Hotel berhampiran Katedral St. Stephen, Vienna

Highly enjoyed my entire 6-day stay at the Trend Hotel! The front desk (and the housekeeping too) was friendly and welcoming – they were willing to accommodate our request for two single beds, and even let us check in 3 hours early at 12pm! The room was very spacious and clean with sufficient lighting, and I love that there was a fridge. Would be great if the power outlets were located more closely to the bedside for more convenient phone-charging at night (we could only locate 2 outlets by the work desk). The hotel is conveniently located within a 3-min walking distance to several public transit options, including Rennweg railway station (taking you to the airport, city center) and Tram 71 (taking you to the city center). Loved that we could easily access different food options in the area (Austrian restaurants, kebab stands), supermarkets (Lidl), as well as the Belvedere palace. I will definitely stay here again!

Apartment is very near to Hauptbanhof with 2 supermarkets and eateries around it. Transport is easily accessible and very convenient. Had been staying for the 4th time and love the calmness around it. Service staff were very friendly. Washing machine and dryer with a fee at the basement makes it more convenient as we stayed for 10 days.

Located about a minute's walk north of canal. Front desk was polite and efficient. Twin room was spacious. Breakfast buffet spread was more than adequate and attended by careful staff. Overall, a pleasant stay.

For spending there just 1 night after long trip from Shanghai, it was perfect place for staying. The room was okay but breakfast excellent. All staff in the hotel was supportive and delivering very good service. And I recommend to enjoy view from 6th floor rooftop 😊👍

Mudah, berhampiran stesen kereta api utama, berhampiran pasar raya.

betul-betul bertentangan dengan Wien hbf, kakitangan di kaunter penerimaan tetamu sangat membantu, dengan air dan kopi untuk mendapatkan secara percuma

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Wien. DIe Atmosphere und das Personal sind perfekt. Besonders würde ich diese sehr nette und freundliche Angestellte erwähenen: Frau Viktoria Herr Fabian Herr Alexej Herr Leon Herr Tobi. Euch herzlichen Dank und nächstes Mal wieder bei Euch! Good design concept, with very well located apart next to the metro and trams, also with walking distance to HBF. Superclean! Good staff for cooking. The big inconvenience has been that there is only one auto check-in machine and it didn't work at 14:00 when everyone was there to try to allocate. The on-line check-in works but doesn't provides any QR thoufh their text claims so (all the ten persons there had the same situation). And the rooms were finally available at 14:20, only then the machine started to delivee keys. I will be back and hope this swlf-service peoblem no longwr exists.

Apartamento bem localizado, algumas linhas passam a 5 minutos a pé. Estacionamento pago próximo usando o PAYUCA. Apto pequeno cama um pouco desconfortável, mas banheiro com ótimo chuveiro em pressão e temperatura. Tivemos um pqno incômodo na chegada pois o apto que tinha sido colocado a nós estava cheirando a cigarro mesmo sendo proibido. O rapaz da limpeza ia limpar novamente mas perguntamos se poderia trocar, eles trocaram na hora por um quarto um pouco menor mas nós atendia melhor. O novo quarto a cozinha não funcionava, uma boca não estava funcionando e a outra o botão inclusive estava quebrado. Mas como já tínhamos mudado é só vimos tarde da noite isso não quisemos solicitar novamente a eles. Wifi não tem. Equipe atende muito bem e rápido.
