CCindyTsangThe location is slightly off downtown; if you have a car, it's not a problem. Street parking is fine; you can pay $19 for a night. The flat is huge for two people. The facilities are in good condition. There are two Dyson fans, one in the living room and another in the bedroom. We were here in the summer, but the temperature at night was around 12-14. It's good not to have AC in the room, and the room still feels cool enough with the balcony door and the bottom windows opened in the bedroom and the living room, even without turning on the fans. There are washing machines with a drying function in the room, which are free to use, but you must bring your detergents or buy them at the front desk. I liked the living environment and the fresh air here. As it's off the main road, I enjoyed the silent evening without traffic noise.

PPengguna TetamuThe location was lovely and the staff were very professional and friendly the lobby was nicely appointed and the restaurant was amazing. I was put in a room on one of the lower floors that seemed a bit older and looked out into a garden or some kind. The room I was given was directly opposite the elevator, and the noise was incredible from the hall and from the laundry facility above. The bed was comfortable, if a little too firm for my taste, but clean. If I were to stay again I would request a different room for sure.
The elevators were also mostly out of service resulting in long waits to get anywhere. I gave up and took the stairs twice. It would also be nice if there was a drinks machine with the ice as I would have loved something besides coffee or tea.

JJanineLBWe visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous.
However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly.
Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

MMichael AlanHotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc walkable to main shops and restaurants.
Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc. room comfort was ok but furniture dated.
Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.
Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed.
Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .
Otherwise a good hotel and location.

PPengguna TetamuThe service staff was very friendly, which I appreciated. But there are a lot of homeless people nearby, which is disturbing. The room has no ventilation, seems to have not been cleaned, and the facilities are also very poor. Since I booked the hotel at the last minute and the price was not high, I accepted it. The hotel has two locks, but the odd tenant is a little unsettling. Thank you very much to the receptionist for changing me to a more suitable room! If I were given a choice again, I would not choose this hotel. I still appreciate every service member's help. Breakfast is a simple buffet with hard-boiled eggs, toast and juice. Dinner was simple rice with sauce on top. There are many supermarkets nearby. You can choose to go shopping on your own, but be sure to avoid the hordes of homeless people.

PPengguna TetamuMy friend and I were very impressed with the Arbutus Inn. It was a very clean hotel and was newly renovated. The renovations were very tasteful and our room was very nice. You could also tell that there were new beds. They were very comfortable and had a good design. I was especially impressed that there no ”smoke” smell in the rooms or in the hotel lobby. All in all it was a very good experience.

PPengguna TetamuThe room was spacious and the service was great! The hotel is in a great location for venturing downtown by foot. We parked in their underground parking while we were there. Even when we checked out, we were allowed to keep our car in the lot until 4pm (but confirm with the front desk just incase).

MMichellephenomenal experience at this amazing hotel. All the staff were so sweet and amazing. The indian front desk consoled us in the middle of the night at 4am when we thought the hotel was ******* (it wasn’t’t it’s just us). The hotel offered free gummy bears in the lobby, and when we asked for more, they gave us a whole bag!!! (1 kg, selling for 13 bucks on amazon) The gummies are also such good quality they melt right in my mouth when you put them in. The amenities are so chic and high quality i could eat a child. (my friend typed this idk what she meant) The kitchen equipment is also quite well. The staff also helped us scared a ghost away, we slept like a baby the second night after bathing in the tub. no ac was a bunmer tho.🤞🤞😩😩
