PPengguna Tetamu對於花了將20,000多塊錢來説，我覺得這次體驗可以説是非常的差。酒店本身和所有的高級度假酒店沒有什麼區別，海灘上的服務確實是很貼心，但是接待處的服務可以説是很糟糕。第一天接待我們的女士非常匆忙講的東西我和我的朋友都沒有聽懂。應該外語水平的問題，因為我們都是在國外讀書長大的。今天對賬想要一個賬單，發郵件加上Whatsapp花了一整天到現在都還沒給我。中途我的朋友丟了一雙鞋，雖然找回來了，但找回來的時候鞋子裏面多了一雙襪子。感覺像是被人試穿過。錯過了退房的點中被移出來了，雖然這個也算是我們自找的，但是當時其實才12:00出頭，因為我們那個房間下午有住客要入住，所以把我們移到了另外一個房間，因此charge了我們一半的房價。房間還是很漂亮。硬件問題不大。

Kerana terdapat terlalu ramai orang! Anda boleh masuk dan keluar dari restoran seberapa banyak yang anda mahu untuk sarapan pagi. Apabila kami pergi ke sana pada pukul 6 pagi, terdapat sangat sedikit orang, jadi rasanya baik apabila kami berjalan-jalan dan pergi lagi pada pukul 11 pagi, beratur panjang. Dengan cara ini kami dapat menjimatkan wang untuk makan tengah hari 🤩 Terutamanya kerana kami tidak melihat mana-mana restoran semasa kami meninggalkan hotel. Hotel ini mempunyai bas ulang-alik percuma ke Dubai Mall Kami pergi ke sana pada sebelah petang, tetapi apabila kami kembali untuk menaiki bas 8:30 malam, saya terkejut melihat bahawa terdapat begitu ramai orang di tempat anda turun. Sebab kereta hotel kena naik turun kat Gate 2, mesti semua orang ambil perhatian⚠️

EEvvvvvvI recently stayed at the Sheraton Dubai Creek Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is fantastic, providing easy access to various attractions and the stunning creek views. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. From fresh fruits to delicious pastries and hot dishes, there was something for everyone. RRBouL’emplacement de l’hôtel est vraiment incroyable. La station de métro est juste devant à 3min à pied ainsi la station des taxis. Le studio est spacieux même pour deux personnes pour une longue période même. Le service de ménage est très bien, il nettoie tout les jours. L’eau, le café, sucre, thé et du lait offert par l’hôtel. La partie kitchenette est très spacieuse et bien équipée pour préparer des plats. Le frigo est très bien fonctionnel et grand aussi pour mettre de la nourriture. Le personnel est vraiment très bien et bienveillant. Le petit déjeuner correct

HHaitham AlqamI had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the lobby. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed — comfortable bed, strong Wi-Fi, and a beautiful view. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly every day. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — a wide variety of fresh options, both local and international, served in a relaxing and stylish atmosphere. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet environment, which made for a restful night’s sleep. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a great experience. I will definitely return!

EEva G.After a disappointing stay earlier this week at another 4-star hotel in Tecom, I decided to try Novotel Al Barsha for the weekend, mainly because Swiss Butter Steakhouse is inside the hotel. My friend Hannah and I checked in with a mix of curiosity and hope for a better experience. The hotel does seem busy, which contradicts what some other guests have said. To their credit, we were given our room right away at check-in. I had booked a Superior Twin Room and specifically requested a higher floor for a better view. I also accepted a smoking room, understanding the compromise, but the overwhelming smell of smoke in the hallway left me wondering: shouldn’t a 4-star hotel manage this better? Upon entrance, to our surprise, we found a joined single bed instead of twins. We called reception, hoping to move rooms, but they offered to just separate the beds. Regret hit when we saw how small the single beds were! Honestly, if you’re tall or on the bigger side, this setup will not be comfortable—especially if you’re staying with friends or family. To add, the bed’s mattress clearly needed flipping, as there was an obvious slope that made it uncomfortable to sleep on. Adding to the unfortunate, despite being on the 25th floor, there was no view to speak of—something we were really looking forward to. It felt like a missed opportunity, especially given the hotel’s location and our specific request for a high floor. The bathroom was another letdown. The tissue holder was almost broken, the materials inside looked cheap, and the toilet bowl was not properly cleaned, with visible brown markings—pretty gross for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, the bathtub was at least clean, so that was something. On the bright side, the highlight of this hotel is definitely their spa and pool. We were given discount vouchers for Soul and Senses Spa, and my masseuse, Shatria, did a great job. The pool is a decent size and clean, while the sauna and steam room were perfect. The health club overall is the ace of this place. For breakfast, I agree with other reviews—it’s decent. The restaurant was packed in the morning, but the vibe was good. However, they don’t escort guests to tables; you just find a seat yourself, which is fine but felt a bit unpolished. One odd thing I noticed: while housekeeping did try their best to fulfill our requests—like providing coffee capsules and water—there was no creamer for the coffee and tea. Even 3-star hotels provide that, so it was a first for me (maybe it was just the standard). Despite these minimal disappointments, I still try to see the positive side of this hotel and did my best to take decent photos that you may see for reference. Overall, it seems like this hotel mainly caters to group tourists, which makes me wonder if they’re sacrificing quality for quantity. I hope they work on improving their services, including room quality, views, and attention to detail, so they can leave a better impression of Dubai for future guests.
