I had a wonderful experience at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and the service was excellent. A very special thank you to Ms. Asma from the Reservations Department for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail. She arranged the most beautiful birthday setup for me and made my celebration feel truly special. She also kindly upgraded my room, which was such a lovely surprise. Her warm attitude and outstanding service made my birthday stay even more memorable. I truly appreciate everything she did for me. Really spacious room, lots of closet space, and huge bathroom. Amenities wise, it was really upsetting that the adult-only pool was too full so we got rejected and had to use the family pool. And next to the family pool, there was a really loud construction happening so it wasn't a relaxing time by the pool.

Our family had a pleasant three-night stay at VOGO Abu Dhabi Golf Resort & Spa from 29 December to 1 January, enjoying the comfortable facilities and beautiful golf course surroundings. Overall, it was a positive experience with a few areas that could be improved. The hotel provides valet parking, which is very convenient, especially when traveling with children and luggage. Most staff we encountered were polite and helpful, although service quality can feel inconsistent at times. One minor disappointment was the check-in experience: the receptionist shook her body in a dismissive way while speaking to us, which did not match the professional standards expected of a five-star hotel. Our room was spacious and generally clean, with the highlight being the lovely golf club view from the window, which made our stay feel relaxing and resort-like. Cleanliness was acceptable, with housekeeping keeping the room in reasonable condition, though not outstanding compared with some other luxury properties. On the first day, the pump of the shower gel dispenser was not working, which was inconvenient after a long day.After we left a note for the hotel on the second morning, the issue was fixed promptly, and the dispenser worked properly for the rest of the stay, showing that the team is responsive once informed. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options including Middle Eastern and international fusion dishes that suited both adults and children. A special thanks to Ms. Getrude at the restaurant: she was very caring toward our child, spoke to her warmly, and even remembered our daughter’s name on the second day, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. Overall, this resort offers a relaxing golf-view environment, convenient valet parking, and a good breakfast selection, making it a comfortable choice for families. With some refinement in front-desk attitude and more attention to small in-room maintenance issues, it has the potential to deliver a consistently five-star experience.

Lokasi Hotel sangat baik, dekat dengan banyak tempat dan cornice Hotel ini juga menawarkan tempat letak kenderaan percuma dengan Perkhidmatan Valet. Saya cadangkan tinggal di hotel yang indah ini terutamanya jika anda sedang bercuti singkat. Kakitangannya ramah dan tersenyum melihat wajah anda Semoga daftar masuk lebih cepat, saya sepatutnya menerima bilik pada pukul 2 petang, saya mendapatnya pada pukul 2:45 Penerimaan hotel menaik taraf bilik saya secara percuma apabila saya meminta mereka untuk katil double bukan 2 katil single yang merupakan bilik yang sangat baik. Pasti saya akan datang lagi ke Hotel ini

Hotel yang sangat mengalu-alukan. Lokasi adalah muktamad. Kemudahannya bagus. Kebersihan bilik adalah sempurna. Apa sahaja yang anda boleh fikirkan tersedia atas permintaan. Sarapan pagi adalah menakjubkan: kepelbagaian dan rasa yang menakjubkan. Penyambut tetamu Muneer sangat menarik dan bersemangat. Dia membantu kami pada bila-bila masa dengan semua keinginan kami dan dengan penuh semangat memenuhi permintaan kami. Dia melakukan kerja yang cemerlang, dan sudah pasti kami kagum. Satu-satunya kelemahan yang perlu disebutkan ialah kebasahan di dalam bilik kami. Walau bagaimanapun, kakitangan datang dengan penyelesaian, yang kami sangat berterima kasih.

Semua kakitangan tidak sabar-sabar untuk menjadikan penginapan saya seselesa mungkin Saya pasti akan kembali kerana saya berasa benar-benar dialu-alukan.

They were so helpful askingif we need something, daily cleaning is very good. Only the pool is smaller than I thought and not always taking the dress code into consideration which was a bit annoying.

We booked this hotel knowing we wouldn't spend a lot of time in it and it would be a place to sleep. We found the things we wanted to see in Abu Dhabi were pretty spread out but this was central enough to it all. The hotel is located about 30 minutes from Zayed International Airport and Yas Island and about 15 minutes away from the Saadiyat Cultural District with all its museums and the Galleria area. There are some dining options and smaller stores nearby but it is a short drive away from some better options. We booked a room with a king bed and had a good stay in it. The room was small but considering the price we felt it was well appointed with a mini fridge, coffee/tea station, small TV and a closet. The pillows were pretty comfy and we felt we had a good night's rest when we stayed. We booked a non smoking room and so did our cousin but it seems that despite what our booking website showed the smoking is allowed in many of the rooms. They did spray our room with a deodorizer before we got in and we felt it helped. There are enough plugs throughout the rooms and there was enough lighting even though it only came from the table side lamps. The area is very active and late into the night and my wife found it a bit noisy, had issues sleeping and needed to use ear plugs but I found it was quiet enough and had no issues falling asleep each night. We didn't need AC during our stay in February because our room was the right temperature for us but there was a thermostat on the wall. The bathroom had lots of room and a good sized bath tub. The shower felt great and offered good pressure and plenty of steam. They had shower gel, shampoo and body lotion that are restocked each day. The ventilation could have been a bit stronger because the condensation from our steamy showers left the floor damp. Thankfully there is daily housekeeping to help with this issue. There aren't any amenities at this hotel other than a small business centre. There are some restaurants nearby to grab a quick bite but we had to drive a bit to go to places we wanted to try. The parking nearby is all paid but is free between 11:00pm-8:00am and we were lucky our first night getting a spot right in front of the hotel with Unais' help but the second night we had to park about a block away. Parking costs 2 AED per hour but there are special rates for longer stays like 24 hours. We felt this hotel was convenient for our stay in Abu Dhabi because we didn't want to spend a lot on a place we wouldn't spend much time in. This met our needs perfectly.
