"位於里約最漂亮的科帕卡納海邊最北端頭，酒店相對較新，入住客人較多，我們住的房間部分看海，因為離海灘近，空氣景色都不錯，樓下有一家高檔餐廳，一落坐就會問你來自哪國，並插上這國的國旗，每人430元巴西幣（約人民幣560元），酒水另付，可以自己先去餐枱自選，服務員再不間斷地上海鮮魚蝦牛排烤肉等，還會講這幾個簡單的漢語"

"Take a deposit of £58 upon arrival. Rooftop bar never gave you change they would sometimes make you sign a receipt other times wouldn't so upon check out claimed we never paid one bar bill which we paid every time. They later took £60 from my account for 2 beers I'd already paid for. I emailed several times they choose to ignore. They even ignored trip.com. untrustworthy robbing people do not go. They removed table and chairs from 7.30pm new years eve forcing people to stand til after the fireworks. There was just no need for this as there was ample room. The bar manger was rude and aggressive to us. So unhelpful. There is no kettle huge no no in such an expensive hotel"

"It’s my first experience staying at the hostel in Rio, and it’s been great so far. Very nice and clean place, friendly and helpful staff. Good location, easy to walk to the closest bus stop. Has a great rooftop lounge area and lots of places to sit down and work with your laptop."

"Good hotel, nice location, amazing view with a really nice roof bar and pool. The breakfast has a great variety of pastries, sweets, cakes, and drinks options. The staff were very friendly, especially Ana in the reception, very attentive and helpful. I would recommend it."

"The room lacked basic amenities — no duvet or blanket, broken toilet, no hot water, and a phone that didn’t work. The WiFi and TV barely functioned, the ceiling was under construction, and the room had no view with a window that opened only a sliver. The door also locked itself and the key card stopped working. The hotel was overcrowded — there was no space to enjoy the pool, and breakfast was a letdown with no vegan options at all. Add to that loud construction noise for long periods and this stay felt more stressful than relaxing. Definitely not worth the price or the stars."

"Firstly, deluxe room wasn’t deluxe at all. Same as the standard room in all it entirety. They blankets were old and didn’t have a casing. The towel if you hold them up to the light you could see through them. The room had mold. It was an horrible stay. Also had to pay for them to keep your bags ( I was only surprised by this- not really a complaint). This wasn’t a four star stay , more like a two stars ⭐️ ⭐️"

"Fácil localização. No início de Copacabana, assim, vindo centro, não passará pelo trânsito infernal do bairro. Chuveiro demora pra esquentar, o desperdício de água é enorme. Torneiras pingando."

"Local bem localizado e com um ótimo atendimento. Deixou a desejar pelas acomodações. No meu quarto tinha muito barulho por causa dos condicionadores dos ar condicionado dos outros quartos aos lados. (Não entendi muito bem a logística da janela), o interfone para falar com a recepção não estava funcionando, e em certo momento tomando um banho rápido o banheiro alagou o quarto todo. O hotel também não permite fumar nos quartos, mas não tem área de fumantes após as 22hrs. Tirando esses detalhes, foi uma estadia tranquila e em um local bem localizado e seguro."
