Hotel berhampiran Pantai Jurere, Florianopolis

The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

Que experiência maravilhosa, camas super aconchegantes, limpeza impecável, academia super completa, uma vista privilegiada, e o café da manhã espetacular nível de cafeteria renomada, um pãozinho artesanal delicioso e favo de mel inteiro fiquei encantada. Pedimos pizza à noite e não foi diferente uma experiência gastronômica marcante.

Único ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, passamos o final de semana e teve festa ao lado, o que não é problema algum, mas o que incomodou foi que não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho, portas e janelas não isolam o som que vem de fora! O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

Hotel de fácil acesso, bem localizado, recepção muito atenciosa, atendimento excelente, quartos super limpos, café incrível, o bar nem se fala, várias opções de bebidas e drinks , vale a pena

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

Es lindo hotel, un poco desorganizado. Se cortó la, luz y yo estaba en el piso 13 por tanto tuve que subir andando. Es algo que puede pasar pero uno no se lo espera. El desayuno correcto. El personal amable. En la habitación perdía la ducha y mojaba justo el piso donde está el inodoro. En el baño no funcionaba la luz. En la ducha no había shampoo. Solo jabón. Y para alguien que está de paso sería genial que al menos haya shampoo para no tener que comprar por 2 días de estadía.

One of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
