Pros:
• Quiet room; good heating/AC
• Spacious, clean bathroom with bathtub
• Generally very clean
• Staff reachable via in-room phone
• Environmentally minded — no in-room fridge (items can be stored at reception)
• Multiple tram/bus/train options nearby; quick access to the old town
• Close to the Belvedere
Cons:
• Minor toilet-area cleanliness issue on one day
• No self-service laundry; cleaning service is expensive
• Central Station signage can be confusing (more a city issue than the hotel)

Tthe solo traveler 3unbeatable location in terms of airport transit accessibility. there is a train station right across the road, and it connects directly (no stops) to the airport via express train(CAT). also, the major vienna tourist spots are all very near(walking distance) or easy to go because, again, the train station is so close.
the breakfast buffet had a good selection of food and were pretty tasty. the room felt clean enough upon arrival, although i did find a previous guest’s wifi info card under the bed. you can drink from the tap. the water tasted good enough.

GGcatApartment is very near to Hauptbanhof with 2 supermarkets and eateries around it. Transport is easily accessible and very convenient. Had been staying for the 4th time and love the calmness around it. Service staff were very friendly. Washing machine and dryer with a fee at the basement makes it more convenient as we stayed for 10 days.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is easy to get to from the airport and city centre via public transport. Nothing too fancy in this neighbourhood but it felt safe. There's a supermarket next door for your daily supply. The breakfast buffet was good. The room was clean and spacious with all necessary amenities. Overall good value for a few days city break.

QQueenzy Chia We had a pleasant stay at this apartment and found several aspects worth highlighting.
The location is a major advantage, as it is conveniently situated near to train station, making it very easy to get around. The unit was clean and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable. I also appreciated the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process—it was smart, quick, and hassle-free.
Another great feature is the availability of full kitchen utensils, which is very useful for longer stays, although it would be even better if a kettle were provided. Additionally, guests can access hot water at the lobby area, which is a convenient alternative.
Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to stay, especially for travelers who value accessibility and a well-equipped space.

PPengguna TetamuI like the place very much. It is clean, near to train station, near to city. We can cook in the room and the price is reasonable It is easy to self-check in. The only problem is the elevator is not working so we need to use the stairs with heavy luggage. Overall, I recommend this place and will stay again next time.

Apto pequeno cama um pouco desconfortável, mas banheiro com ótimo chuveiro em pressão e temperatura.
Tivemos um pqno incômodo na chegada pois o apto que tinha sido colocado a nós estava cheirando a cigarro mesmo sendo proibido. O rapaz da limpeza ia limpar novamente mas perguntamos se poderia trocar, eles trocaram na hora por um quarto um pouco menor mas nós atendia melhor.
O novo quarto a cozinha não funcionava, uma boca não estava funcionando e a outra o botão inclusive estava quebrado.
Mas como já tínhamos mudado é só vimos tarde da noite isso não quisemos solicitar novamente a eles. Wifi não tem.
Equipe atende muito bem e rápido.
