SShuxianTCleanliness could be improved as there were stains in the bathing area. Hot spring tub is good and relaxing. Soundproofing isn't good as we can hear the room beside us using the water. Love the kids amenities especially the bathroom slipper. Room feels luxurious.

PPengguna TetamuIt was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! This hotel really checked all the boxes for a comfortable and family-friendly getaway.
The highlight for us was the tatami-style bed in the room. It’s low to the ground, which made it absolutely perfect for our toddler and 1-year-old. We didn’t have to worry about them rolling off the bed, and it even doubled as a safe, spacious play area during the day. The kids loved crawling and jumping around, and we parents could relax knowing they were safe.
The private hot spring in our room was the best part of the stay. After a long day of traveling and exploring, being able to soak in the hot spring was exactly what we needed. It was clean, spacious, and perfect for unwinding while the kids napped or played.
Orient Luxury Hotel in Jiaoxi is a fantastic choice for families, especially those with young kids. The tatami-style beds, private hot spring, and thoughtful service made our stay both relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly hotel in Yilan, this is definitely a great option.
We left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to come back for another visit!
The grandparents especially loved it—it was so convenient for them to enjoy the hot spring without having to leave the room. It really helped us recharge for the next day!
The breakfast buffet was great! There was a good mix of Western and local ********* dishes, and everything was fresh and delicious. The kids enjoyed the pancakes and fruit, while the grandparents appreciated the traditional congee and hot tea.

PPengguna TetamuLove the spacious hot spring pool in our room. Room is clean, towels are big and new, water pressure is great! They provide rubber slipper too. Room concept might not be suitable for elderly as bed is on the floor. Good to have more hooks in the room to hang clothes. We can’t drink from the tap in the room, and they provide hot/cold water dispenser beside lift instead of bottled water. Breakfast is superb! Love the cooked food~ and they have snacks and hot drinks at lobby till night hours. 10mins walk to train station and there are good food around the hotel.

PPengguna Tanpa NamaThis hotel is outdated, you can see a thin layer of moss on the floor due to the showerhead dripping constantly, the public hot springs area has quite a few jet controllers out of order,l had to request a dehumidifier to get rid of moldy smells in the room. The breakfast was a reasonable price with an average quality, the rooftop naked spa area has beautiful night light views,also,the good thing was all the staff were super helpful for all the requests.
