"Check-in: Slow and took quite a long time. Hotel: The property looks quite run-down, from the lobby to the corridors. However, the bathroom appears to have been recently renovated, and the bedroom was clean and well-maintained. Location: Excellent location. It’s close to Chinatown, QV, and the CBD, with plenty of food options and amenities within walking distance."

"The location of the hotel is perfect - a stone away from shops, eateries and tram stops. Bed was comfy, staff were friendly and gave complimentary early check-in. There was a small gym and laundry room ($8 per cycle) at level 1. The cafe at the lobby level serves the best crossiants."

"Good location. It is about 5 min walk from Southern Cross Station and there shortly distances to varies attraction. Free Tram is just nearby and food is accessible nearby. Breakfast served is simple but great."

"Heater in room did not work. The room was cold all night. No xtra blankets in the room. Outside the window of the room was plant equipment that looked like heating/air con banks that hummed quite loudly all night. We couldn't sleep. We were only staying 1 night. Thank goodness. Would not stay at the Windsor again"

Semasa cuti Easter, semua kedai dan restoran tempatan tutup, tapi tak apa, kami kan menginap bersebelahan dengan Chinatown! Semua peniaga Cina yang rajin buka seperti biasa, sangat bersyukur, kalau tidak memang kebuluranlah kami! Kemudahan bilik pun sangat bagus, peralatan dapur lengkap, sangat berpuas hati."

"Really pretty hotel! Lobby was beautiful and so was the room. Location was great. Close to many attractions and tram was just a 4 minute walk away. lighting in the toilet was good. had both rain and handheld. Bed was really soft, though I'm not sure why I slept better without the pillow than with the pillow. would be nice if there were slippers :) sunrise and sunset from my room was very beautiful. but if you go close you can see that the windows are smudgy on the outside sound proofing...is not that good? I could hear housekeeping cleaning other rooms, curtains being pulled open and I could hear a whole man's conversation although it might just have been him speaking louder. To close the door from the outside, you kind of had to pull it shut so it was pretty loud. I had trouble setting up the ironing board and let a note for housekeeping to set it up and they left chocolates, cute!! Also I think I got upgraded to a deluxe because my room ended up on level 19 hehe thank you!"
