A loverly Coffee resturant next door..with a good selection of foods..pizza oven' fresh bakery on site.
Overall a good stay.

Great location: within 100 meters away from the metro station and the night market. The hotel room was very clean. I stayed 2 nights there. I had good quality of sleep because the room was quiet, and there were ocean/forest sounds feature set up on the bedside for better sleep.

Stayed here for a night during my transit. The hotel is located just right beside langxi subway. Langxi night market is also walking distance from the hotel. The room is spacious and clean. Even though there's construction nearby but wasn't too loud and didn't affect me much.

那天我到南寧見客户，不得已把五歲的女兒暫時留在美豪麗致酒店南寧琅西地鐵站店。臨走時女兒拽着我的衣角不撒手，小嘴癟着，眼淚在眼眶裡轉。我蹲下來保證很快就回來，她這才勉強鬆開手，低着頭不看我。
談事情比預想的久，我心急如焚，生怕女兒哭鬧。快九點我才趕回酒店，進門卻愣住了。
前台那個姑娘坐在地上，和我女兒面對面，兩人正在玩“拍手歌”。女兒笑得咯咯響，小辮子都歪了，臉上哪還有一點委屈。看見我進來，女兒興奮地喊：“媽媽你看，姐姐教我的！”然後拉着姐姐的手要再演示一遍。
那姑娘笑着站起來，跟我解釋説，我走後女兒在角落抹眼淚，她就拿了幾個大娃娃出來陪我女兒玩過家家。玩累了，她又教女兒玩拍手歌，小姑娘學得認真，拍錯了就笑成一團。
女兒拉着我的手説：“媽媽，姐姐説她會好多好多遊戲，明天還能來找姐姐玩嗎？”那姑娘蹲下來，跟女兒拉了個勾，説等你下次來，給你講好多好多童話故事。
我這才注意到，地上攤着一堆大娃娃，旁邊還有幾顆薄荷糖的糖紙，大概是她從兜裏掏出來哄孩子的。她的工牌歪了，頭髮也有點亂，可她看着女兒笑的時候，眼睛亮亮的，全是温柔。
走出酒店時，女兒趴在我肩膀上朝她揮手，她也站在門口揮手，一直揮到我們轉過街角。女兒小聲跟我説：“媽媽，那個菊花茶姐姐好好。”
是啊。一個素不相識的姑娘，用她的耐心和善良，把一個孩子獨自等待的焦灼，變成了滿滿一地的娃娃和笑聲。這份温暖，我會一直記得。謝謝你。

房間很寬，頭一晚次卧有滴滴滴的噪音，反饋前台讓一位阿姨上來證實的確有，天亮後經理及電工都過來檢查，後來又來了一位年老一點的，看過後他説上一層正對房間檢查後第二晚噪音就消失了。處理問題的態度還是可以的。房間有許多細節沒做到位：如次卧床頭居然沒有電燈的開關，晚上熄燈睡覺還得起床到門口關燈再摸黑回床鋪，這點的確欠缺人性化；再者浴巾放在淋浴房旁邊的浴缸上面的架子上，拿取十分不便。其實許多五星級酒店會把一塊浴巾搭在淋浴房的門把橫桿上方便取用，可以借鑒一下。早餐種類不多，中規中矩能吃飽，但離吃好當然有所距離。交通方面離地鐵口及琅西夜市還有南湖都挺近的。最推薦的是房間景色真的很棒。所以：瑕不掩瑜，下次應該還會選擇入住的。送的老友粉沒有體驗，可惜了。

前台和打掃衞生的保潔態度也很好
都是笑臉相迎 讓我對整個南寧的印象都加分了
唯一美中不足的是空調還是有點聲音所以睡覺時衹能把空調關了～還有就是離地鐵站要走個1km左右
但是比起住的這麼舒服這些都不算什麼啦

Check in was straightforward and we got our room at 11am. We enjoyed the free late evening porridge buffet as well as the laundry facilities. Check out was also straightforward and the hotel kept our luggage safe after we checked out. We often stay at Atour hotels for the high level of service provided and the competitive price.

