Hotel berhampiran Stesen Kereta Api Flagstaff, Melbourne

This is a very nice resort. The interior is very clean and large. Bed is comfortable and toilet is good with jacuzzi. You will see kangaroos and cockatoos outside the cottage in the morning and evening. My kids enjoy the stay very much. However you need to either cook your own meals or drive out to eat. The drive is about 15 mins.

The customer service was excellent. The location, the food, service, just to mention few. Everything was perfect 👌. Will recommend this hotel 100x to my friends and family. I'll be coming back for sure.

The hotel's location is really good. It's super convenient to get to the hotel from the terminal. The room size is good for unpack & repack your stuff for the trip. Since we didn't have breakfast included in the booking. There are 2 choices for the breakfast: 1. Hotel's breakfast for 35AUD/person 2. Deli cafe. We had a sandwich & muffin there. It's quick and easy to get ready in the morning.

My stay was excellent from the moment I arrived. The reception team was fantastic and allowed me an early check-in, which was a great start . The room itself was well designed — compact and efficient, yet it still had everything I needed. I slept well despite some occasional road and train noise, which was minimal and never disruptive. The only minor frustration in the bedroom was the low power outlets next to the bed; if the bed shifted slightly, they would bump into my charging devices. The bathroom had a few small issues. The basin tap was overly sensitive — even a light touch sent water gushing out with force and onto the floor. The chrome towel rails were too smooth, so towels kept slipping off, and the shower head sprayed at awkward angles. The hot water also made a loud groaning noise when turned on fully, so I had to use more cold water than usual to keep the temperature comfortable. One other small note: when I angled the air conditioning toward the bed, I noticed lint and dust particles falling from the shelves above. A quick clean would easily fix this. On the positive side, the elevators were spacious and fast, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my stay. Overall, these were all very minor issues that could be easily resolved. I found the room comfortable, well-priced, and the service excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location and an excellent place to stay. The hotel facilities are practically brand new, and both the reception staff and housekeeping team were friendly and professional throughout my stay. I stayed for more than a week and thoroughly enjoyed my time at this serviced apartment. The rooms were comfortable, well maintained, and had everything I needed. I would happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Lokasi memang strategik, betul-betul di depan pintu ada perhentian tram, dan kebanyakan tarikan pelancong boleh dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Semasa cuti Easter, semua kedai dan restoran tempatan tutup, tapi tak apa, kami kan menginap bersebelahan dengan Chinatown! Semua peniaga Cina yang rajin buka seperti biasa, sangat bersyukur, kalau tidak memang kebuluranlah kami! Kemudahan bilik pun sangat bagus, peralatan dapur lengkap, sangat berpuas hati.

The hotel is geared towards sustainability, which I love. There is a shared fridge, and pantry where you can store and reheat the food you buy outside. One downside though is that the water is only available at the pantry which means, you always need to go down to Level 2 to grab some water. The room was small but clean. Location-wise, it’s very ideal - there are many restaurants, cafes and convenience store nearby! It is near Victoria Market too!

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

Hotel ini mempunyai bangunan utama dan tambahan. Bangunan utama ialah bangunan jenis hotel, dan bangunan tambahan kelihatan seperti pangsapuri yang telah diubah suai. Lampiran yang saya tinggali pada masa ini sangat mudah kerana dapur dipenuhi dengan peralatan. Terdapat juga dua bilik tidur. Terutama memandangkan yen lemah, harga kelihatan tinggi untuk orang Jepun, tetapi saya dapat menjimatkan wang dengan memasak makanan saya sendiri di sini. Terdapat stesen trem percuma betul-betul di hadapan hotel, jadi lokasinya tidak menyusahkan. Sila datang dan tinggal di sini apabila anda datang ke Melbourne.
