這次入住漢庭酒店體驗極佳，全屋衞生做得十分到位，房間一塵不染，床品整潔乾爽，衞生間無異味。酒店隔音效果出色，環境十分安靜，夜裡聽不到嘈雜聲響，休息得特別踏實。前台人員熱情有禮貌，辦理入住高效快捷，有需求都能妥善解決。整體服務細緻周到，貼心暖心。房間設施完好，居住舒適度很高。到滕王閣等景點，打車費在15元左右，酒店門口晚上有小吃，夜宵很方便

Best hotel in the world.💥 Well, I haven't been to every hotel in the world, but I've stayed in many hotels in many countries, and this one is my absolute favorite. I can never recommend this hotel enough. Their service is better than I've seen anywhere and the staff is beyond friendly! We stayed here for three weeks a year ago, and they all still remember us! The laundry service is unheard of in any other place. You place your dirty clothes in a basket in front of your door, and LATEST the next day it's returned, your clothes clean and ironed. The restaurant is open all day, and you can either order food or eat for free small snacks (drinks, fruits, congee, biscuits....). At 10 pm there is the evening meal, where you get a big bowl of noodles (you can choose the noodles and the sauce). The buffet breakfast is very generous with a lot of choices. Every evening, someone passes by the room to hand out yogurts. The check-out is at 2 pm...! Has anyone seen that anywhere else?! When you come back to the hotel after a day out, the staff will greet you with a ”Welcome home.” Truly love this hotel!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t be more satisfied. What impressed me the most was the staff — every single person I interacted with was incredibly friendly, patient, and genuinely willing to help. They even assisted me with returning a parcel, which saved me a lot of trouble. No matter what I needed, they were always flexible and solution-oriented, thinking from the guest’s perspective instead of sticking rigidly to rules. Whenever I had a question or needed help, I could reach out to them and they would do their best to solve it — even late at night or in the early hours of the morning. That level of dedication is truly rare. The hotel is also very smart and modern. The in-room system can be controlled by Xiaodu, which made everything super convenient and added a nice tech-savvy touch to the stay. As a foreign guest, I really appreciated how foreigner-friendly the hotel is — the check-in process was smooth, professional, and hassle-free, which made me feel very welcomed. The location is another huge advantage. The hotel is in a prime area, with a subway station just across the street, making it extremely easy to get around the city. The railway station is also only about a 10-minute walk away, which is perfect for travelers. Everything felt accessible and convenient. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect — service, convenience, technology, and location. I felt well taken care of throughout my stay. The next time I come back to Nanchang, I will definitely choose to stay here again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

I booked this because it was close to thr west railway station and i had an early train. Took 14 minutes to walk as advertised. Not very handy if you were staying for a while and wanted to get around by subway though. Room was lovely and staff lovely too. Good value for the price.

Unfortunately, the hotel is like a building site outside. Lots of roadworks which are very noisy. There aren't proper pavements to be able to walk anywhere safely. The staff are very helpful. The room was comfortable, but the view was nothing to write home about. The name Garden Hotel is a little misleading too. There is a small patch of fake grass out the back of the hotel, with a few tables. Very disappointed by the Nanchang Garden Hotel.

Location: The location is not right smack central to all the popular tourist spots but it's close enough to get to 万寿宫 on foot (5 minutes). Also, it is close to the river and if you are lucky enough, you get a room with a fantastic river view! Cleanliness: The hotel I am not sure if it's new or what but it's very nicely maintained. The beds are good, the sheets are clean and everything is really superb. Service: Maybe it's just me (Singaporean) cause I am very impressed with their receptionist services like helping me out with payment, booking of car etc etc but all these according to my local friends, they say it's just the basic in service industries~ Facilities: Honestly, if you are here looking for a gym or a pool then sad to say, it's non-existence, even the breakfast I would recommend not to get it unless you are traveling with elderly and they need something to eat early in the morning then for that price point, it's still reasonable. Otherwise, go out hit the streets and there are tons of fantastic food options for you to choose from. Lastly, overall impression is superb and it's definitely super value for money. In fact for the price I paid I would say it far exceeded in value. Which is the reason why, I will always choose this hotel when I am back in Nanchang~ (I tried other hotels, to be honest, the rooms are not as great)

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below). I recently stayed at MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch), and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall quality, comfort, and convenience offered at such a reasonable price. First of all, the location is very convenient. The hotel is situated near Xiejiacun Metro Station, which makes it extremely easy to travel around the city. Within just a few stops, you can reach major landmarks such as Bayi Square, Tengwang Pavilion, and the Gan River. The Hengmao Dream Times shopping complex is also nearby, offering a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, and shops. This combination of metro access and entertainment options makes the hotel an excellent base for exploring Nanchang. The hotel itself feels new and well maintained. The lobby is welcoming and efficient, and check-in was smooth and straightforward. The staff members were friendly and professional, and although their English ability was limited, they tried their best to assist, and translation apps worked fine. I appreciated their polite attitude and willingness to help with directions and local advice. My room was clean, bright, and modern. The design is simple but stylish, with comfortable bedding and practical furniture. The bed was large and supportive, with fresh linens and soft pillows that made for a good night’s sleep. The room also had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a small desk area, which was helpful for doing some work during my stay. Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is essential for travelers who need to stay connected. The bathroom was also very good—compact but functional, with a nice shower, clean towels, and basic toiletries provided. Everything worked well, and hot water was consistent. Housekeeping did a good job in keeping the room tidy and replenishing supplies. One of the highlights for me was the quiet environment. Even though the hotel is in a lively district, the rooms are well-insulated, and I was able to rest comfortably without noise disturbances. This made a big difference after long days of exploring the city. If I had to mention a small drawback, it would be that the hotel does not have many luxury amenities like a gym, pool, or large restaurant. However, for the price and location, it offers exactly what most travelers need: a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay with reliable service. In summary, MY Hotel (Nanchang Hengmao Dream Times, Xiejiacun Metro Station Branch) offers excellent value for money. With its convenient metro access, clean and modern rooms, friendly staff, and peaceful atmosphere, it is a very good choice for visitors to Nanchang. I would happily recommend it to other travelers and would consider staying here again on my next trip.
