Location is good. Walkable to 三坊七巷. Maybe 15 mins.
Tips: once you exit at D3 of Metro Line 1 don't walk straight as directed by Amap (else you will end up at the small road with heavy traffic and bumpy road). Instead turn around you will soon find the name of the road for the hotel. Turn right at the main road. After you see 如家hotel a bit further you will see the entrance for a few hotels. One of them lead to this hotel... Eh...look at the floor to follow the direction.
Room is spacious. Proper bath towel given and small towel is disposable type. Shampoo and bath foam is fragrant if you like Jasmine.
Bottled water, toothbrush set etc are given daily... Impossible to use the toothpaste with the toothpaste cap though...

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent throughout, and the staff were very accommodating in granting a late check-out, which made the experience even more comfortable. I recently stayed at Home Inn Neo, located near Wuyi Square and the Nanmendou Metro Station in Fuzhou, and I was very pleased with my experience.
The hotel's location is excellent, being just a short walk from both Wuyi Square and the metro station. This made it incredibly convenient to explore the city and access various points of interest with ease. There are also plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, which added to the convenience.

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

MMichele Tan M WWe stayed here for 4 days and it exceeded our expectation. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. Pleasantly surprised by how clean the room was. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities, including the complimentary Wi-Fi and well-stocked minibar, were top-notch.
The location is perfect – close to major attractions but tucked away enough to provide a quiet retreat after a busy day. I also loved the on-site restaurant, which offered a delicious vegetarian breakfast with a wide variety of options.
The customer service was exceptional. The staffs, Ashley (Front Office Manager), Roy Huang(Guest Service Manager) and Eric (Guest Service Manager) went above and beyond to make my stay memorable, from offering personalized recommendations for local sights to accommodating special requests promptly.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough for anyone looking for a combination of luxury, convenience, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip!

AAiKaiTe_travelsPros: Very modern and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable bed with an excellent mattress. Room was spotlessly clean. Excellent shower with large rainfall shower head and shampoo etc provided. Tea, water, kettle and a small tea set provided. Excellent lighting, including different settings for working / reading / warm evening lighting etc. Plenty of space in the room for luggage and moving around comfortably. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Location not bad - just across the road from a mall with lots of restaurants, and a few minutes walk from bus stops or the metro.
Cons: I booked a non-smoking room, and although the room itself was fine there were still people smoking in the corridor directly outside my room. I felt quite uncomfortable as a woman travelling alone hearing men's voices directly outside my room late at night as they were chatting while smoking by the window (there was a cigarette bin just by the elevators / window, which essentially made the space outside my room the default smoking spot on my floor). I also saw some workers smoking in the hotel lobby. I mentioned this to the front desk staff and they didn't seem to understand the problem with people smoking inside the public areas of the hotel. I gave a low score for ”cleanliness” to reflect this smoking issue and second hand smoke health risk, rather than due to any cleanliness issues in terms of hygiene.
Additionally, my room was right next to the elevator, so I was woken several times each night by people using the elevator (which was very loud).
Finally, the room came with a ”smart toilet” but this was really not good at all! All it did was half open automatically every time I moved nearby (very annoying when I was using the sink to brush my teeth etc) or flush automatically while I was still sitting on it, and the bidet didn't seem to be working (perhaps the bidet function wasn't actually installed?).

