CCaleb CreasonHotel is quite nice, staff was very friendly and room as clean and equipped nicely. Breakfast was expansive with a good selection for everyone. The location is within walking distance to many things. We took a nice walk to the science park area and visited one of the local temples. There is also a nice speakeasy bar within 10 min walk (kind of hidden past the starbucks up the hill). I would definitely recommend this hotel to business visitors or tourists as well.

PPengguna TetamuBilik bersih. Mereka mendapat mesin untuk melakukan daftar masuk dan daftar keluar sendiri. Ruang letak kereta disediakan di tingkat bawah tanah. Dari segi lokasi tidak terlalu jauh dari kawasan pusat jika anda memandu, tetapi perlu berjalan jauh. Sarapan pagi sedap. Mereka juga akan memberi anda baucar untuk menebus kek atau minuman. Disyorkan.

When we arrived, there’s no bellboy helping us or to greet us
One more thing is staff on duty at reception counter not even wearing formal uniforms, and look no energy to entertain us

- Room big, comfortable and with nice decor

- eco friendly (toilet amenities such as tooth brush, paste) only provided upon request
- indoor swimming pool
- sauna
Negatives
- location not the best (next to a lake but not near the city centre or other amenities. Only a convenience store at the outside of the hotel)
- sound insulation not perfect. Maybe just my room. Room facing the road, can hear the sound of traffic.

PPengguna Tetamu場所は新竹駅から徒歩10分以内と近く街の中心地までも徒歩で行けて何かと便利です。
朝食もビュッフェ形式で品数も豊富で味もどれも美味しかったです。
部屋も清潔でドライヤーや大きな冷蔵庫もあり水も2本ついています。
部屋によっては窓がない部屋もあるので今回チェックイン時にリクエストして空いていたので変更していただきました。大きめなバスタブもあるので助かります。
フロントスタッフもとても親切で質問に対して丁寧に対応して頂けるのですごく感じがいいです。
個人的におすすめします。

PPengguna TetamuBooked this hotel as my friend is also staying there, I was there only for a night and was given room 601.
Once I open the room door I noticed a weird sourish smell. Room is definitely dated.
The AC kept making weird noise, had to turn it to low and the noise level is more acceptable.
Other than that it appears to be clean.
As I was staying for only 1 night and my friend is staying more nights, after I checked out, I went over to his room to store my perishables in the fridge as my flight is at 8pm.
Once I stepped in, there was a strong sourish smell in the room which even the cleaning staff acknowledged that she smell it too. She sugggested opening the window to facilitate better air flow and if it still doesn’t work then maybe will use a air freshener.
And then, the metal key didn’t work when I try to open the room door. The same lady assisted me and told me to turn the key left before turning the door knob right. But when I came back to the room, the key doesn’t work no matter if I turned it left or right.
She took over and it opened, had to turn it left with more force 😬
Next, AC controller doesn’t work.
She came back again and when she press it worked but she also said it’s tougher to press the button, she will change the batteries. After changing the batteries it’s still very tough to press the button, so she changed the controller instead.
How eventful.
Won’t stay again if I can help it.
Positive note though, the room wall paper doesn’t have the weird black barbwire pattern shows on the pics of trip.com, sorry I forgot to take pics.
