Hotel berhampiran Jalan Lama Che Chen, Nantou

As with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

Very comfortable small private capsule, just enough to put luggage and still not feel too crammed. Everywhere are clean, including the bathroom. Customer service was great, very informative on the activities around the area (with diacounted prices). Location very close to the shopping area with food and the pier :)

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Sun Moon Lake! It is right next to the Ita Thao old street with great food, the scenic walk along the lake, and the Cable car ropeway station. The hotel is super clean and luxurious. The room is spacious and bright with private hot spring tub. You wake up to see sun moon lake at the window. The breakfast is amazing too. It also offers free shuttle bus from the hotel to Taichung high speed train station (1 hour). Anyone with kids and big families, this is definitely the go-to hotel. Highly recommended!

This is our first time staying in a high class hotel. It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty! The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint. The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice, The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes. We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds. The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable. If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again. The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet. All make for an unforgettable stay.

The hotel is same as picture show on website. Super clean and beautiful lake view right at the hotel room balcony ! Hotel will charge for additional headcount at TWD1,000 be it you want extra bed or not. The room rate inclusive of buffet breakfast which is decent selections.  Highly recommend this hotel to anyone going to SML !

Tempatnya bagus, air panas berfungsi dengan baik, dan sarapan pun boleh tahan. Secara keseluruhan, tempat ini memang bagus, dengan air panas yang memuaskan dan sarapan yang memadai. Amat berpuas hati dengan lokasi, air panas yang sangat baik, dan pilihan sarapan yang lumayan.

The hotel is ok but the room is big. The restaurant in the hotel is a must try. My daughter LOVEs every dishes she ordered. She said, this is the best food she had in Taiwan, so we had two dinners at the hotel. The location of the hotel is not great! We couldn’t get into the local buses to go to Xitou nor to Taichung because the buses were full from the original starting point. However, the hotel offers fare shuttle service to and from Xitou but not Shanlinxi. The front desk lady drove us to Xitou, she was GREAT and very accommodating, she took us to Xitou bus station outside of the normal schedule hours so we can catch the bus back to Taichung. We would come back again with our car to get to different areas in Xitou again.

Lokasi hotel adalah mudah, dan terdapat makanan berdekatan yang boleh anda beli dan makan pada waktu malam. Empat orang tinggal di dua bilik. Bilik mandi dalam satu bilik tidak berfungsi dan terdapat sabun yang ditinggalkan oleh kumpulan tetamu sebelumnya! Labah-labah 🕷️badan tertinggal di sinki~😅 Kesan penebat bunyi tidak bagus, tidak disyorkan untuk tidur ringan~ Hotel ini dilengkapi dengan sarapan pagi! Sarapan adalah masakan rumah. Mereka yang suka akan menyukainya.

Excellent service with free upgrade for a bigger room! Hot spring within the room is the best. A lot of indoor activities to play (KTV, table tennis, Nintendo, PS5) and also outdoor onsen! Breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot variety. We had a good 2 days stays here. Highly recommended!

The hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal. The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental. I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury. Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh. The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme. The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor. The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
