PPengguna TetamuExcellent hotel but bad experience with the hotel management. Drilling and siren sound during Eid holiday really unprofessional and indicates lack of management planning. I hoped they can value their customers more often. In my two night stay I had the worst sleep ever.

PPengguna TetamuSuper friendly and helpful staff who can speak English very well. The room is clean and spacious. The middle eastern brunch (11am - 2pm) room service was quite a lot for 2 people. The beds are comfortable. The hotel is at a quiet and safe neighbourhood that is 15 mins walking distance from Bab Al Bahrain. Highly recommended to walk to avoid the heavy traffic jam on the main road. This hotel is also a short walk and 5 minutes away from the national museum and a convenient drive from Muharraq and airport. Highly recommended for those who want a quiet place to relax!

The room we stayed had old furniture but very clean and tidy plus lots of attention from room service team.
Will definitely stay here again.
Tooth brushes in the room would make our stay even more comfy but we brought ours so no probs.

PPengguna TetamuService was excellent. We arrived early and were able to check into our room right away. Rooms weren't overly fancy but all that was needed. Traffic noise was relatively significant so I recommend bringing ear plugs!

JJonngWe stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay here. Room is clean and cosy, bed is comfortable. The room comes with free wifi and a smart TV. Parking is also free within the hotel. They have a few selection for the breakfast and they can bring to your room if you don’t feel like going to the restaurant.
Service: The staffs at the restaurant are great, especially the manager. The receptionist is also friendly and check in was easy. But the bellboy at the reception needs to be more attentive. We checked into our room for more than 20 mins and the luggages were still not brought to our room. In the end, my wife needed to go down to ask them to bring up the luggages.
Overall, still an enjoyable stay here to explore Bahrain

EEssexshakeHotel is in a good location, walking distance to most sights and monuments, and the grand mosque isn’t too far. Room and bathroom were bot good, comfortable bed so slept well. Breakfast was very nice, varied and plenty of options, with indoor and outdoor seating areas. There is a gym and pool, but the pool was freezing and I suggest investing in some heaters for the pool so it’s accessible whenever people want. There are bars inside the hotel that serve drinks, saw a very unruly drunk guy staggering out and causing a scene. Staff are decent, forgot the names but the Asian guy at reception and the other at the front entrance, both super amazing people with great customer care and attention skills.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was big and clean. With the hot weather, it’s multiple carpark was great! It’s basic that provided in the room but they responded fast to our request whenever we needed. Two downsides were the aircon was noisy, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable. Overall its value for money.

LLCA23VI was warmly welcomed at the hotel, and the staff even helped me carry my luggage to my room, which was very much appreciated.
The room amenities were convenient, including electrical outlets compatible with plugs from around the world, so no adapter was needed.
The hotel’s location is perfect: just a 2–3 minute walk from a McDonald’s and a supermarket, right in the heart of Bahrain city in a vibrant neighborhood with a strong Indian community. Public transportation is also very convenient, with a bus stop less than 5 minutes away, offering direct and affordable routes to the airport.
