Hotel berhampiran Stesen Devoto, Buenos Aires

Fierro Hotel is a true gem! The location is good but we took a taxi nearly everywhere. There are lots of eateries all around this neighborhood though. The people at the desk exceed themselves in giving the best service they can. We arrived mid-morning, and we only had to wait a few minutes before our 2 rooms were ready. We waited in their dining room where they served us their amazing breakfast that comes with the room. We ate many of our meals here because the food is amazing, chef-prepared. The wines recommended by their in-house sommelier are delicious. The rooms are big with a fridge stocked with champagne if desired. Also a separate wine fridge stocked with several wines. The desk folks have great suggestions for things to do as well as calling a taxi, English-speaking if desired. We asked about a dinner show with tango. It did not disappoint! They made our reservations, we were picked up and taken to the venue and it was great! We needed a late checkout and they allowed us to stay til 2 pm. I can't guarantee that on busier days the same accommodations to time in and out can be given. But we can leave our luggage safely if needed, even use of the facilities of pool, dining and sauna were offered after checkout. I can't say enough positive things about this hotel. The only negative thing was having to leave!

在布宜住了這家公寓式，自主入住和退房，很棒，如果晚上5點後到需要提前加what up辦理網上check in 有鍋碗瓢盆，微波爐，電磁爐，炒菜鏟子湯勺，冰箱，很齊全，出了酒店左拐路右側有個小超市，有康師傅24人民幣一桶，我從國內帶的羊肉湯煮了麪超好吃。 樓下是咖啡店，入口不顯眼問了本地人才確認，咖啡店甜品不錯，截圖是AEP機場打車過來，一人3行李的價格，機場門口taxi有志願者給你核算價格，可以拍照，給司機看，我司機要22000，我給他看了截圖，最後還是按照17000的截圖價格。 最重要的是攜程價格全網最低！！！還是人民幣計價

It was a pleasant stay in the city center. The hotel is new and the room was clean. I didn’t like the fact that they don’t have any complimentary water and tea/coffee. Also there’s no kettle in the room to boil water so I can have my coffee in the morning. Other than that all was good. The staff was nice and friendly.

Really good experience. Beautiful apartment, modern, luminous, clean (except one drawer where we found basura). Extremely good value for money imo. Loved the location. Cannot understand the negative reviews about the service, in our case everything was super smooth, and the guys very helpful, available and flexible. Top. Will come back.

the room is very tired very old, design is not great, its only for the picture and the actual unit is not well maintained, especially the lighting of the room is very blue its not even cozy, need to chnage all the 5000k light bulbs to 2700k

I liked the location a lot - the center of the center, 5 min to Florida, many places were reached by us on foot. Good service, 24/7 reception, mobile app for room and building keys, whatsapp with reception on all the matters. The apartment is very good, we asked for upper floor and city view from the 35th floor was amazing! Good swimming pool, and i would prefer it heated, but sauna helped a lot. I would only dream of dishwasher just not to waste time on this exercise by myself. Anyway, for sure i recommend this apartment.

A localização do hotel perfeita, organização na chegada um pouco confusa, mas foi resolvido. Porém, o banheiro não havia tampa para saída de água da banheira, pedimos e ninguém resolveu. Ar condicionado de difícil regulagem. Muito frio. O café da manhã excelente. Ainda assim, indico.

Отель в целом понравился, но есть нюансы. Номер большой, просторный, с хорошим ощущением пространства, но всё довольно старое — мебель, интерьер, общее состояние. Видно, что отель не обновлялся уже давно. Главный плюс — это сотрудники на ресепшене: очень внимательные, доброжелательные, быстрое заселение, без проблем можно оставить багаж до и после проживания. Отдельно хочется отметить вид из окна — он просто потрясающий. Прямо на Обелиск Буэнос-Айреса и Avenida 9 de Julio. До обелиска буквально 3 минуты пешком. Вечером особенно красиво: огни, поток машин, всё светится — можно снимать атмосферные видео прямо из окна. В итоге: если для вас важны комфорт и современный интерьер — отель может не подойти. Но если хочется классной локации, вида и нормального сервиса — вполне хороший вариант.

I was initially worried after reading some negative reviews, especially since I had a late check-in around 10pm. However, my experience turned out to be completely different. I contacted the staff via WhatsApp, and they were very responsive and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and completely hassle-free, which was a huge relief after a long day of travel. Considering the price and location in the city, I think it’s definitely worth it. The accommodation itself has a very creative and unique design, which adds to the overall experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would highly recommend it 👍
