Hotel berhampiran Second Sun Staircase, Salvador

Muito bom hotel, limpo, moderno, boas piscinas, com vista da varanda muito bonita. Café da manhã muito bom!

Que experiência maravilhosa!! Que lugar incrível!!! Os funcionários me atenderam muito bem, foram muito simpáticos, educados, atenciosos, impressionada com o cuidado que eles têm com os hóspedes. A limpeza estava ótima, ctudo limpinho, cheiroso. E o ambiente é muito silencioso, parece que vc tá hospedada sozinha de tão sossegada que é. A comida é ótima tbm, e a localização é muito boa e de fácil acesso! Amei tudo! Recomendo demais!!

Sehr gutes Business Hotel. Absolut freundliches und entgegenkommendes Personal an der Rezeption, im Zimmerservice und auch bei Frühstück. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Eierspeisen und Tapioca werden frisch zubereitet. Zimmer sauber und angenehm. Unserem Wunsch nach extra Kopfkissen kam das Personal sofort nach. Gepflegter Garten mit maga Pool Wir kommen gerne wieder !!!

Un hôtel très bien placé sur la place, et des policiers la majeur partie de la journée et soirée. Un petit bémol pour le bruit à l’intérieur de l’hôtel avec le staff qui ne fait pas d’effort pour être discret lors du check in des nouveaux guests, a tout heure de la nuit … Le staff est tres serviable, et l’équipe de la réception parlent anglais Une mention spéciale pour le petit dej qui est très complet, et la possibilité d’être dans le noir complet dans la chambre pour se reposer

The place is great, the heart of the city. There is a pizza place in the same building which is super good, sometimes especially at the weekend when it is crowded there is a lot of noise in the building. The cleanness is very good. The kitchen is clean but can be improved because the are no shelves so everything is in the lower part and before kitchen there is tiolets for the restaurant which is better to make someshelves and bring the kitchen stuff from low level without any doors to higher part for cleaness. The view is perfect and its safe hostle.

This is a beautiful and grand hotel in Salvador. As well as having lovely spaces inside and out, the breakfast was also very good with plenty of variety to choose from. It is conveniently located very close to amenities such as parks and shops. It is also within easy walking distance of the historical centre of Salvador, Pelourinho (very impressive). Above all though, it was the hotel's staff that made the biggest impression on me. From the staff working at reception, in the restaurant, on the door and cleaning staff - we found them all to be very helpful and friendly. One staff member, Rafael, who works on reception, particularly stood out in my mind. He was the person who initially welcomed us into the hotel and was extremely helpful all the way throughout our stay. He went out of his way to help us, nothing was too much bother and it was all still done with a smile! I would highly recommend this hotel!

O hotel definitivamente precisa de uma boa reforma mas sei que já está planejada. Por enquanto os apartamentos não podem ser chamados ”de luxo” e os preços deveriam ser mais baixos. Móveis de baixa qualidade bastante estragados. Funcionários da recepção simpáticos e profissionais.

Pros: * spacious clean room * good breakfast opening at 6:30am sharp (doors are locked before then), with lactose-free milk and gluten-free options * okay pool area (no greenery though) Cons: * the A/C was weak, but after running it for one day the room was sufficiently cool (you do need a card in the slot during that day...) * no ”Do not disturb” sign to hang onto the doorknob * the desk in the room was small and very annoying for laptop work (round, glass) * the chairs in the room were not comfortable at all * out of all the staff, only one front desk person spoke English * no laundry facilities * no business room * old slow elevator * window didn't insulate from the street noise that well, but I used 33 dB NRR earplugs to block the noise that came through; there are also many rooms that don't face the street * the front gate didn't open automatically with my key; had to wait for staff to open it; other times it was left open

Tolle Strandlage. Gut geführtes Hotel. Allerdings muß man, bei einem Wunsch z. B. nach einem 2. Bettlaken, an der Rezeption zur Erledigung öfter mal ”erinnern” Sehr guter Frühstücksservice. Aufmerksames Personal. Ausreichen große Auswahl. Es wird laufend nachgefüllt. W-LAN Empfang aber von Zimmer zu Zimmer unterschiedlich. Es war diesmal nicht ausreichend sodass wir das Zimmer wechseln mußten.

L'hotel di per se non è male. Le camere sono spaziose e ha una posizione invidiabile. Ciò che invece lo penalizza è la mancanza totale di pulizia. Sono entrato nella camera e c'erano asciugamani sporchi. Inoltre ho aperto il frigo bar e preso una bottiglietta di acqua; Fortunatamente mi sono accorto che era già aperta.
