Friendly stuffs and nice room. View is also very good and have wonderful stay experience.

本房型房間寬敞整潔乾淨，出門就是湖邊，天氣好的話對面的雪山湖泊美不勝收，距離奧委會很近。美中不足：1、衞生間與淋浴間隔着一個卧室，洗澡過程中要上衞生間就很尷尬。2、地板過於老舊，起碼要打磨上油才算體面。總之，瑕不掩瑜，是會再次選擇的酒店。

Excellent location just 500m or 05 min walk from Lausanne station. Bedroom was cosy and comfortable. We are pleased as the lady at the front desk kindly allow us an early check in.

Das Hotel befindet sich direkt am Genfer See und unweit der Metro-Station Ouchy-Olympique. Die Zimmer sind recht groß und die Betten sehr bequem. Des Weiteren hatten die Zimmer eine Klimaanlage sowie einen kleinen Balkon. Für den Zeitraum des Aufenthaltes gab es vom Hotel noch eine Fahrkarte für den ÖPNV (Bus, Bahn, Metro,..)

Lausanne transport card was sent by mail before departure, so I was able to use bus from the station. Otherwise it would have taken 15 minutes on foot upward, in Lausanne you have to walk up and down always. The Beaulieu theatre I visited was in the walking distance. The room was simple but clean. The reception staff is very kind. It is more than enough for one night stay. I would stay again for my next trip.

Well located near the Lausanne gare, but be careful: it is up the hill, so you’ll likely need to carry your luggage on the walking street. The room is big and comfy, the breakfast has quite many options.

毫無疑問，這是洛桑最好的酒店。無論是從位置，設施，餐飲，服務，以及酒店內的商店。都是很好的。你看視頻就可以了。 瑞士的酒店管理水平是很好的，但是僅限於高端酒店，比如這家。他的服務全部是皇家式，主打一個你能想到的有，你沒想到的也有。世人都説洛桑酒店差，那是因為你沒住過這家。 你可以在房間裏面俯瞰日內瓦湖，也可以坐在餐廳邊看風景邊喝一杯下午茶，你更可以在酒店內的商店買到奢侈品以及精美的配飾。 這家酒店的餐廳也很不錯，味道超級好，特別愛T骨牛排。

This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!

J'apprécie la carte de transport de Lausanne offerte a mon arrivée avec 2 chocolats. La localisation est parfaite à 3 minutes a pied de la gare de Lausanne, mais on y accède par des escaliers peu pratiques quand on a des valises.. J ai demandé un grand lit mais ma chambre initiale était en ”sous sol” J'ai changé de chambre, mais c'était une twin au rdc (etage 3). Chambre grande et propre. Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte ni d'aménités autres que des mouchoirs, 2 savons et du gel douche Bon rapport qualité prix pour un 4 étoiles situé aux environs de la gare.

Located north of the train station, easily accesible with quite some uphill, but manageable with luggage. The room was squeaky clean and the staff was friendly. The decor is as you see in the photos.