LLIM KOK LIANGAs frequent leisure travellers from Australia, this was our second stay at this hotel during this trip, and we remain exceptionally pleased with our overall experience.
Location & Transportation:
The hotel's location is exceptionally convenient, offering easy access to a vast selection of excellent dining, from local noodle shops to hot pot and barbecue. A metro station providing affordable access to the city centre and beyond is conveniently located just 800 meters away (and is free for those over 65 regardless of nationality). For guests with mobility concerns, we highly recommend DiDi (online taxi service), which we found to be an equally affordable and highly convenient alternative for city travel.
Staff Service:
The hotel staff consistently demonstrated outstanding hospitality. The receptionists were exceptionally friendly and efficient, ensuring a seamless check-in and proactively providing airport transfer information before our arrival. This high level of service extended to the pleasant breakfast staff and the cleaning personnel, who offered warm and welcoming greetings each morning.
Laundry & Amenities:
The availability of complimentary and assisted laundry service was a major advantage. This amenity proved highly convenient and essential during our 16-day trip covering Fuzhou and the surrounding area of Pingtan.
Room Quality & Layout:
We were very satisfied with the room's upkeep. It was meticulously cleaned, and the bed sheets, towels, and linens (including pillows) were all immaculately maintained—a crucial factor in our selection criteria. Furthermore, the room's layout was highly practical and luggage-friendly, featuring a logical and efficient arrangement of amenities.
In conclusion, we are highly satisfied with our selection and would unreservedly return to this hotel on any future visit to the city.

This is truly one of the best 4* hotels in Fujian, not just in Fuzhou. This was our third stay, and we continue to be impressed.
🛏 Room Comfort & Cleanliness
The room was very spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. We stayed on the 5th floor, and our room had a balcony overlooking the garden of the breakfast restaurant, which was a lovely view. Despite the central location, the room was very quiet — we could not hear any street noise at all.
🤝 Service
The hotel staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. We especially appreciated that they allowed us to store our luggage securely for a week while we traveled to Wuyishan and Xiapu.
🧴 Amenities
Toiletries were well supplied and replenished adequately. Overall room facilities meet 4-star standards.
📍 Location & Connectivity
The location is excellent and extremely convenient:
1) McDonald’s and Yonghui Supermarket (永辉超市) are right beside the hotel.
2) Directly opposite is the large shopping mall 五四印象, offering numerous dining options (including a Japanese restaurant), optical shops, beauty and hair salons, and many fashion retail stores for both men and women.
3) It is only a 10-minute ride to Fuzhou Railway Station, making it very convenient to travel to other cities in Fujian and even neighboring Zhejiang.
💰 Value for Money
The room rates are very reasonable for the comfort, service, and convenience offered. Excellent value overall.
🙏Areas for Improvement
1) The breakfast buffet has a limited selection and could offer more variety.
2) The metal fence on the balcony is rusting and would benefit from repainting or replacement.
🌈Overall
A highly recommended 4-star hotel with excellent comfort, service, and strategic location. We will definitely return again.

PPengguna TetamuThe staff were extremely friendly and attentive, even before my arrival. They tried to contact me in advance, but as a foreign guest, I do not have a Chinese phone number. It would be more convenient if the hotel could ask for guests’ WeChat IDs through the Trip.com messenger instead. Upon arrival, the staff created a WeChat group and added me in, which turned out to be very helpful. Through the group, they assisted with all kinds of questions, such as recommended places to visit, how to rent an e-bike, and where to eat nearby. The responsiveness and service were excellent.
The room was awesome — very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, and the view was fantastic. I also really loved the projector screen in the room, which allowed me to watch WeTV shows and other content. It made relaxing in the room even more enjoyable.
The hotel provides e-bike rentals, which is a great feature. However, I was personally under-geared for the weather. It rained the day before, and the entire day was cloudy with temperatures around 11°C. The sea breeze was very strong and cold, especially when riding the e-bike with the wind blowing directly at you. Proper winter gear is definitely needed in such conditions. If the hotel could provide glove and jacket rentals, that would be an amazing improvement.
In the evening, the staff even brought a small gift to the room. The gift was thoughtful and practical, and I really liked it — it was a warm and welcoming gesture that made the stay feel extra special.
Breakfast was okay. Guests are seated on Level 2, and the meal is served to the table. As I come from a place where some Chinese do not consume beef, it would be great if there were options such as chicken or beef. That said, the beef noodles were actually very good. The Western-style breakfast, however, was quite average.