IIvanOng96I recently had the pleasure of staying at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店), and it was an exceptional experience that I would gladly recommend to anyone seeking a comfortable, cozy, and welcoming stay. From the moment I walked in, I felt the warm hospitality and attention to detail that the hosts had put into this place.
First off, the location is superb. Situated on Minzu Avenue, this apartment is not only convenient but also offers easy access to many of the city’s main attractions and amenities. Whether you’re looking to explore local restaurants, hit up shopping districts, or simply enjoy a leisurely stroll around the area, you’ll find it all within close proximity. The convenience alone made my stay incredibly easy and stress-free.
Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by how clean and well-maintained everything was. The hosts clearly take pride in ensuring the space is spotless and inviting. The decor is modern yet warm, with touches of local flair that give it a unique charm. The furniture is both stylish and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night.
One of the highlights was the attention to detail in the amenities provided. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort.
The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that truly elevated my stay. I genuinely felt like they cared about my experience, which is a rare find these days.
The atmosphere in and around the property was also quite serene, despite its central location. Noise was never an issue, allowing for a peaceful and uninterrupted night’s sleep. Security is clearly a priority as well, with secure access points throughout the building, so I always felt safe and at ease during my stay.
Overall, my experience at 房东老于头公寓 (民族大道分店) exceeded all expectations. It provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and warmth, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting the area. TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

PPengguna TetamuOne of the best serviced apartments we have stayed in while travelling China. We had 4 people in the 3 bed room, it was very clean and comfortable for such a budget friendly stay! The view and location were absolutely fantastic, with night life and local cuisine highlights. Very close proximity to the metro, and right across the road from the river. The actual functionality of the apartment was stellar, with it being a smart home and a great projector (however if you want to use your own devices such as laptop for this will need a long hdmi cord). Honestly, our friends and I couldnt believe the value for money we got from this place, the literal only downside was the elevators took some time as one was out of service. 1000% recommend if looking to stay in such a beautiful part of Nanning!

PPengguna TetamuThis hotel needs an update. The triple/family room is actually a twin with an extra bed. As such this extra bed does not have conveniently located power points or USB ports that the other two beds have access to.
The elevators are placed on two ends of the A and B building, with the lobby being more closely and easily accessed via building A, whereas the building B access to the main lobby (and indeed anywhere, except the back carpark), requires going down stairs.
The property is advertised with a ”hello” icon as having experience with English speaking tourists, however, I found this to be inaccurate but the employees were patient and tolerated my half-assed Mandarin.
Dining options are all located in Fortune Tower located near the Building B elevators (requiring use of stairs). We opted to try the buffet breakfast. While there is variety, considering the quality of cooking, I find the price of the buffet high. The dim sum restaurant on the 4th floor is quite good, but may perhaps be deemed crude if you compare it to the finesse of some Hong Kong dim sum places. However, for the price/quality ratio, we found it quite good. At the time we visited, they offered a Zhuang tea free, but it was also offered at the buffet hall with even more topping options. There is also some sort of food court on level 2, but we didn't have time to check it out.
Even though it is near the hustle and bustle of big shopping malls, once you enter the vicinity of the hotel, the noise of the crowd melts away.
One is likely to turn right or go straight from the property to the shiny malls, but we found heading out to the street on the left via the back carpark was a bit more localised. Loads of mobile phone repair shops, a camping store, and eateries that cater more to locals.
A twenty minute walk takes you to the riverside. At 7pm, the lights on buildings and bridges come on. The park offers a pleasant wak, but not all the lights work and it can get quite dark.
The other streets eg 3 streets. 2 alleys, were too touristy for my liking. Did not even bother with Zhongshan.
The biggest plus is the property's location. I would only recommend Nanning Hotel for the convenience. If other factors are important to you, then you'd probably be better somewhere else.
As there was nothing remarkable about the room or the hotel, I attach a photo of the nearby river at sunset.

There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, and local markets in the surrounding area, which is incredibly convenient.
