PPengguna TetamuAs with the other reviews, the service here is amazing. You have the option to have your breakfast delivered to your room. During check-in, the staff will personally bring you to your room. If you arrived early or plan to leave sun moon lake much later after check out, you can leave your bags or luggage to the staff to keep. Staff here also offers tickets to the ferry, bicycle rental, cable car and other services available. The only con is that there is no lakeview, but everything else is very accessible. Bus station, Ferry station, 7-11 and restaurants are just a few minutes walk from the hotel. As for the room itself, the toilet is equipped with bidet. There's also some snacks and teabags for you. Electric mosquito repellent is also available if there's a need to, but I did not encounter any bugs in the room. Room is also modernly designed and most importantly, clean and bugs-free! Bed is of soft and comfortable type. I nearly dozed off while lying on bed. Wifi's strong as well. Would highly recommend to others who plans to visit sun moon lake. This hotel has almost everything you need, convenience, amazing service, and good food.

PPengguna TetamuGreat location, super close to everything in Ita Thai. Rooms are SO SPACIOUS! I’m 5’4 and I could almost stand up in the pod. There’s even room for your bags next to the bed and the whole pod locks so you don’t have to spay for a separate locker.
Staff are friendly. Everything is clean, especially the bathroom/shower room. There’s a kitchen area on ground floor and a rooftop. It wasn’t a sociable hostel really, but I wasn’t there for that so it was perfect.

AArtLLocation is super convenient, barely 50m from the 7-eleven and SML's Nantou Bus Ticketing counter where Nantou Bus 6670 from Taichung drop passengers. The ground floor of the B&B is a elegantly decorated tea-shop and had a pleasant whiff of red-dates chinese tea, very welcoming on a hot day. Our room was nicely renovated, very cosy and clean, well laid out, with Taiwan cable channels and Youtube smart TV box. It has modern toilet fittings and very refreshing lightly scented shampoo and body wash in dispensers. The lady at the counter (小芸) was absolutely helpful. She sold us discounted ferry tickets compared to buying from the counters at the pier, explained activities to do and places to visit and boat/bus routes around SML when we arrived and gave us a WhatsApp to contact her for any queries. She also advised us to visit Itashao to taste the street foods for lunch and recommend places for dinner through WhatsApp after returning to Shiushe without pushing us to visit the restaurants nor buy tea from the shop. Truly warm ********* hospitality and the best part of staying in this B&B.

It certainly felt luxurious, wonderful rooms and excellent service. The attentivness of the staff was fantastic and the buffet in the Crimson Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was fantastic many many options all of which were high quality, fresh and tasty!
The gym for a luxurious hotel was a let down, incredibly basic, but that is my only complaint.
The onson baths were magnificent, the naked hot spring onson on site was nice,
The views from every room as far as I cab tell are amazing the lake is and landscape is breathtaking and the hotel is cleverly designed to maximise this and the viewing of the landscapes.
We stayed in a japanese based room with tatami floors and futon beds.
The lake view rooms are significantly nicer and upon reflection I wish I had booked that one, but the japanese rooms was still a great experience and very comfortable.
If we were to return to sunmoon we would gladly stay here again.
The real highlights are the staff, the landscape/views and the buffet.
All make for an unforgettable stay.

CChang Yoke LengThe hotel is situated within 3 minutes walk from Ita Thao Ferry Pier. We stayed 2 nights at the high floor lake view room and enjoyed the fantastic and serene view from our balcony. The room is spacious, clean and have comfortable beds. The night market and shops are just downstairs with plenty to eat and shop.
If you enjoy calm, peace and relax stay, you should stay in this nice hotel.

GGuest UserKekurangan lif adalah satu kejutan, tetapi bilik itu indah. Makanan ringan dan minuman percuma adalah sentuhan yang bagus, dan agak lazat. Sarapan pagi sangat baik. Pemandangan dari bilik itu sungguh memukau.

GGi.P.Excellent service with free upgrade for a bigger room! Hot spring within the room is the best. A lot of indoor activities to play (KTV, table tennis, Nintendo, PS5) and also outdoor onsen! Breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot variety. We had a good 2 days stays here. Highly recommended!

PPengguna Tanpa NamaNice lake view from the lobby. Room and breakfast are ok, considered clean but a little run down. Hotel provides free bicycles for use, and the hotel is located along the most beautiful trail along sun moon lake which you can walk or cycle around (e bike is preferred as there’s plenty of upslope). Hotel also has a game room (including switch, ps4, arcade basketball and air hockey, pool and table tennis) for free play which my kids enjoyed. Nearby there’s no eateries, which is a little inconvenient. Overall good stay!

Room booked was all lake view double suite, quite disappointed with the space, but the lake view is still great (no balcony)
Towel and other stuffs are not provided for free, they got a price list for it, so its better to prepare small towel when visit. (hair dryer provided)
Services was great, very nice and kind to customers.
Breakfast provided, it was buffet form of local dishes (porridges and sides, with drinks as well)
Overall Rating 7.5/10, its a great place to stay, but might not visit again in a mean time.

PPengguna TetamuThe hotel is considerably cheaper than others in the area with similar-looking rooms and it is brilliantly-located right at the lakefront and only 2 minutes away from the bus terminal.
The staff is very friendly and you even get a discount voucher for the nearby bike rental.
I booked a room without a window and got one with two windows which is absolutely appreciated. I even had a very large bathroom with a gorgeous and huge bathtub which was an unexpected luxury.
Overall the room is clean and comfortable. The AC works perfectly, the bed is comfortable enough for a few days, and the the linen and towels were fresh.
The interior is dated which didn't bother me me much because it was still as clean as dated interior can get and therefore definitely clean enough for me and for most travellers. I actually kinda liked the old charme.
The walls are thin, though it doesn't matter so much because there aren't many rooms per floor.
The breakfast was surprisingly nice and located in another hotel right at the lakefront so that you have stunning views!
