang hebat

Kira-kira 30 minit dari lapangan terbang Abu Dhabi, Copthorne Downton terletak dengan sempurna untuk semua keperluan anda. Pusat beli-belah, Ferrari World, Yas marina semuanya berjarak 19 minit perjalanan dengan kereta. Bilik itu luas dan sangat bersahaja. Wanita di kaunter penerimaan tetamu adalah kekuatan sebenar, menangani tidak kira betapa besar masalah dengan kelajuan dan kecekapan. Concierge sangat membantu dan sopan. Semua kakitangan tidak sabar-sabar untuk menjadikan penginapan saya seselesa mungkin Saya pasti akan kembali kerana saya berasa benar-benar dialu-alukan.

Great location. Vey accessible via Public transport with nearby bus stop. Deluxe Rooms relatively small but good enough for a family of 3 (2 adults & 1 child). Fast check in & out. Offered early check in. Overall cleanlines is 8/10..pool and spa is an added attraction. Worth the price.

I had a wonderful stay at the Grand Villaggio Hotel in Abu Dhabi. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all modern amenities. Staff members are very polite, professional, and always ready to assist. The housekeeping team does an excellent job keeping everything tidy. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast spread was fresh and had a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to stay—highly recommended for both short and long visits.

The room is small but i like it the hotel's location is excellent. The service is very good. I stayed only one day ... the staff are helpful and kind
