PPengguna Tetamu酒店的年代比較老，有翻新。住宿環境中規中矩，本地人有不少選擇這個酒店入住。離步行街近，附近安全，可以逛街購物。酒店的早餐和午餐晚餐都不錯。

JJOSIEL FOGGIATTOÚnico ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, passamos o final de semana e teve festa ao lado, o que não é problema algum, mas o que incomodou foi que não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho, portas e janelas não isolam o som que vem de fora!
O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante.

PPengguna TetamuNice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

PPengguna TetamuGreat communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi.
The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

PPengguna TetamuMeu quarto não tinha toalhas adequadas e em número inferior ao necessário. Meu quarto foi invadido por um estranho às 2hs da manhã, o invasor, ao ser flagrado, disse que lhe haviam dado a chave errada, o que duvido, pois é tudo eletronico, a comunicação com a portaria para denunciar o fato não existiu, pois ninguém atendeu a ligação. Entrei em contato com o serviço 24hs, depois de 6 minutos de espera, a ligação foi cortada. Numa segunda tentativa, a ligação caiu num outro hotel da rede que nada pode dizer. Pela manhã, na recepção do Cecontur, não permitiram que eu falasse com o gerente, apenas disseram que foi um engano. Vou registrar ocorrência policial e tomar as providências cabíveis.

PPengguna TetamuOne of our favorite spots of all time. The hotel is run so well, so clean, all the people who serve will go the extra mile for the comfort of their guests. We feel like Kings in the Majesty hotel in Florianopolis... so much is convenient from the restaurant with exceptional food in the hotel to others all-round the block, to the huge shopping mall and all the event of Florianopolis... this is like a 5-Star New York City Hotel on steroids, bigger, better, cleaner, nicer... its amazing and the place to be... we return to the Majesty often as it is in our hearts... VIVA Majesty!!

LLainapI cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

PPengguna TetamuI learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.
