The stay was fine—nothing to write home about. But let’s be clear: this is five-star in theory only. Charging guests for coffee in the morning? Bold move. Nothing says “luxury experience” like being nickel-and-dimed for a cup of instant caffeine. Honestly, I’ve stayed at roadside motels with more generous hospitality. Maybe next time they’ll start charging for tap water too—just to keep the five-star illusion alive.

O Mar Hotel faz jus ao preço que cobra. Sem dúvidas é uma das melhores acomodações que você vai encontrar no Recife. Acredito que também tenha o melhor café da manhã e os melhores serviços. Para quem está chegando ou saindo do aeroporto, ele também é bem rápido de chegar e sair. O único ponto negativo que vejo foi an internet, que poderia ser um pouco mais rápida e com melhor sinal.

Hôtel bien situé mais en 4 nuits à aucun moment les draps ont été changés. Les serviettes ont été changées tout les jours la chambre refait tout les jours mais les draps non pas été changés. Il y avait un tache sur le drap que je retrouvais chaque soir quand je me couchais. Un certains manquement aux niveau de certains personnel du petit déjeuner

Só fiquei 01 noite por conta de conexão. Bem localizado para o que eu precisava (próximo ao aeroporto), não tive tempo de tomar café, quarto pequeno e simples. Bom atendimento. Para a minha necessidade, tudo certo.

The location is good. We could.walk to the beach of Boa Viagem, but we are also on walking distance of a large shopping center a lot of restaurants. Most impressive is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with all kinds of personal issues.

What you'd expect from a 4 star hotel: friendly professional staff, clean room, nice linens and towels, comfortable bed. The WiFi was good as was the breakfast. The gym, though small, had good equipment.

Schönes modernes Gebäude mit modernen, kleinen Zimmern. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist selbst leise aber draußen befinden sich alle Generatoren und es ist ein sehr lautes Brummen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Bett ist super allerdings rutscht das Bettlaken immer ab, weil es nur lose drauf liegt. Der Strand ist direkt gegenüber. Das ist super! Der Pool ist sehr klein und ist zu vernachlässigen. Das Frühstückst sehr gut und vielseitig. Nettes Personal! Für Lärm unempfindliche ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. i

Hotel is right at the opposite of Recife airport. However the footbridge connecting to the airport does not have an exit near the hotel - the only exit is metro station, which the path to hotel from there is quite quiet. Fortunately, hotel can arrange a taxi to the airport for R12.5. Room and breakfast are good.

I stayed here for the rest of the night after my 3am flight arrival in REC, almost as close as an airport hotel but much nicer! 24h check-in, very nice breakfast buffet 6-10 am (included in room rate), and a wonderful sea view (sun rise!) were perfect. Room, bathroom were very good value for money.

O local é bem localizado, próximo à praia e em uma região boa, o que foi um ponto positivo. O preço também foi justo pela localização e pelo bairro. O café da manhã é razoável e há uma academia Smart Fit bem perto, o que ajuda bastante. Porém, tive alguns problemas durante a estadia. Precisei trocar de quarto durante a noite porque o ar-condicionado estava vazando água dentro do quarto, aparentando falta de manutenção. No novo quarto, a descarga não funcionava corretamente. Além disso, o Wi-Fi deixou a desejar — dos 5 dias que fiquei, consegui usar bem apenas em 1. Outro ponto negativo é a troca de toalhas, que acontece apenas a cada 2 dias. No geral, a experiência foi mediana: tem bons pontos pela localização e custo-benefício, mas precisa melhorar na manutenção e nos serviços básicos.
